Chapter 196
Rakari's POV
"That can be arranged"
Darius started shaking in anger,
"Someone get him out of my pack house and off of my land!! Who invited him?!"
Everyone shrugged in confusion,
"No one knows"
"Well somebody get him out!!"
"What's the matter Darius? I'm your uncle"
"The day you'll be my uncle again is the day that the sun freezes!"
"You hold too many grudges dear nephew"
He growled,
"You nearly killed my mother!! Leave before I shift and make you!!"
"I'm going but it was lovely meeting you Rakari, hopefully we'll cross paths again"
I smiled innocently,
"Hopefully not"
He chuckled and walked out of the room and hopefully out of the pack house and Darius let out a deep breath before facing everyone,
"I apologise for that everyone, it was wrong of me to display myself in such manners, please continue to enjoy the party"
Everyone nodded and went back to what they were originally doing and I stepped in front of you.
"You get so worked up sometimes but even though I don't know why you got angry, it must have been bad"
He nodded,
"I'll tell you about it later, he was just lucky I didn't shift"
"Yeah it's a good thing you didn't because that suit cost a lot of money"
He chuckled and leaned down to whisper in my ear,
"I really hope you get rid of my punishment even though I might need you to teach me a little lesson"
I wrapped my arms around his waist and whispered back,
"You have been a bad boy lately; it would be in my best interest to teach you a lesson"
He let out a seductive growl and lightly kissed my neck,
"Save that for later guys!"
I pulled away from Darius and looked towards the doorway to see my mum,
"Mum! You really know how to make things public don't you?"
She laughed,
"What are mums for?"
I smiled,
"Where's daddy?"
"Outside back talking to the fellow alphas and betas"
"He misses his position doesn't he?"
She nodded,
"He won't admit it but I know he does and I still don't know why he lost it"
I shook my head and took Darius' hand so that I could drag him outside into the back and once my dad saw me he let out a big smile,
"There's my baby girl"
I smiled and walked into his open arms so that he could give me a hug,
"I saw you yesterday daddy"
"I know, come let me introduce you to some of the beta and alphas"
I nodded and he led me towards a group of men,
"From left to right we have alpha Bradley and his beta Samson from the Warrior Pack, then we have alpha Jermaine and his beta Harvey from the Highlands pack and finally we have alpha Jordan and his beta Ash from the Willow Field Pack, guys, this is my daughter Rakari"
They all bowed their heads to me and I done the same to show respect,
"Pleasure to meet you gentlemen"
"You seem a bit young, how old are you exactly?"
I raised an eyebrow at beta Ash,
"It's rude to ask the age of a lady"
He smirked,
"Confident, Very good"
I smiled innocently,
"I am 18 but old enough to know everything about running a pack"
He nodded,
"Well, it is an honour meeting you Rakari"
Everyone else nodded in agreement and Darius walked up to me and write.
"I hope you're not harassing my mate gentlemen"
"Of course not alpha Darius, we wouldn't dare"
I smiled and looked at Darius,
"Where did you go? One minute you were there and the next you weren't holding my hand anymore"
"I just went to say hi to my mum quickly"
I nodded and leant into his side,
"So, where are your wives and mates?"
"Inside mingling with the other women"
"Probably catching up with all the gossip within all the packs"
The men chuckled,
"Why don't you join them baby girl?"
"Sorry Martin but Rakari is not leaving my side tonight, I don't trust some of those horny male wolves inside"
I laughed,
"It's fine baby, if you want to hang with the some of the other alphas, I don't mind going inside"
He shook his head,
"No, if you go inside I come with you"
"I seriously don't mind Darius"
"You have no choice in the matter baby; you're stuck with me tonight"
I smiled and gave him a peck on the lips and then Rhylie came running out of the pack house,
"Darius, we have an issue"
He groaned,
"What now? Why can't this party just go smoothly?"
"Tyler and Drake are having a bit of a dispute over Sharise"
I looked at Rhylie confused, "Who is Drake?"
"Sharise's current boyfriend and Tyler is her ex"
"How come I've never met this Drake? Surely we should've met by now, I mean, she went missing!"
"Let's just say, he's a player"
I growled and angrily walked into the pack house to wear the noise was coming from to see a crowd forming around Drake and Tyler and I pushed my way through the crowd,
"Both of you stand down now!!"
They both stepped away from each other immediately and I was quite shocked at how much power and authority emanated from me,
"Now, I am going to ask you what happened and I expect the truth!"
"This douche was hitting on my girl!"
Tyler growled,
"Who you calling a douche?!"
"Sit down!!"
They both sat down on a separate chair and I looked at Drake,
"Now, I'd like your side of the story please and Tyler, interrupt once and I won't be happy"
He nodded and Drake started toHe nodded and Drake started to explain his side of the story,
"I was looking for Sharise because I hadn't seen her since she went missing and I missed her and when I walked into the lounge, I see Tyler flirting with her saying how she should be his! She's mine!"
I nodded and turned to face Tyler and gestured for him to tell his side of the story,
"I'm not going to lie and say that's not what happened because it is but it's true, I love her more than he does! He's a player, he sleeps with every girl there is, I know that I'll treat Sharise right!"
I sighed and looked towards Sharise who was standing against the window looking quite calm considering the situation,
"Is that what happened?"
She nodded,
"Yeah, exactly like that"
"Okay look, I'm not no matchmaker or anything but even I can see that Tyler cares for you even if he has a funny way of showing it, I'm not one to judge but if Drake is a player then maybe you should call it off"
"No! She's mine! You have no right to tell her to call off our relationship!"
My eyes went red and I turned to face Drake,
"No, I may not have that right but I have every right to make my pack members happy and that is what I'm doing! You dare speak to me like that again and you will regret it, am I clear?!"
He nodded and bowed his head, "I apologise"
I turned back to face Sharise, "It's up to you what you want to do Shar, either you stay with Drake or go with Tyler but choose carefully because even though one may love you the other may need you"
She sighed and looked at Tyler and then Drake,
"I don't know"
"Look, Drake, do you even love Sharise? And I don't just mean love her for her body kind of love I mean love her for her heart, mind and soul kind of love"
"I'm not a guy that believes in love, she knew that when she decided to get into a relationship with me"
"I didn't decide anything! You forced me into the relationship!"
I looked at Drake with shock on my face but anger in my eyes,
"You what?!"
"What's the problem? I know she wanted it just as much as I did"
I growled at him,
"So you don't care for her at all, do you?"
He shrugged and smirked,
"To be honest, she wasn't good for anything except making out, among other things"
He winked at Sharise and I started to shake in anger, my wolf was so close to surfacing,
"She's not even that pretty"
That did it. I growled and shifted right there in the lounge and everyone took about 5 big steps back away from me and Drake looked at me in fear while Tyler walked over to Sharise to comfort her and I smiled at that before turning my He nodded and I sent a message to Darius again,
'Ask her what Drake did to her'
"She said, what did Drake do to you?"
"He ummmm, he forced me into the relationship"
I tilted my head in confusion, 'Ask her why'
"Do you know how much torture he would've put me through if I said no? He knows a lot of people; I wasn't going to risk my school life"
'Ask her if she likes Tyler?'
"Do you like Tyler?"
Tyler looked at her expectantly and she briefly looked at him before nodding and I sent a message to Tyler,
'She likes you Tyler but don't rush her into things okay? I'm only going to give you one warning because quite frankly, because of what you did to her a few weeks ago, I'm not very fond of you but I'm going to give you a chance here because I want to make Sharise happy and that's all that matters but for now can you just leave us 3 alone, you may talk to her later'
He nodded and stood up before bowing his head to both of us and walking out of the room, closing the door behind him and I nudged Darius and then nodded towards Sharise,
"I think she wants you to turn around Sharise"
She nodded and turned around and I jumped down from the chair and shifted back. I stretched out my muscles a bit and looked towards Darius to see him holding some clothes for me and I quickly put them on .
"I'm so pissed because that dress was not cheap"
He chuckled and gave me a peck on the lips,
"I'll buy you another one"
I shook my head,
"Don't worry, I'm not a gold digger"
"I'm offering and you have no choice but to accept it"
I smiled and gave him another peck on the lips before facing Sharise,
"Okay you can turn back around now and since were all here we might as well tell you about the final war plans"
She turned around,
"Okay then, lay it on me"
"Basically we plan to make a surprise attack on Marcus' pack tomorrow at midnight, no later. Darius will stay behind like you suggested and his beta will lead the rest of the pack fighters. We expect it to go smoothly with no hiccups and seeing as you know quite a lot about tactics for your age, is it up to your standards?"
