You are what you eat

"Tell me about your clan." The new king of Guara town said to Zuri after the usual greetings when he came along with Sebastian for a visit to the palace.
"Unlike humans, Hoorays were given names when they performed something extraordinary or excel above their mate in whatever field they choose, and at present only a million Hoorays are named among the teeming population of over a billion Hoorays," Zuri responded.
"Interesting." The king replied and asked. "How are others referred to?"
"By there profession, defects or anything that makes them different from their pairs," Zuri replied.
"And when among them committed any offense, how are they find out when they have no names?" The king asked back.
"All Hoorays upon birth are registered electronically, and any offenders will be easily discovered through his or her DNA, palm and fingers prints, or any other means of identification," Zuri answered back.
"Exactly like humans in a developed nation." The king replied and asked." What about your female species, how did they look like?"
"Exactly like us, except that have the smaller physique and bigger breast along with other female genitals," Zuri replied.
"And your government, how was it run?" The king inquired further.
"We have only one crowned king at a time, the direct descendant of the succubus. They are just the ceremonial head, but the real power lies with the named warrior's caste." Zuri explained, paused to draw his breath, and explained further. "The named warrior made and enforced the law, and they are in control of the royal treasury.
"And your cities, civilization, laws, and politics." The king asked again.
"We have fifty big cities, countless townlets, and villages. From my observations since we arrived, I believe we are more civilized than humans as we have millions of years of history kept in our archive, our foods are more than sufficient as we have excess stored for future uses, medically we are more advanced than humans as we can heal and cure any sickness or wounds in a matter of seconds."
Zuri halted his speech, dipped his hand inside his armored suit and removed a white handkerchief to clean the sweat gathering on his forehead, then resumed instantly.
"Our means of transportations are faster and less prone to accidents, our law is quite easy; all offenders are punishable by death, while the greatest of all sins is to do anything that will put mother earth at risk."
"And your eating habit?" The king asked.
"We are pure vegetarians and only eat to stay alive, as we believed even plants and animals have the right to life," Zuri answered back.
"I found all this fascinating and only have one more question." the king said."
"You have my ears," Zuri replied.
"If you are what you claimed to be, why are you here despite all the perfection of your place?" The king asked with a fixed gaze.
Zuri fixed his gaze at the king and said. "Let me share something with you. Unlike earth, our planet named Rushuk has no direct contact with the sun, but we invent our own solar body. We have no big rivers nor mighty oceans and had never witnessed rain. But that is not what we seek."
Zuri stopped his speech, stood from the chair, and walked to and fro inside the palace.
He stood in front of the king who looked back at him with rapt and said, "the earth is on its way to total annihilation through humans action and inaction, and the only way out is to hand over the control of the earth to a higher and wiser self for proper managing."
"Earth belongs to us, and we should be left to decide her fate." The king announced with a frown.
"No!" Zuri retorted and went back to his seat, then sat comfortably.
"Earth belongs to all of us. Humans, aliens, elves, angels, demons, plants, animals, and every other living thing. It's quite myopic for humans to assume the sole ownership of the earth."
Brenda and her gang, along with the newly freed captives walked back to the main road where they had gathered before Reagan took Maria for a clean-up.
"Take all these people back to the village where Elenu was waiting for us." She said to Reagan.
"No please, let me go with you," Reagan begged back.
"It's quite impossible as we have few horses and we can't just let them go when they have no place," Bobby replied and added. "Besides, you look unfit for this journey and also need to rest."
Reagan objected for a while, but he soon hand over Maria to Bobby and he led the tired and exhausted eighteen men and women back to base.
"Please take care of her for me." He turned along the way, screamed, and resumed his journey.
Apollon777 strengthened suddenly and raced after the two girls in overgrown clothing they had met earlier.
The girls were seen losing the ropes of two horses in a bid to run off with them.
He soon caught up with them and dragged them back towards Brenda. "Should I kill them as well?"
"Wait," Brenda replied. She walked close to the two girls and peered into their faces.
"Did you all see these strange pores on all of them?"
"Result of consuming badly cooked human's flesh," Zuma r replied.
"You are what you eat, most of those slaughtered are having one disease or another, and when cooked partly, the eater ends inheriting the disease of his or her prey," Bobby added.
"What are we going to do with them?" Apollon777 implored.
"We let them go, they are going to die after all," Brenda replied.
She walked off the girls and climbed her horses and said." Let's go."
The whole group resumed their journey and galloped till nightfall.
Suddenly, Apollon777 noticed some shimmering lanterns ahead.
"Get your weapon out and be ready." He immediately cried out, booted his horse harder, and smirked louder.
He soon plunged into the midst of the men who cried out is he lashed, cut, and thrust with his weapon to make way for others to pass through.
A man jumped at Brenda's moving horse and held tight to its neck with his two arms.
Brenda instantly thrust her dagger into his right eye and removed it, then aimed the left eye.
The man seeing the second thrust hovering toward his eye immediately let go of the horse, tumbled, and landed inside the gutter, only to hit his head on the pavement and fainted.
Another man thrust a spear at her, but she lean backward and slashed her sword at another man close enough, the blade cut the man's head off his neck.
Bobby severed the hand of a man that thrust his sword at him and booted another man in the face.
He swirl on the moving horse and turned backward to protect Maria in his back, slashing his weapon at any closer opponent.
Zuma luckily escape a dagger thrown at him, but the dagger hit the horse in the neck and the injured animal cried out in pain and fell over, then throw its rider off her back.
Zuma somersaulted twice in the mid-air and landed on one knee, then dived left to escape another dagger thrown at him.
A large man with a rapier loomed at him but Zuma bent to escape his thrust and whacked him in the head with a big sledgehammer.
The man fell dead on the floor after dancing willy-nilly for a while.
Bobby saw Zuma felled and cried out to Apollon777 to help out. He galloped towards his fallen compatriot.
Apollon777 heard Bobby's cry out and whirled around, thrusting his weapon into the stomach of a man that hovered closer.
He quickly circled Zuma and hacked at any man that walked close, then thrust his other arm at Zuma and heaved him up the horse and galloped away and was followed by the rest of the group.
They galloped through the night and only halted in the front of an abandoned hotel to nap for a while, but the fear of the unknown keeps tormenting them even in their dreamless nightmare.
Horus and his team of Hoorays walked faster, guided by Horus's gadget.
Their journey was uneventful until they decided to relax for a while on a mountain close to a deep forest.
A few hours into their sleep, Horus suddenly felt the presence of a strange aura and sprung alive, then dived his weapon forward as something big snarl and leaped at him.
The dying cry of the wounded animal immediately woke all the other sleeping Hoorays and they all gathered and cornered the rest of the gang of wolves.
"I want them alive, if possible," Horus commanded.
The Hoorays instantly plunged into the midst of the wolves and caught three among them while the rest escaped.
"We will be training them to serve as our weapons against humans."
The Hoorays bind the mouth of the three animals and hauled them along with them.
Horus led the way and he was followed by his warriors and their newfound pets.
The whole column reached the bridge where Brenda and her team had earlier waited for Reagan as he went to clean Maria in the river and walked beyond through the whole night.
In the morning, the Hoorays under the command of Horus met their first human confrontation and the first battle to be controlled under the leadership of commander Horus. Unfortunately, only one alien live to tell the tale.
