Chapter 112 The Nobles' Morning Practice!

In the early morning, the birds chirped outside the window. A group of birds rested on the windowsill after having filled their bellies. It was their most comfortable moment. They would soon head south as the cold storm began to affect the area.
"Ah..." A melodious yawn startled the resting guests. Henry opened his eyes and gazed at the canopy, remarking, "Sleeping here is so comfortable, I wake up feeling refreshed."
The door creaked and opened, and Willow cautiously peeked inside. She immediately noticed the items on the table, a sight she had grown accustomed to seeing every morning.
Was Willow curious about the origin of these items? It would be a lie to say she wasn't, but she managed to control her curiosity well.
Her mother had taught her that a man's greatest charm lies in his ability to keep a woman intrigued. Willow understood that if Henry wanted to share, he would, and if not, she would protect his secret.
"Be careful not to wake Henry." Willow reminded the maids carrying the boxes behind her.
"Yes." the maids replied softly.
"Put down the boxes and leave. You can only come with permission." Willow instructed in a hushed tone.
"Yes." the maids obediently responded.
The maids were all commoner girls chosen from Eldoria. The youngest was only thirteen, and the oldest was sixteen, but they were all very sensible. They knew that working in the Lord's Manor was a dream for many, and their families were overjoyed.
Before starting their duties, the maids had been trained by the Wyatt couple, with Henry at the center. They were not allowed to eavesdrop, spy, or steal anything related to Henry, not even a trivial word.
In fact, they had little opportunity to interact with Henry. Even if they did, it was arranged by Miss Willow, just like today when they were moving boxes to Henry's room.
They didn't know what was inside the boxes, only seeing different people come to help move things every day. Sometimes, the boxes were heavy, and other times, they were light.
The maids placed the boxes by the door and quietly left. The last time a maid made too much noise, she woke Henry up and was so scared that she cried, fearing she would be driven out of the Lord's Manor.
Henry listened to the whispers outside the door and, for some reason, felt a warm feeling in his heart. Perhaps it was the feeling of being cared for so cautiously.
"Willow!" Henry turned his head and looked at Willow, who was always careful, lazily calling out, "You always look like a thief."
Willow almost dropped the box, turned her head, and saw Henry's dark eyes. She pouted and said, "Henry, you scared me again."
"I'm sorry to trouble you today!" Henry said gently.
"It's not a bother. It's what I should do," Willow said, putting down the box and pouting. "Don't say that next time, Henry."
"Okay!" Henry lazily raised his hand.
"Did I wake you up?" Willow asked, feeling a little guilty.
"No, I woke up early today because I went to bed early," Henry said, sitting up and shaking his head.
The blanket slipped, revealing Henry's smooth chest, which made Willow's eyes involuntarily glance over, her cheeks slightly blushing. Even though she helped Henry change every day, there was still a hint of shyness in her heart.
"Do you get up now?" Willow quickly ran to the wardrobe to fetch a robe.
"Get something casual. I'm going to morning practice," Henry said quickly.
Casual wear, like the current casual wear on Earth. In Henry's wardrobe, it had a variety of clothes.
"What?" Willow was surprised and said, "Henry, are you going to morning practice?"
Willow knew about morning practice, a kind of training for nobles, usually referring to practicing knight swords or spears, and equestrianism.
Willow knew that her father, Wyatt, would take her five brothers for morning practice every morning to train their knightly skills.
"Yes, I've been too comfortable lately," Henry said, clenching his fist and laughing. "I can't go on like this. In the future, I have to protect you and the commoners in the territory."
Willow's steps faltered, and she shook her head, her gray eyes staring at the spirited young man, and said softly, "Henry, you are a nobleman, and you have your knights and soldiers to protect everyone, so you don't have to take risks."
"If they have to rely on you to take action, then they would have failed, and if you get hurt, it would be the most heartbreaking for everyone."
Willow held a set of casual clothes and came to Henry, silently thinking that Henry's life was much more precious than all of us combined.
"Hey." Henry chuckled; the fact that the girl supported him so much, he couldn't reject mercilessly.
Life was so long, accidents were always inevitable, and when he fought with a sword, it might be a different feeling, and there were nobles who are the first to fight.
Of course, Henry didn't like such accidents. He liked the feeling of being in control of everything.
Well, in fact, Willow thought that Henry was the kind of weak nobleman who understood literature and had a wealth of knowledge, not the kind of nobleman who fought with swords all day, didn't bathe, and exuded a stench of sweat.
Henry, of course, knew that the entire Lord's Manor thinks he was a nobleman who was powerless, relying on his wise brain to make a living with talent and good looks.
As for the use of force, no one cares. A nobleman was completely protected by his knights. Unless all the knights were dead, Wyatt and the others would not let Henry take action because by then, everyone would be dead, and no one could stop him.
"It's better to be prepared, isn't it?" Henry won't explain anything. He would wait until he shows his strength, and that would be a jaw-dropping moment.
"Yes, it's a good thing that you're going to morning practice, just don't get too tired," Willow helped Henry change his clothes, exhaling like an orchid, "Henry is the most diligent nobleman I've ever seen."
"I'll gladly accept that compliment."
Henry stretched lazily, in a good mood, and walked out, heading for the morning practice site.
"Henry is really studious!"
Willow swung her dark hair, took the box, and began to pack the things on the table, her mouth curled up, today was a happy start.
"Today is a day of magical things, and I have to quickly put them in the private warehouse." Willow murmured.
