Chapter 197
Sharise's POV
Up to my standards? Of course it is, this plan is literally perfect for what I want to happen. Basically, since his pack fighters will be out of the pack house, this gives alpha Marcus a better advantage over Darius because this means that he will have no back up,
"Very much but how many pack fighters are we sending? It would be better to send as many as possible, I haven't actually seen Marcus' pack.
Darius nodded,
"It's big so we plan to send out at least 50 or maybe 60 pack fighters considering we have 100 at the moment, most of them are merely volunteers"
Even better. Volunteer fighters are never trained so they have no experience when it comes to fighting another pack so for Darius that is a very risky move,
"So, what time do you want me?"
"You don't actually have to be there if you don't want to, to be honest you've done quite a lot to help the pack out anyway"
If only he knew,
"No, its fine, I want to be there, I hate being on my own anyway"
Rakari looked at me confused, "Where's your mum?"
I shrugged,
"I don't know, ever since she spoke to me after the dinner I haven't seen her, I mean, you would've thought that after we had a little heart to heart she'd care more but not really"
"You're kidding me right?"
I shook my head and turned on the waterworks. In reality, I'm not actually lying about my mum, I actually haven't seen her since after the dinner and I'm not that upset about it but it would be nice if she at least showed a bit of compassion towards her daughter, it's like ever since I came back, she's been afraid of talking to me and it's annoying,
"It's like she doesn't care about me anymore"
I looked down to the ground and let a few tears fall from my eyes. I should've continued drama because I cannot believe that they are falling for this bullshit,
"Of course she cares about you; you're just a bit fragile"
I looked up,
"Fragile? I'm not fragile, I'm just cautious about my surroundings now. I was kidnapped in broad daylight in my own pack house, what kind of security is that?"
"You were in the pack house?"
I nodded,
"I thought you were supposed to have guards around the perimeter, where were they?"
Darius growled,
"Obviously not where they were supposed to be, I'll definitely be having a few words with them about this"
Like you care, I said in my head when in reality I said, "That's just going to cause more drama, I just cause trouble"
Rakari shook her head,
"You don't cause trouble, none of this has been your fault, it's been Marcus' and I swear once I get my hands on him, I will hurt him so badly he's going to be wishing for death"
I let out an inaudible growl. I don't like it when they keep talking about hurting my alpha, it makes me want to hurt them but I know that if I do, it will jeopardise everything and I haven't come this far for "Hopefully the drug will wear off soon and I'll get my mind link back"
Yeah, like that was ever going to happen,
"Let's hope, I hate not being able to communicate with you other than talking out loud"
I smiled,
"Me too"
Okay now, I genuinely love Rakari like a sister and I really don't want to hurt her but sometimes you have to hurt the ones you love to get what you want and to please others and I want Darius to know what it feels like to have nobody help him, for him to be isolated like I was and I want to please alpha Marcus with the results... Speaking of alpha Lukas, I need to fill him in on the plan,
"Well, it's been quite a long evening and I'm really tired, having two guys fight over you does that to you"
Rakari laughed,
"I'd know all about that"
I smiled and stood up,
"I'll be down tomorrow at midnight"
Darius smiled and nodded,
"If that's what you want"
I nodded and turned around and let out a smirk before walking out of the study completely and walking upstairs to my room and I walked in and locked the door behind me.
I sat on my bed and sent a message to alpha Marcus,
'Alpha, I got the final plans like I said'
'Very well done Sharise, what are they?'
'They plan to attack tomorrow at midnight, Darius is staying behind and he is going to send 50 to 60 pack fighters, most of them are volunteers'
He laughed in my head,
'So amateurish, be sure to have Rakari and Darius in the same room but separate when I come, I can't have him with his hands all over my girl'
'Yes alpha, I'll make sure it happens, how do you plan on getting in without anyone noticing?'
'Is there a soundproof room?'
'The only one I know of is the meeting room but it has no windows but I'm assuming you've been in Darius' study, which has windows'
'Your point?'
'The meeting room is behind the bookshelves and it is revealed with a book title code'
'Smart, what is the code?"
I proceeded to tell him the code but also what the code to get out was,
'I plan to arrive at exactly 12:30; I'll give his pack fighters a chance to get closer towards where they think I am, I have had the best trainer teach my fighters, Darius won't know what's hit him'
'I have every faith in you alpha'
'And so you should, remember your job and don't disappointed
'Don't get cocky Sharise but no you haven't, I shall see you tomorrow'
'Yes alpha'
He cut off the link and I lay back on my bed with a smirk. The only good thing about today was that I made my alpha happy and I finally dumped my asshole of a boyfriend but I just can't wait for tomorrow to come, it's a day I definitely do not want to miss.
Marcus' POV
I'm not going to lie, Sharise has impressed me to a very high extent, I mean, for a 16 year old, she is smart with what she does and she definitely does not disappoint,
"Alpha?"
I came out of my trance and looked towards the door to see Devon,
"What is it Devon?"
"Well, I am guarding the holding cell and I just want to know what you're going to do with the girl that is currently being held"
"Adele?"
He nodded,
"Yeah, her"
I actually forgot about her, it's been about 2 days since I took her. I sighed and stood up so that I could walk out of the room towards the holding cell and I walked down the steps and took in the sight before me. Adele was in the same position I left her in 2 days ago but she looked fearful and malnourished,
"I apologise Adele, I've had a lot going on and I haven't had the chance to come down and have a chat"
"What do you want from me?" She whispered clearly but obviously, with my advanced hearing, I heard her loud and clear,
"I don't want anything, I just can't set you free but don't think I haven't forgotten about my little wager, have you decided"
"I don't really have a choice do I?"
"Well continue talking like that and I won't hesitate to kill you, I'm giving you an option, don't make me change my mind"
She cowered away from me in fear,
"I'll join your pack"
I smirked,
"Good choice but betray me once and I'll give you the highest punishment ever imaginable"
She nodded frantically and I recited to oath,
"Adele Kepler, I hereby proclaim you part of
'The Dark Moon Pack' Do you promise to leave your old pack behind, feeling and all and only give your all to please your new alpha? Do you swear to follow his rules and his rules only, to never disobey him and to give 100% to the pack?"
She nodded,
"I do"
"Then it is done"
I could see the change of packs through her body and I s'Remember what I said Adele, betray me once and I will find you'
She nodded and I turned to face Devon,
"Unchain her and take her upstairs to give her some food, she is no longer a prisoner but inform me if she does anything that I would want to here, do not hesitate"
He nodded,
"Yes alpha"
I walked up the stairs away from both of them and I sent a mind message to all of my pack fighters,
'The plan has been finalised, meet up in the back for 11:45pm, no later, it is time that Darius gets what he deserves and I can assure you, if this goes smoothly, everyone will be awarded'
'Yes alpha' They recited back and I smirked before walking into my room and over to my bedside cabinet where I picked up the picture of Rakari,
"Soon Darius will be gotten rid of and we can finally be together"
I put the picture back down and sat down on my bed. No matter what, I will get Rakari back because it is only fair that I get what is mine and I don't intend on losing.
