THE REMINDER OF THE TRUTH

Some men were seen hidden beside trees as the aliens hopped closer.
One among them dipped his hand inside his pocket and brought out a matchbox, looked up, and whispered to his comrade. "How far?"
The team leader, signaled to him to wait for a moment, then whispered back. "Light it now."
The man brought out a matchstick, and strike it against its box, but the strong wind snuffed the light off the stick.
"Be quick, they are getting close to us."
"Aye, be patient, the wind is blowing the light off."
"Use two sticks and light them once."
The man quickly add another stick of matches to the one in his hand, crouched, and strike them against the matchbox, and like before, the blue flame of fire was instantly snuffed off.
"Damn you," the team leader whispered in annoyance, jerked the shivering man off his knees, and snatched the matchbox from his hand.
When he looked up, the aliens were a few steps away from them.
He removed lots of matchsticks and quickly struck them against its box, then tossed them at the line made with flammable oil.
Fire raced towards the incoming aliens and instantly spread into their midst. And in a few seconds, almost half of the aliens were seen tossing around in flame.
Yaris was in the middle of his warriors when the fire started, and he quickly instructed them to hop back to safety.
Without waiting for his response, Yaris hopped back and the fire raced after him, but for a while.
"Get your arses out of the inferno," he screamed at his warriors, as soon as he was on the safe side.
But some were already burnt to ashes, while others were injured by fire, and were dragged out, to be attended to by their physicians.
"Form a defense line, and be ready to counter-attack." Yaris shrieked, brought out his gadget, and pressed the buttons with all the anger in him.
The line was instantly picked at the other side, and a voice announced. "We need your presence over here boss."
"I will be there soon, have you seen Horus?"
"Yes, he is on the rock with us."
"Have you arrested him?"
"No sir, that is why we need your presence."
"I don't understand you, officer. You need my presence to arrest a culprit?"
"Yes... Em... I mean, no sir," the voice at the other side stammered back. "He is surrounded by lots of humans, and they were all armed with our weapon of death."
"Ho, I see. So what am I supposed to do when I arrive, fight them all by myself?" Yaris smirked back, as his anger flare out of control, then barked out. "Get Horus arrested now."
"I can't sir, the-."
"You can't what?" Yaris cut into the Hooray objection, he peeked at his gadget, to be sure he is not with the wrong one. "Did you just object to my command?"
"Yes, they are more than us and heavily armed. Besides, we have all agreed never to use our weapons, because they pollute mother earth."
"I don't care what you decide, or how you come to this conclusion. I WANT HORUS ARRESTED BEFORE I REACH THAT PLACE !" Yaris barked out, then disconnect the call immediately.
The humans waited patiently for more minutes until the fire is fully burnt out, and with a signal from the team leader, the legions of dooms plunged into the burnt area, put all the wounded aliens to death, and raced towards the awaiting aliens on line.
"Shoot at them now!" Yaris barked out, as the approaching zombies get closer, and his Hoorays on line shoot their arrows and struck some of them, but others soon plunged into their midst and assaulted the counter-attacking aliens. And another conflict ensued.
The commander-general of the jihadists instructed his followers to attack, as soon as the aliens were distracted by the legions of dooms presence, and thousands of men galloped towards the war zone.
"What is your decision?" Horus asked his clan, after their long hours of discussion.
"Your words were true, and you have shown us our wrongs, we have decided to seize warring against humans, as we are all guilty of the offenses we are punishing them for." A named Hooray answered back.
"And are you aware you are about to commit treason, and the penalty is death?"
"Either way, we are going to die, but is better to die fighting for truth, than to die fighting against it."
"You made the best of all decisions, and I welcome you as a comrade!" Horus exclaimed, and bow at all the Hoorays at present.
"Thank you, for reminding us, and giving us a chance to pay for our wrongdoing." The named Hooray let out, with a bow.
"We have committed a great offense against mother earth, and we are ready to pay with our blood." Another Hooray was announced.
"Yes, we are ready."
"Why should we pay for our sin in our next life?"
"Long live Horus, the reminder of the truth!"
"Long live Horus!"
All the Hoorays at the meeting point shouted out in excitement.
The aliens, like some humans, believed in reincarnation, and the law of karma, and this is always the basis of their conscience, and why they are all obedient, and law-abiding even to the point of death. But when their obedience conflicts with their aforementioned two truths, the truth must always come first.
The first truth is supreme and absolute, mother nature must always come first.
But the second truth gives room for interpretation and misinterpretation and is always subject to various factors because the truth is today, maybe a lie tomorrow.
Love your neighbors the way you love yourself!
Yet, your neighbors today may become your enemies tomorrow, become a fugitive, or worst of all, charged for treasonous offenses.
Circumstances determine your neighbors, and this is the sore reason why all the aliens on the rock now see Horus and the humans with him as their neighbors.
They were all victims of circumstances.
"What of Yaris?" One among the named Hoorays asked after their short jubilation.
"We tell him our unanimous decision, and damn his shocking look."
"What if he declared us rebels?"
"He should be able to choose the truth, as well. We can't continue hurting mother earth, after being reminded of the greatest of all truth."
"Aye, we are doing it for the love of mother earth."
"Yaris don't know the truth, don't forget he grew up with Seoul." Another Hooray cried out.
"Yes, he will charge us for rebelling and our life won't be worth a pauper's wages.
"Then we will demand our right to die fighting ceremonially, surely he won't deny us that." Another Hooray let out.
"We are bound by his last order, we can only demand our right if we obeyed his last command, before telling him of our demands."
"Yes, our law is straight and precise on this." Another Hooray let out with a loud groan. "We must firstly obey."
"What if he asked us to fight with our other weapons that are not poisonous to mother earth?"
"Then we will refuse, why should we keep stoning humans, for the same offenses we just committed?"
"Yes, we have all sin, and need the forgiveness of mother earth, and not the fear of a bully half-beast!"
"So what is our decision?"
"I have a suggestion, only if Horus will agree?"
"Give me a try, buddy," Horus answered back.
"Allow us to arrest you as he ordered, then we will demand our right to fight in the path of truth, and not against it." The first speaking Hoorays announced.
And the whole area becomes absolute silence.
