Chapter 119 You Should Leave

Tyler's face went beet red, totally speechless. Violet didn't need his permission to do anything!

But what if something went wrong since Violet and Fergus would be in touch for so long?

Right then, Fergus chimed in slowly, "Tyler, remember what I said at the hotel? This is just the start. I'm gonna make you lose everything, bit by bit!"

Tyler felt a chill run from his feet to his head!

Nervously, he asked, "What are you planning? I'm warning you, don't mess around!"

Fergus ignored him and turned to Dr. Reed, "From now on, I ask, you answer. If you lie, I'll hit you!"

Dr. Reed knelt, trembling, "Dad, don't hit me. I'll tell the truth!"

Fergus asked, "Why did Tyler hypnotize Violet? Was it to treat her?"

Fergus didn't buy that Tyler was just trying to help Violet get her memory back. Hypnosis couldn't restore memory; if it could, it would've been a big deal by now.

"Dr. Reed!" Tyler yelled angrily.

But Dr. Reed wasn't listening to Tyler anymore.

Dr. Reed answered obediently, "Of course not. Tyler's goal was to brainwash Ms. Gray, making her think he was her partner from the start."

Violet glared at Tyler, furious. She might've lost her memory, but she wasn't stupid. She got what Dr. Reed was saying!

Tyler's face went pale with fear, sweat pouring down, and he quickly said, "Fergus used Demonology on Dr. Reed. Ms. Gray, don't believe him."

He added, "Think about it, the head of the Zimmerman Family, the owner of Red Pharmaceuticals, everyone in Tarynville, even your most trusted people, Sarah, all know I'm your partner. How could that be fake?"

Violet's eyes suddenly looked unsure. Yeah, why did everyone vouch for Tyler?

"That's because Thomas issued a gag order. In Tarynville, no one dares to go against him!" Fergus explained calmly, "Violet, you came to Tarynville to prove your worth, not just to be in a marriage alliance. Think again, who is Thomas loyal to? How could you pick someone he supports as a partner?"

Violet's eyes got suspicious again. Yeah, that was weird. The one pushing for the marriage alliance the most in her family was Dane. How could she pick someone Thomas supported?

Fergus continued, "Think again, what did Governor Frod want to say just now, and who called him away?"

Violet seemed to piece things together!

Seeing Violet's expression, Tyler panicked. He regretted not getting rid of Fergus earlier!

He spoke darkly, "It's all nonsense. Ms. Gray, this guy is just trying to confuse you. I suggest you go upstairs to rest and leave the rest to me!"

As long as Fergus left, Tyler would find someone to kill him. He couldn't let Fergus show up in front of Violet again.

Violet took a deep breath, like she was a different person, no longer serious and heavy, but instead smiled and looked at Fergus, "That's just your opinion, and I'm not interested in hearing it anymore. I'm going to trust my own judgment. Fergus, I'm tired today. You should leave first!"

Hearing this, Fergus was stunned. He had said so much, but Violet still wanted him to leave?

Tyler was thrilled and immediately urged, "Fergus, why are you still standing there? Didn't you hear Ms. Gray tell you to leave? Get out now!"

As long as Fergus left, he would immediately kill him!

Fergus was unwilling, and he asked Dr. Reed, "Tell me, who is Ms. Gray's real partner!"

Dr. Reed raised his head and replied honestly, "Of course it's Dad."

"Shut up!" Violet's voice cut through the tension.

She glared coldly at Fergus. "You need to leave now. I don't want to hear another word. Mr. Scott, escort him out!"

Adrian stepped forward, blocking Fergus, and pointed to the door. "Leave now, or I'll throw you out!"

Tyler grinned smugly, never expecting things to turn out this way!

Fergus took a deep breath, nodded, and walked out the door. He didn't want to push Violet any further.

Seeing Fergus leave, Tyler immediately spoke proudly, "Ms. Gray, you are truly wise. If it weren't for your intelligence, you would have been easily deceived by Fergus!"

Violet smiled faintly, "I'm not that foolish!"

Then she added, "I'm tired today. The Gray Group still needs your attention. I'll go upstairs to rest."

After speaking, she walked slowly upstairs. Just as she turned, her face became serious. Although she hadn't remembered who Fergus was, she felt that what Fergus said made a lot of sense.

Right now, it seemed like everything around her could be a lie!

Back upstairs, she took out her phone and sent a message to Adrian, asking him to protect Fergus secretly. Fergus was likely a former partner and must not be harmed!
