SHEEP IN WOLVES CLOTHING

Dija and Augur leaped at the twins and a fight ensued.
Dija slashed her sword towards Akira's head, and the lady stepped back and struck back with her sword. Both circled each other, then lunged and stepped off their thrusts.
"Arg!" Akira screamed, she bobbed a deadly slash that would have severe her head off, jumped up, whirled in the air, stretched her leg, and smacked the right leg on Dija's neck.
Dija wobbled backward, but Augur at her back stopped her wobbling with his palms, and pushed her back to her feet.
Akira leaped close to Dija, she raised her left arm, folded it, block a punch that was targeted at her chin, jerk her right hand forward, and thrust her sword at Dija's chest.
Dija withdrew her blocked punch, standing at ease as Akira thrust her sword at her. She stepped off Akira's sword, struck her elbow, knocked the sword off her hand, grabbed her outstretched arm, turned her around, and heaved her up in a bid to smack her down, but her captive wriggled out of her hold and dived off.
Akira landed on her feet, veered around, and leaped at her opponent.
Augur and Kira had already knocked the weapon off each other's hands. And both clanged together In a deadly embrace.
Akira held Augur's neck, whacked her head on his face, pushed him back, and jumped to the front and kicked him on the chest, but the big man hold her two outstretched legs, whirled her around then tossed her off against the wall.
At that moment, Brenda, Bobby, Maria, and the grey hair general burst into the room.
Kira and Akira looked at each other, then walked close and intertwined their hands.
"You have nowhere to go, your game is up witches," Dija screamed out, leaped to block the broken wooden window, then glared back at the twins.
"Why are you attacking us, despite the fact we have already allied together?" Brenda asked.
"They are bunches of betrayers and never keep to promise." Augur snarled, looked at the twins, and, cursed out. "Motherfuckers see humans as sacrificial lambs."
"Did you intend handing over to us?" Kira shrieked back. "You are lying as well, and never intended to keep your side of the bargain."
"Why not wait until we default on our agreement, before taking laws into your hands?" Brenda asked back.
"Did you take us for fools? It will be too late if we delay any longer." Akira answered back.
"Give us the scepter now, or else-"
"Or what?" Augur cut into Kira's speech looked threatening and picked a sword up from the floor.
"Else we will kill you all." Kira let out.
"You dare intimidate us with an empty threat, you are cornered and will be put to death," Dija muttered.
"You are just ordinary mortals and not strong enough to destroy us," Akira replied.
"Arrest them and put them to death, if they resist," Brenda announced, after some seconds of thought. "A wolf will always remain a wolf, even under sheep's clothing."
"You just called out their names, despite their innocence looks and beautiful faces, they are nothing but a wolf in sheep's cloth."
"Arg!" Kira smirked.
"Dirty human, insulting us!" Kira smirked.
"The blind, leading the blinds." Her sister muttered. "Brenda and his boyfriend are nothing and will be destroyed by the overwhelming forces against them. We are the true savior, and you have the chance to be saved now!"
"By turning us into one of the zombies?"
Kira smirked at Dija's question, looked at Brenda, and mumbled. "You are also welcome to join us," she gaped at Dija's frowned look and answered back. "You are all welcome as our generals, but you must listen to whatever we say henceforth."
"Dija, and Augur, arrest them now." Brenda let out.
"Invisible cloak." Akira cried out.
"Cover us now." Kira cried after.
The twins instantly removed white clothing and draped it over themselves as Dija and Augur leaped close to them.
What happened after was not only magical but incomprehensible to all the humans inside the room.
At that instance, the twins suddenly turned into blue smoke and filled the whole room, forcing the whole inhabitants out in fear of being choked by the foul-smelling smoke.
Outside, the conflicts between Brenda's gang, and the legions of dooms raged on. The humans attacked, then counter-attacked as the zombies attacked back. And both parties' casualties soared higher, but the zombies had an advantage. Their inhuman strength and durability. Even after losing any part of their bodies, they only flung for a moment, then attacked back.
Two guards in blue uniforms circled a female zombie, one among them thrust his dagger at her chest and it sink inside, the zombie grunted out, jerked the man closer, and dipped her teeth into his throat.
The other guard stood in horror as blood spurted out of his comrade's throat. He raced closer and whacked his sledgehammer on the lady's neck as she gritted her teeth to sever the head off.
The zombie now with the awkward look, because of her shattered head that is now held by her backbone, dropped her victim, as soon as the blow landed on her neck, wobbled backward, then walk like a drunk after her attacker.
The man stepped off her weak punch, veer left to face her, then whacked his sledgehammer on the shattered head, and it crunched into pieces.
The lady fell instantly, raised her hands to feel where her head was once located, then tried to stand on her feet, but wobble blindly and fell back to the ground.
The guard in blue uniform leaped closer as the zombie lady tried to crawl to her knee. He whacked the sledgehammer on her crouched back, then her two knees, her two elbows, and then on her back to break her spinal cord.
The zombie makes a last effort to stand on her feet, but all her broken joint gave way, and she slumped back and remain still.
The guard knee close to the dead man, folded his two hands and widen his palms to cover his eyes, then cried out. "Oh my brother, death why?"
The dead guard was his brother whom he had vowed to his aged parent that he will keep save and bring back alive.
"Oh, please what will I tell my parent?" The man moaned out a deep cry, as his heart was filled with anguish at that moment of weakness.
Unknown to him, another zombie raced forward, and severe his head off with just a blow of his sword. The zombie walked close to his headless girlfriend on the ground, grunted out, and leaped up as a sign of pain from his lover's death. He walked towards the severe and badly crushed head, picked it up, and kissed the partly opened lips, as a sign of goodbye.
He soon put the head in a bag at his back and raced off to his fight.
Only God knew what he intended to do with the severed head, but that is not the point, the point is that love has no boundaries, and even the inhuman zombies knew the power of love. SH
