"You don't have to worry" Moparo the man I had the business deal with interrupted "I'm leaving now, you don't have to explain further" he stood up

"I'm really sorry sir, if you could be a little patient I would get it to you" Helsi said as her eyes followed him going away from the meeting room

"You just wasted my time" that was the last thing he said before he left

That became Helsi's least problem, she ran to her office, carried her bag and went out to her car

"The police station" She said to her driver

The opened the car for her to get in, then he drove down to the station

Helsi rushed down to the police

"Good day, please I got a message and I'm here for Nancy" Helsi said to the first female police officer she met outside

"Go in, the office by your left" she said, she seemed to be in a hurry too

"Thanks" I ran in and went straight to the office by my left like she said

I paused when I got to the door to get hold of myself, I took in some air and cleaned the sweat off my face in a way that my makeup won't be affected

Then I knocked

This huge dark guy opened the door

"Are you Helsi?" his voice was so thick and trembling

"Yes" I responded

He motioned for me to get in

I walked in, so eager to see what they have in store for me

"Hey"

I turned to see her

"Nancy?" my mouth was wide open

She walked to me, I stood there still in shock that she was still alive

I bursted into tears, I couldn't believe it. "Is this real? Are you real?" I hugged her tight

"Don't ever leave me like this again"

"I won't" Nancy responded, she was crying too

"You have a lot to tell me" Helsi said

"And so do you"

"Alright, I would need to get some statements from her before we close this case" the police officer sitting interrupted

"OK sir"

"Yes, but she can go home"

"Thank you very much sir" Helsi thanked him with a teary and heavy eyes

"It's our Job" he smiled

Helsi walked out with Nancy to the car outside

"Yeah" Nancy looked ul to the sky as she took in some air immediately they came out "A breath of fresh air"

"A lot have happened" Helsi said

"Start talking"

"First of all, the debt of the company is off my shoulders" Helsi sighed with a rolled eyes

"Oh wow, how did you do it?"

"I did not" Helsi stopped and turned to her

"Why are you giving me that look? Who did it then?" Nancy asked

"Dad did" Helsi replied

"Who? What do you mean by dad?" Nancy was confused

"He was never dead"

"Wait…" she closed her eyes really hard then opened it "I don't quite get this, dad and mum are still alive?"

"Not mum, just dad" Helsi responded

"Where's mum?"

Helsi turned to the car

"And what about David? You've changed your driver?" Nancy added

"Let's just head home first, you need to shower first" Helsi smiled and held her hand tight

"Yeah" Nancy screamed out "I'm free… I'm free" she repeated and jumped into the car.

They both entered the car

"Phew" Nancy touched her forehead "Can we stop by a restaurant, I'm really hungry" she laughed "I didn't realise until now"

"Yeah" Helsi laughed

Nancy looked at her hand, and saw her ring
"How is Tom?"

"Ohh Tom" Helsi sighed and waved her hand "I'm married to Butrico now not Tom"

"What?" Nancy asked that with a smile

"That's a relief though but how did that happen?" Nancy asked

"Tom was prosecuted for your kidnap and then he left, so Butrico has been there for me all my every bend and he always helped me in the most caring and loving way"


"OK…" Nancy gave a look for her to continue

"Yeah, so as time went by he fell in love with me" Helsi smiled

"And?" Nancy smiled back

"And I did the same"

"And how does Tom feel about it?"

"I don't care about what he feels about it" Helsi looked at her "What would you like to eat?"

"Anything" Nancy laughed "Gosh… anything"

The driver stopped for them to get down

They got in and ordered what they would like to eat, and after the meal, Helsi reminded her of what she said initially

"I'm serious when I said Dad is back" Helsi said, but she did when they were done with the meal

Nancy looked at her and laughed " Were you not there when they buried him?

"He's back"

"You are joking right?" Nancy looked confused

"He's at home"

"Well, I'm not seeing him," Nancy scoffed. "So where are we heading now?"

"Butrico's home"

"Ohh" Nancy said at the top of her voice "You guys are officially together?"

"Yes" Helsi smiled

"I can't wait to see him"

"I'm really glad you are back, my life was ruined when you left but now…" a hot tear rolled down her cheek

"Ohh darling" Nancy went back for a hug

"I would never leave you again, I hope the people responsible are held very accountable"

"Yeah" Helsi responded

"I love you"

"I love you too baby girl" Helsi replied
