“Yes, he is indeed,” Mrs. Alvarez uttered from Levi’s side.
“Tell me, bro, is he your son?” He asked again when he didn’t hear his brother answer his question. He couldn’t help but to look at the little boy. Levi couldn’t understand but there was a sudden strange feeling he felt when he saw the little boy.
Logan just nodded. Levi couldn’t tell if it was fear and hesitation that he saw in his face but he just ignored it. Probably, his brother was worried about their father.
“Yes, bro. He is my son. Say hi to your Uncle Levi,” his brother said to the little boy as he turned to him.
The little boy standing next to Logan waved his hand at him. He didn’t know why but he smiled at the little boy. There was something inside him that suddenly gave him the urge to look at the boy intently.
He could see that the boy was a bit shy.
“Hey, I had no idea that you got married?” He uttered as he couldn’t recall that his brother mentioned anything about having a child nor having married. They had been away from each other so he couldn’t really tell what was happening in his life. He loved him but he knew that they were not really that close like any other normal siblings. They were not given a chance to share each other's secrets since his brother had been taken away from them. Most of his life, he lived alone with his parents. It’s very seldom they would be spending time with Logan.
Logan just smiled at him and he couldn’t explain why but his heart pounded so fast. Though he just chose to remain silent. His eyes were uneasy, and it was as if his brother couldn’t look at him directly.
“I didn’t. Don’t think so much, bro. I am sorry if I was not around when you got in an accident. I am in London by that time. Then, Leonard got sick when I arrived back home,” Logan tried to explain himself to him. “I really had no chance to fly here.”
He smiled. “It’s okay, bro. What’s important, you are here. I am glad that you came and paid a visit to our father,” he said to him. He knew that he was a very busy person and on top of that he was glad that he had stayed away from him during that time or else he might also be dragged into the scandal he got involved with. He never knows how Cameron would move so it was really good that his family would stay away from the issue.
“Oh, yes. As soon as I heard from Mom what happened to our father, I really wanted to fly here but it took quite some time because Leonard had been sick lately,” Logan said to him while looking at the little boy who was standing next to him.
He couldn’t help but he was happy seeing him though he could say that he seemed like he was really sick. He was thin and he doubted if Logan was not looking after him correctly.
He just nodded his head as he didn’t want his brother to get offended by what he was going to say. He didn’t know a lot about him and about this child so it would be better for him to keep quiet.
“Oh, I see. By the way, who is with you now? Who would help you take care of him?” He asked instead.
“His nanny. She’s with us. I cannot just leave Leonard in Cebu alone so I just brought him with me so you guys can meet him as well,” Logan said and then smiled at him.
“Oh, if that’s the case then you can stay in our house though as of now, I am staying in the company’s penthouse. So I wouldn’t be with you,” Levi said to his long-lost brother.
“Oh, great. I can bring them though in the apartment,” Logan answered. “But thank you for the offer.”
“Well, that’s the best idea since you have your own apartment. Anyway, Dad and mom would probably be staying here while Dad is undergoing recovery,” he said to his brother.
Logan nodded to him.
“Yes, bro, Let’s pray that Dad’ surgery will be successful.”
Mrs. Alvarez took Leonard from Logan and the old woman started to play with the little boy. And, while Levi was holding the little hand of the boy, there was something inside him that he couldn’t understand. There was something in his blood that suddenly awakened, and he had the urge of hugging the little boy but he had to control himself. He didn’t want to scare him as he might be confused why he was doing that.
Probably, because he just found him so cute and adorable.

Amelia was looking at the little boy who was carried by the man heading in their direction. She and Henry were both sitting on the opposite side of where Mrs. Alvarez and Levi were sitting. She couldn’t help but stare at the little boy as he looked almost the same as Luke. They were like carbon copies. If she would be seeing them both together, she would say that the two were identical twins and she couldn’t help but wonder. How did Logan somehow seem to look like Luke?
She could even tell that the boy was at the same age as Luke. Suddenly, Amelia was hospitalized at the same time. So, she decided to take her phone and send a message to her mother to check about his condition.
She should have done it earlier, but Levi was in a rush until she had already forgotten to send a message to her mother.
“Mom, how is Luke doing?” She asked her mother. She felt guilty because she forgot to check on the little boy. She was hoping that Luke was already okay and that she didn’t have to worry about his condition.
