Camilla's POV continues

******

I don't know how long I slept but it couldn't be longer than two hours, if not one. I'm sore and bruised on every visible surface, Adrian didn't let up on me.

"I will go easy on you." He said, well that statement was a comprehensive lie. However, if that was him going easy on me, I wouldn't like to see what he does to me at his full capacity with zero restraint. I one time wondered why Martin isn't Alpha but last night and all early hours of today, Adrian showed me just why he is Alpha over his elder brother. Adrian's dominant essence has no exception, not even in the bedroom.

I was thirsty and hungry when I slid out of bed, Adrian groaned in disapproval when I slipped from his arms. I know he was awake but I still tried my luck by tiptoeing out of the room just in case he was still asleep. I couldn't find my dress from last night so I picked up a t-shirt from his closet and went with that, it covered my ass and that was all I needed to get a fresh glass of water.

Angel and her friends, Ciara and Liliana are at the end of the staircase chattering about something I can't make sense of. I choose to tune out any comments they might make about me as I walk down the staircase and thankfully none of them says anything about me.

When I take the last step on the staircase Angel inhales sharply before glaring at me with evident loathing, I know Angel has never looked at me in any other way but today is different, the contempt in her stare could burn through my skin if I wasn't so dazed. Liliana snarls at me as she eyes me up and down, handing Angel her phone. “Oh, she lives? I guess she's not that weak after all.”

“It's sad that you have to drug yourself to get Adrian in bed.” Angel snorts.

I cock my head sideways, watching her with a questioning expression. I should try to ignore her but Tee said if I didn't 'handle' Angel, she would do it for me and quite frankly, her way of 'handling' Angel would most likely end in a blood bath. Don't get me wrong, I don't like her but I wouldn't want to be the one living with her death on my conscience, everyone would assume I did it because of our unlikely relationship when it comes to Adrian.

“Are you perhaps talking to me?” I ask.

“Ew, no.” Angel mutters with contempt, swiping her hair over her shoulder, the same hair that looks way too similar to my previous hair.

I nod at her, “Yea. That's right, you're talking about me. I don't know where you get the nerve to hate me so much when your hairstyle is inspired by me. Let's not get crazy here but I rock that long hair way better than you do. Maybe it's because mine is natural but either way, I will never grow that long again. You've ruined the style for me but go off honey, as your inspiration, I give you my blessing.” I smirk.

“Hmm, don't build your ego kiddo.” Liliana warns.

“Mmm, I could do that or I could put you in your place.” I say, my eyes drifting to meet Angel, she's my situation not Liliana.

“And where would that be?” Angel interjects.

I lick my lips, a lazy grin creeping onto my face as I sigh dramatically. “At my feet but instead of having you bow before me, I'm kind enough to let you raise your head for your own self confidence.”

Angel rolls her eyes, “I will never bow to you child.” She seethes.

This woman tests my patience, something about her always has my inner demon screeching to crawl out for some play time but I won't let her break me. No one can make me break character, I've worked so hard to learn my limits but Angel, oh this serpent always tests them and today she's in luck. I don't know if it's some of Adiran's superiority brushing off on me but with Angel, I want to assert authority and so, I take my final step on the staircase and match the disdain in her gaze.

My hand seems to have a mind of its own, slapping the phone she holds in her hand and it falls to the ground. Angel instantly kneels to pick it up, “What the fuck did you do that for?” She gasps.

I shrug, “It was either you or the phone and oh, you said you would never bow to me? Well you just did and you know what that means Angel.” I grin, walking away before she can think of another comeback.

Upon entering the kitchen, I discover yet another gathering by the dining table. This seems to happen a lot these days, the girls sit and discuss their gossip in the morning most days after breakfast but right now, I'm not sure what time it is. I didn't find it necessary to see what time it is, all I knew was it's Monday today and people would be out working.

Molina is the first to notice me and I must say, having Molly around has been incredible, she is a terrific girl with so much spunk. Her energy is equivalent to that of Mirabelle, only more profound. She clears her throat and nods her head, gesturing to me. Everyone's gaze shifts to me and I wave awkwardly, not knowing what else to do. Mirabelle isn't here among them but I can smell her, I proceed to the refrigerator with everyone's face following my every stride.

Opening the fridge, I take out a disposable water bottle.

Someone snorts behind me, “Someone is up early.” I turn around to meet whoever it is that just spoke, Racheal. She's in her pyjamas with a plate of avocado toast, my eyes instantly drift to the toast and side of sliced strawberries. “You want some?” She asks.

Only then do I look up from the plate, “Umm, why wouldn't I be up early?”

“I think the answer to that question is very obvious.” She says extending the plate towards me, I take the plate from her and grin.

“Thank you.” I say walking towards the counter, I place the plate there hop on it, ignoring how bare Adrian's shirt leaves me.

“You're welcome. So how was it, should we get you a doctor?” She teases. I ready my eyes, focusing on the plate beside me. I take a bite of the strawberry slice first, it tastes so good that I moan. Laughter erupts in the kitchen and Molina rises, “That sure as hell sounds subtle compared to what we heard last night.”

All color leaves my face as I take in her words, we were in the room that was soundproof encompassed.

“Word of advice,” She grins. “Next time, close the window too.”

I'm saved from the embarrassment by Tiana, I let out a sigh of relief when I see her. I didn't expect to see her here this morning but I'm glad she is here and with Mirabelle too. “Well, I thought you died.” Belle snorts.

Tee rolls her eyes at Belle and she continues to walk to me, “I told her you would outlast her brother in every category if you tried and I assume you tried to in the bedroom at least?”

My cheeks flare up and Tee being Tee is oblivious to this, her eyes scan my body and see her flinch when she takes in my neck, Adrian's teeth are sure to have left their mark on there. I give her a comforting look and she shrugs, resting her elbows next to me. “Was it good, because you don't look so good.”

I nod, “It was good Tee, sex can be good and I liked it. How fucked up I look this morning is a result of good sex but it hurt like a bitch.” I whisper, my tone so low to ensure only she hears me.

No one bats an eyelash, so I take it no one can hear us. Tee simply nodded at me, “I have to pick up the girls from their hotel but I wanted to see you before I left but now, I have seen you and I'm leaving without a hug because you smell owned.”

I tilt my head and frown, “Owned?”

“You smell like sixty buckets of Alpha Asshole's cum.” She says, with the most blank expression she can put forth. My eyes widen as I watch her walk away, when she reaches the door she blows me a giddy kiss.

I shake my head, going back to my breakfast. I take a bite of the toast, at the exact moment my not so affectionate sister walks in. She's ready to go to work, she is wearing blue scrubs that look so good on her. I am considering a career in medicine just so I can wear scrubs too. “You're awake?” She asks, her tone pregnant with surprise.

I throw my hands up in defeat, “Why does everyone seem surprised?”

“Because you're you.” She laughs, pointing to me with her phone.

Should I take that as an insult and was everyone expecting me to die after one night in the sheets with Adrian? Well, jokes on them. I was made for him, so why wouldn't I be able to take his bedroom antics with a smile.

“Leave my baby alone.” Mirabelle pouts.

I let out a giggle and took a strawberry in my hand, “Thank you baby.” I grin, tossing the strawberry in my mouth.

Michelle walks to me and pulls out two pills out of her pocket, “Here.” She says, holding her hand out. I take one look at the pills in her hand and I shake my head, Michelle shrugs, placing them back into her pocket. “How long has it been?”

“What?”

“Oh, poor sweet, innocent Camilla.” Molina giggles, “She means since you mated, how long has it been?”

I shift my gaze from Molly to Michelle, who is impatiently awaiting my answer. “I'm not sure, probably three hours or four hours?” I mumble, almost like a question to Michelle.

“Too long.” Rachael snorts from across the room.

Michelle takes one look at her watch and gestures to the plate in my lap, “Well get ready Alpha will be looking for you any minute now.”

“Why?” I coax, gulping audibly. Michelle laughs but halts when she sees my bewildered expression not phasing out.

“You can't make a man wait ten months to get in your panties and think he'll be appeased with just one twilight? Well, not an Alpha.”

“As disgusting of a topic this is for me, seeing that Adrian is my brother and all. I agree with Michelle, he was clingy before but now that he has had a taste of you, he won't let up until you're utterly owned and the one scent on you is his, RIP your scent and your coochie.”

I open my mouth to respond to Mirabelle but it turned impossible when I catch a whiff of Adrian's scent in the air. Everyone turns silent, I shift my gaze to the entryway of the kitchen, Adrian stands there, wearing nothing but his sweatpants and they hide nothing.

You can clearly see his cock pressing against it, all the girls not related to him are looking at it and his bare chest, appreciating God's phenomenal creation. When his eyes meet mine, he struts forward, ignoring everyone and everything but me in the room. I watch him placing the last strawberry slice into my mouth. When he reaches me, he grabs me off the counter, the almost empty plate falling to the floor with a chime sound as he tosses me over his shoulder.

My jaw drops, my barely chewed strawberry falling out of my mouth. Michelle shakes her head, looking at me with a smug expression on her face.
