PAIN IN THE ARSE
The jihadists fighting against Geisha and his Hooray raced after the retreating aliens, then plunged into them when they halted in the open field and conflicts occurred.
"Attack them with bows and arrows and target their physicians." The commander of the section of jihadists in that region cried out. "You don't dare retreat! Don't be cowards and fight for your land." He shouted at another section of men, who retreat out of fear of the dominating aliens.
The war raged on through the night of the following day till sunset, and Geisha ordered for more Hoorays, and in fewer minutes, the alien's spaceship soon deliver another section of a thousand Hoorays.
"Geisha's phone rang out, and his hand dashed to his wing where his phone was attached, he pressed the accept button and listened for some minutes as the voice at the other end barked out in annoyance.
" You are yet to destroy the scepter despite thousands of Hoorays slaughtered daily for this mission. May I know why?" The voice raised a question.
"We are presently engaged in a warfare with humans and have not yet gotten the scepter," Geisha answered back.
"You are sent to destroy the scepter and not to wage war against the humans." The voice retorted back.
"Aye! But the humans are blocking our ways and attacking us from all directions. We have no choice but to fight back."
"The voice at the other side cursed for some moment, then pleaded out. " You need to destroy the scepter, its presence is causing unrest among all the names Hoorays on earth." The voice paused for a while, then resumed. "You know what will happen if the scepter is unleashed?"
"Yes," Geisha replied. "Total annihilation of all the Hoorays on earth."
"Yes, commander Geisha, your death, my death, and the death of all of Our clans on earth. Will you like to have that on your conscience for eternity?" The voice on the other side of the phone inquired.
"I assured you none of this will happen, as the scepter will soon be destroyed."
The voice on the other side grunted with doubt. "Did I need to send a more capable commander?"
"Not necessary, I believe am up to the task and the mission will be accomplished in a few days," Geisha replied.
"I heard the disciplinary assassins send after Horus were all murdered." The voice announced.
"Horus is a pain in the arse and needs to be destroyed as soon as possible," Geisha answered back, after some moment of grimly gazing at the bad news. "I suggest we send more specialized Hoorays after him."
"No," the voice barked back. "You recommended him and entrusted him with bigger responsibility, you must correct him when he erred."
"I will send my Hoorays against him," Geisha answered back.
"I heard some rumors that you are using the banned weapon on earth, and have committed a genocide with it."
"Rumours and nothing but rumors, I have no dealing of such atrocity," Geisha answered back after some moment of stunned gaze.
"Pray it remains a rumor as you claimed." The man abruptly cut the call and the line went dead.
Geisha looked forlorn for a moment and soliloquize alone. In truth, nothing remained hidden under the sun.
Who could have betrayed him?
Is there any proof?
All these questions raced through Geisha's mind and he hissed out with despair.
All humans toys have stopped working and none can record the massacres, only Hoorays have the gadget to do this.
Who among the Hoorays?
Not any among his warriors, as all of them, were aware of the consequences of their actions if they leaked it to those at the top.
All will keep mute to save their heads.
The fish stink from the head, Geisha will receive the greatest punishment, lose his name, his life, and his record of achievement will be wiped off.
All to be replaced by scorns and pains and a sad story of a Hooray, who fall at his peak of success. The incoming generations will laugh at his stupid ambitions and made plays off them.
"No!" Geisha screamed at his weird thought. "There must not be proof of my misconduct."
His mind voluntarily went to Horus, only he can serve as his antagonist, although he wasn't close to all the places he had used the banned weapons. But who knows? Wall was believed to have ears and the news may have reached him wherever he is.
"Horus needs to be killed, as soon as possible"
Geisha wasn't far from the truth, it was Horus who set the rumors in circulation by calling some of his loyalists and informing them of Geisha's misconduct.
Unfortunately for him, all Horus loyalists were mere Hoorays without names, so they have little to offer, except circulate the rumors with the hope that it will get to the ears of the named Hoorays in control.
Luckily, their aim was achieved and the news soon reached the ears of some of Geisha's comrades, and a panel was set to investigate the matter.
But only one Hooray can clarify the whole allegation, and he had been declared an outlaw. Those who have some grudge against Geisha instantly capitalize on his delicate state and they wrote a letter of pardon to the crowned king for Horus's permission and immunity, until Geisha's allegation is cleared.
All these were unknown to Horus. in truth, those in custody have no idea who is helping them out of their predicament.
Horus was in deep thought, looking awfully at his palms. Zuri's voice flowed into him from the past, "patient, Horus! All you need is patience. It will when it will!"
Yet to be patient, according to Horus's understanding is to fold arms and do nothing, and this is contrary to Horus's character, but what can he do?
He had informed the right authority of Geisha's atrocity and his willingness to provide more evidence if given the chance. He was also aware things like this may take a month or a year, and sometimes forever. Few are interested in listening to the speech of the accused against his accuser, especially if the accused was portrayed as the black sheep of the family.
"Watch the rock grow, drink from an empty cup or count the star, it will teach you how to be patient." Zuri's voice sounds louder from the past and Horus bobbed his head, stood up from his camp bed, stepped outside, and peeked at the glowing stars that adorned the dark sky.
He felt peaceful at last as he marvels at one of the greatest gifts of nature.
And at that moment, he found the peace he had been searching for, the clarity of his calling, and everything became clear.
"Am created to help humans in this trial time!"
Horus exclaimed with wide eyes and a puzzled look, at that moment, it seemed the voice from above was precisely clear.
"You are the savior!" The voice boomed from nothingness, "save my people."
Another cry soon emerged at Horus's front, he saw the silhouette of a man running, turning back, then racing hysterically like a lost kitten.
"Damn humans and their headache." Horus shrieked with anger at the interlude that brought him back to reality.
Horus walked close with a lack of alacrity, then raced forward as he caught the silhouette of Apollon777 racing nakedly with a sword after someone that looked like Reagan.
"Hey!" What's wrong with you guys?" Horus screamed, then dived and knocked Apollon777 as he raised his sword to sever Reagan's head off his shoulder.
Apollon777 tried to knock Horus off his body, then burst into tears when Horus held tight and deflect his thrust. "He just killed Maria out of jealousy."
Horus looked stunned for some moment, then quickly recovered and dived to knock Apollon777 down, as he jerked Horus's hand off his body, then raced with a weapon after Reagan.
"Let me kill that son of a bitch!"
"Please be patient, and explain what happens."
"Hey!" What's going on here?" Maria who just arrived at the scene asked with a shocking look at Apollon777's nudeness.
"You guys were fighting, instead of relaxing after a long war and walking!" Bobby exclaimed with a scornful stare.
"That motherfucker just killed Maria out of jealousy!" Apollon777 wailed out.
"Who killed Maria?" Brenda asked, looked around, and removed her sword from its scabbard.
"Reagan, he just slashed at her throat and she is dying!" Apollon777 answered back.
"Where is she?" Bobby asked with a growl.
Apollon777 pointed at an isolated camp, then burst into uncontrollable tears. "She is dead... Maria is dead."
