Lusi's POV


"Yeah that's what I would do" Lusi inhaled deeply and walked down from the bed

She went close to the baby to make sure that the baby is doing OK and still sleeping, after checking, she turned to go but something pulled her back

She went back to the baby, touched her and when she did, she could feel her own baby, hear his voice in her head

And she didn't want to stop touching her because it made her feel her own child, she kept touching until the baby woke up

She pulled back and tried rocking the baby back to sleep, after successfully putting her to bed, she walked down to the kitchen to discuss her new plans with her mum

She checked the kitchen but didn't see her, but the food was already prepared

"Mum" she called out again

"At the living room" mami called sitting quiet at the living room without a movie

"OK" Lusi walked to the living room

"That was fast mum"

"What was fast?" her mum asked

"The food, how did you cook that fast because you literally walked into the room about 3 minutes ago so how did you?" she points to the kitchen as her mouth made some movements, she took some spoon of the rice her mum prepared to taste

"hmmm, and it takes so good" Lusi said

Mami just sat there laughing

"But how mum?" Lusi asked again

"I told you that I had already started when I came into the room so I rushed out to check my food so it won't get burnt" mami finally gave her secret

"Ohh" Lusi laughed "Thought it was one of your super powers" Lusi gave a funny look

"Oh no darling, food is a very crucial part, I don't get it involved in my magic affairs, I would rather be normal then acts on it on other things"

Lusi nodded her head and walked closer to where her mum sat down

"I want to discuss something with you" she said

"I knew that you are definitely going to discuss something with me" her mum smiled "Sooner or later but it was going to happen"

"OK mum" she smiled "I think I need to go see my therapist"

"Depression?"

"Yes mum, I won't survive if I bottle it up and so I've decided to go see her, she is really good, she helped when when I lost my papi then"

"Alright, have you reached out to her?" her mum asked

"Not yet, i wanted to discuss with you if it's OK"

"Of course, it's very OK with me, your mental and emotional health is very important to me and also your physical health, you can get some food to eat if you are hungry"

"I will, I won't even tell you before I get my food" Lusi laughed

"You and food" her mum rolled her eyes

"Food is wealth" Lusi responded

"Of course it is, so when do you intend to go over to the country to meet your therapist?"

"I want us to head there tomorrow morning" Lusi said

"Us? That's so soon and Helsi needs you the most at this period of time"

"Yes mum, me and you and I would discuss it with Helsi when she gets back

"Ok"

"Why did you face the TV without putting it on?" Lusi asked

"Nothing, I just want to do some meditation, the stillness and quietness is really enriching" mami inhaled deeply

"Well…" she turned to her mum

"You are not putting on, are you?" Mami asked

"I am, I need to take my mind of the journey it laid by itself"

"Hmm poet, you should consider writing" her mum said to her

"Mum, you know how much I dislike such" she stretched her hand to get the control to the TV

"What do you intend to watch?" mum asked

"An animated movie"

"I know right?" mum laughed "You've loved that set of cartoon right from time"

"And i still do" she replied as her eyes scanned through the movies to get the one that she wants

Helsi's POV


"I would be your mum now, your mum is here at the moment, so I would be the one to take care of you" Helsi said it the hundredth times to him

She kept explaining herself until she got home

"This is your new home" she said to the boy and told the driver to stop for them to get down

They both walked out of the car, then she turned to the driver "Please I would be out in a minute"

"OK" he said

Helsi hated using public transport because of the insecurities but she had no choice

She walked him into the house, she opened it to see Lusi and her mum watching a movie

They both turned to see who opened the door and it was Helsi, Lusi stood up to welcome the young boy

"Hey, what's your name?" she bent her back and asked in a soft tone

"Lucas"

"Lucas?" Helsi asked again

"Yes, my name is Lucas" he responded

Helsi doubt that was the name given to him but she took it

"Wow that's a pretty cool name" Lusi smiled

"Thank you, what about you? What's your name?" he asked

"Alright, I need to go now but I would be back soon" Helsi handed the documents she had to Lusi

"Please keep it secure for me" she added

Lusi nodded her head in responds ten turned to Lucas "Well my name is Lusi"

Lusi walked him to the living room "See your grandma" she points to her mum

"Grandma" he ran to hug her

"You are welcome my boy" mami smiled

Lusi walked into Helsi's room to keep the documents safe, she was saw it was for the boy, Lusi hoped that caring for two kids won't drive Helsi crazy
