Chapter 159 Queenie's Danger
On the other side, Queenie bought some pastries that Barbara liked on the way and went to Clancy Villa.
As soon as she entered Clancy Villa, she ran into Benoit's sister-in-law, Scarlett.

But Scarlett warmly greeted her, "Queenie, come here, let's eat bird's nest together."

"No," Queenie shook her head.

Scarlett took out a white dress and handed it to Queenie, "Try it on."

A servant knocked on the door and entered. "Mr. Clancy has returned and just went upstairs to his room."
"Oh," Scarlett waved her hand dismissively, "Queenie and I are doing our hairstyles. I'll greet my husband when he comes back."
After all, it would be strange for her to greet him alone when he was not present. As soon as she finished speaking, the servant glanced at the bird's nest bowls on the table and paused. "Madam, did you eat the bird's nest?"
"Yes, I did! What's the problem?" Scarlett dumbfoundedly looked at the servant.
This servant was the one she had hired initially and was quite helpful to her. "Why didn't you ask me to bring it for you?" the servant pointed to a beige stewing bowl and asked, "Which one did you eat?"
Scarlett's expression changed slightly, and she blinked her innocent watery eyes. "The white one!"
The servant's pupils suddenly contracted, pointing at the beige stewing bowl, and asked, "...then who ate that one?"
Scarlett's eyes widened instantly as she looked at Queenie and then at the servant. "Did you lace it with something?"
The servant swallowed and nodded.

Scarlett patted her chest and comforted Queenie. "Don't worry, I'll call Pollard. He should be on his way."
