Family
“Do you think that Shakti has been evil from the start?” Erebus asks as he looks at the door trying to figure out how he was going to get through.
“Tennessee open the door” Tito calls to Tennessee who was standing in front of the group.
“Me.. why do I have to open the door. You open the door, your older” Tennessee whines as he moves from foot to foot.
“What are you? A Man or a….” Athan growls
“Demon, I am a Demon actually” Tennessee says proudly as he looks at each of the members of the group with a cheeky grin
“Fucking demons” Athan mutters as he gives Tennessee a shove and a look of distain.
Bride chuckles as she looks between all of the men and that are standing around. Wondering how Hennessy ever stood the annoyance of their behaviour.
“I will open the door” Aibelle says as she moves towards the group.
“What you can’t” Erebus growls as he moves towards the front of the group.
“God damn it I will open the bloody door” Jameson says as he grabs the handle and turn and pushes at the same time.
There in the distance was another door.
“You have one minute” The female voice sounds through out the room.
Not wanting to waste time, the goddesses go through the door first followed by the Tito, Jameson, Dom and Tennessee. Lycus squeezes through next and runs to the others that are standing at the next door.
Athan struggles but finally manages to get through the door. Daimon struggles as well but Athan push his feet and Lycus grabs his arms the other use the same method to get through the smaller than normal door. Once they are all through, they take off run as the timer continues to count down. As the last three second count out 3,2,1. Athan being the last one manages to jump through the door at the last second only loosing a shoe as the door slammed down.
“Well, that was cutting it close” Tennessee says happily.
“GRrr. I swear I will kill him” Athan mumbles to Lycus.
“You can’t hurt princess’s brother” Erebus mutters beside Athan.
“Why? It could be an accident. Like I tripped and fell and he no longer has a head” Athan replies matter of fact.
“Yes I can see how that will happen” Erebus responds and Lycus was nodding his head also.
“How are you going to explain that to Hennessy when she asks about her dumb brother?” Daimon mutters as he too looks at Tennessee like a bug he wants to step on.
“Why can’t you control him?” Lycus mutters to Daimon.
“I don’t know it doesn’t seem to work” Daimon responds angrily.
“Yes I can’t control mine either” Lycus mutters.
“Really what about Bride and Aibelle?” Erebus asks.
As he stares at the others and then brought the thought of Caleb to his mind so that he could find him. However, all he got was buzzing.
‘Hm, I can’t find my Super. It seems that something is wrong” Erebus mutters as he looks back at he group that he had thrown into.
Yes he was always friends with Athena and Helios, when he heard that she was going to be an uncle he was proud and knew that princess would do great things but that was nothing compared to knowing that he was going to have princess as a part of his family. He knew that when princess was born, and his shadow super was born only two years earlier that they were mates. Athena was happy with the knowledge that princess was going to have a fated mate, but Helios was worried. Phoenix were highly sort after as they were considered the strongest supers ever even more so than the gods and goddess that looks after their children.
He always took his job seriously and when shit like this happens it makes him mad and the other goddesses and gods were then same they always wanted to protect those that needed help and that of there own children.
“Is Shakti apart of this drama” Erebus mutters
“Yes” Aibelle replies quietly
“Why?” Lycus mutters looking at his friends
“It seems that she is jealous” Bride replies as she looks around the room.
“Of what?” Athan growls.
“Of Hennessy” Aibelle says sadly.
“What? Why is everyone jealous of Hennessy?” Jameson asks.
“Because Hennessy is something that shouldn’t ever exist. Gods and Goddesses are created from the deeds that they do and have done. The work and behaviour that they show, no goddess has ever been born from gods and goddesses ever, we give up that right when we agree to ascend to the higher plain. But Hennessy was born which was something that was not meant to happen, then she also turned out to be a Phoenix which again they were meant to be dead never to rise again but it seems that there are many more out there in hiding then we knew about. But lastly because if Caleb and Hennessy complete the mating ritual and seal their bond forever then we as you know it won’t exist, we will just become super like every other super. Some hate change” Aibelle mutters as she moves forward and then slides over towards the right wall.
“So the gods and the goddesses will be here as normal supers like everyone else?” Tito mutters
“Yes” Bride say as she follows after Aibellle.
“Does that mean that you will lose you goddess powers?” Tennessee asks.
“No, we don’t have god and goddess powers we are just the strongest of our kind” Aibelle mutters.
“Here, there is a door” Bride yells as she starts hitting the wall trying to break the wall.
As the other run over a loud pop sound and everyone in the room goes completely still.
“Why couldn’t you just leave it alone? Why couldn’t you just let us be. We took care of everything. We were running the super realm, there were no complaints, and everyone was happy why couldn’t you just let us be?” Shakti screams as she comes into the room.
“Because there is order and you as a Cosmic goddess should know this” Aibelle mutters.
“You and Hennessy have ruined everything” Shakti screams as she lifts her hand and snaps her fingers making Aibelle burst into millions of pieces.
“I hope that you let things go, but you most likely won’t. Let this be a lesson to you all” Shakti says as she disappears from the room.
Everyone stands stock still as the look at the once pristine white wall now covered in blood, guts and brain matter.
