BALL OUT OF HELL
The King of Horaays and his twelve senators were seen in their auditorium, and their midst are the Hoorays sent to unleash the scepter in the Apollon's territory.
Contrary to the king's expectations, the Hoorays had returned at sunset, then emerged at the palace auditorium to report on their mission.
"How does it goes?" The senate leader asked with a stunned gaze.
"Perfect," the team leader answered back. "We have unleashed it as instructed."
"Did you see any sign of destruction?" The king asked.
"None till we left their region."
"It should be immediately and not pending." The king mumbled with a sad gaze. "Something must be wrong somewhere!"
"We have no idea what could be wrong, but we are sure we performed the task as instructed." The team leader answered back.
The King dismissed him with a wave of the hand, wait until all the Hoorays were out of sight, then cried out at his senators." Are you sure Horus presented us with the real scepter?"
"Doubtful, except our scientists are wrong with their hypothesis." The senate leader answered back.
"And could they be wrong with their hypothesis?" One among the senators asked.
"I don't think so, but I suggest we invite them to clear all our doubt." The senate leader answered back.
The King bobbed his head, picked up a gadget that looked like a telephone, then dial some numbers, waited as it ring twice, and was picked up by a stammering voice at the other side.
"He... Hello, scientists and... And discovery departs... Department online." A voice from the other side stammered back.
"Who employed a stammerer as customer care in charge of the hotline? Connect me now with a fluent speaker?"
"So... So sorry... Sir. A min... Minute please."
The King hissed, then waited as the line went silent for a while.
"He will be transferred today and a fluent speaker will replace him." The senate leader promised.
"Hello, how may I be of service?" Another young voice asked from the other side of the call.
"I want all your top officials in my palace auditorium now." The king yelled over the phone.
"Yes sir."
The King cut the call, then gazed at the white ceiling of the big and magnificent auditorium.
Another moment of silence descended into the whole auditorium, but it was soon broken by the senate leader's question.
"Can Horus trick us, by giving us the fake scepter?"
"Horus is filled with deceit and capable of any mischief." The king answered back.
"Ho, Horus!" One among the senator exclaimed.
"He should be severely punished if he was found guilty of this crime."
"And all the scientists will also be punished if they were all wrong with their hypothesis." The senate leader announced.
"I can't believe all our hopes were eggs against the rock!" The king exclaimed with a disgusted look. "I had hoped on taking over all the Apollon's region by the next new moon."
"Unbelievable!" The twelve senators exclaimed aloud.
"Could those that brought the scepter tarnish it in any way?" One among the senator asked.
"Let's wait till our scientists clarified us." The senate leader replied.
Another silence fell among the thirteen most important entities in the auditorium, and this lasted for another more minutes until broken by the entrance of four aged Hoorays in white regalia.
The four Hoorays walked closer, bowed to their royal king, then at the twelve senators.
"Can you clarify if this scepter is the real one?" The king asked, after acknowledging their greetings.
"With all pleasure, my noble king." An aged Hooray with a toothless mouth answered back, then sauntered close to the scepter, peered at it for a while, shoot out his right arm, and picked it up. He glanced at his three comrades, signaled to them to come closer, and let out. "Let's check the authenticity of this scepter."
The three scientists hooray walked closer. One among them brought out a gadget that looked like a torchlight pressed the button on it and a blue light shone out of it. He grinned at his co-scientist, then point the blue light at the scepter.
The four scientists gawked at each other with shock.
"Impossible!" One among them exclaimed.
"Their leader snatched the gadget from his co scientist, he checked the meters written in a strange language, to be sure it was put at the normal frequency. Satisfied with this, he leaned closer, and point the blue light at the tip of the scepter, then at all the jewels around it.
Nothing works.
Filled with enormous surprise, the scientist leader looked at the face of the king, then at the twelve senators, and mumbled. " Either this scepter is fake or-" he paused his speech at the realization of the precarious conditions this scepter had put them.
"Or what?" The senate leader asked with a growl.
"There is no reasonable option, except this scepter is fake."
"You seemed to have another option, why did you refrain from your statement?" The king asked.
"We can't be wrong with our hypothesis. If the scepter can kill all our clan on earth, then sealed the void and prevent us from entering earth again, then it must be able to destroy the Apollons if unleashed. Except those sent made some mistake in unleashing it."
"They claimed it was done as instructed." The senator leader announced.
"Only one way to find out the truth," the king let out, after a moment of deep thought. "The four of you should go along with the warriors and confirm if this scepter is real or fake."
All the twelve senators bobbed their heads with satisfaction at their king's suggestion.
"Perfect solution." The senate leader let out.
"Aye, they should all go and confirmed the truth for us." Another senator added.
All the Hoorays at present were happy at the conclusion, to think otherwise is unacceptable to them, so the option that the mistake came from those sent to unleash it is the only palatable answer.
As four the four scientists, only one prayer went like a bat out of hell in their minds.
The scepter should be fake!
Otherwise is not only deadly but disastrous.
It means their total annihilation, along with the Apollons.
All the men and the alien with Brenda avoided the big circle of magical fire, made by the twin's portal.
"Attacked them from both sides, and avoid the portal," Brenda instructed the men with her.
"Attacked them with long weapons." The grey hair general cried out.
Men with spears, pikes, lances, and harpoons raced closer to the zombies at the west side of the twins, then attacked them.
Ten zombies in a line raced closer, and the men sink their weapons into their chests, pinned them to the ground with them, while another section with swords leaped close, and start chopping the pinned zombies into chunks.
Another column of men in blue uniforms struck their weapons at some zombies in their front and pinned them to the ground as well, but four out of the injured zombies escaped and rolled at their attackers.
The men tried to counter-attack the zombie's deadly thrust, but some were caught unaware and were slaughtered by the disgruntled weapons.
Others quickly circle the zombies and chopped them into chunks as well.
Horus fought with anger and keeps chopping into chunks any zombies that unfortunately crossed his path. His weapon glittered and was wet with the blood of the legions of dooms, as he thrust, withdraw his weapon, somersaulted off a deadly thrust that would have chopped him into two, then screamed out. "You are too slow for my liking." Saying this, Horus leaped close to all his attackers and quickly chopped them into chunks with each swing of his weapon.
The zombies counter-attacked back, and the war raged on. Even when wounded by the long weapons, severe off some parts of their bodies, or cut into two, the remaining parts of their bodies keep causing greater havoc to the humans against them.
As for Kira and Akira, their position makes it impossible for them to know if men are truly passing into the portal or not. They were stationed at the back of the blazing circle of light, and they expected that men are getting lost in the Sahara desert, as they advanced against their opponent.
Unfortunately, their expectation was a fallacy as well.
"Counter-attack them, and don't allow them to penetrate your midst." Akira cried out.
"Force them to step into our portal." Kira let out.
The zombies, at the hearing of their two bosses, counter-attacked their opponent, most on a suicide mission.
Ten of them raced closer, and plunged their bodies into the outstretched weapons, then grunted louder, as the weapon cut deeper into them and then leaped closer to their opponents. Five were instantly decapitated when their heads were cut off, while the remaining five got close to their attacker, slashed their swords at them, and severely their heads off. Unfortunately for them, other men around quickly circled them, then chopped them into chunks.
