Chapter Hundred-And-Seventy-Nine
**3rd Person POV**
Everyone turned to look at Queen Emily as though she had lost her mind.
“It is the only way. George needs them to blackmail Regina into surrendering her soul,” explained Queen Emily.
“So you're suggesting?”
“I am not suggesting that the twins be handed over, only that they be used as bait to lure George out.”

Meanwhile, in the underworld, Princess Eris had come up with the same idea. George had told her that Regina was here in search of her twins. She was going to use that to bait her. It was not going to be an easy job because Lucian and Dagen seemed to be always hanging around her. Still, it had to be done. She could sense Aegan's growing impatience especially after she had ensured that Sir Derek was no longer part of the plan to retrieve Regina.
It happened that Princess Eris was finally able to get to speak to Regina alone. She blocked the woman's path with her body. Regina had her eyebrow raised at Princess Eris. She had just managed to get away from Lucian and was headed to the house of a man who was rumoured to have some children with him. She did not think that she would have to deal with Princess Eris too.
“What do you want?” Regina's tone bore no friendliness. The longer she had stayed in the underworld, the more she realised that she held powers and she had begun to learn how to use them. Thus, Princess Eris did not scare her anymore. She had found out that the soul of Perisphone that lived within her bore great power which Raven had been helping her harness.
“I'm not here to fight you. Believe me, I just want to help,” said Princess Eris in a calm and persuasive tone. It was the tone she used to seduce her lovers and while it usually worked on men she could tell from the expression on Regina's face that it was going to be futile.
“Help? How can you possibly be of help to me, huh?” scoffed Regina, annoyed that she was wasting her time here.
“I know about your twins,” Princess Eris spoke in a low tone as though she were telling a secret. The expression on Regina's face hardened.
“What twins?” asked Regina, choosing a denial path.
“Don’t play the denial game,” said Princess Eris softly.
“The denial game huh? You know nothing,” returned Regina. If only Princess Eris knew that in Napoleon's palace, she had learnt how to read people she would not come here to bluff to her about having her children. However, one thing was clear, Princess Eris wanted to lure her out using her children as bait. Did that mean that the horns of hell had requested her soul?
“Then follow me. You know I cannot hurt you as you hold great powers yourself. Follow me, and I will show them to you,” Regina was almost convinced. She had to credit Princess Eris for her acting skills.
“You do not convince me, you should go bother someone else. I have things to do,” said Regina.
“And if you're wrong? What would it hurt?”
“What do you get out of this?” requested Regina.
“I need someone in Lucian's camp. I need to know what he is planning,” replied Princess Eris.
“I'm afraid you will have to take your business elsewhere,” came Regina's response. As Regina walked away from Princess Eris, a gun was fired and Regina dropped hard on the cold floor. Princess Eris had a menacing smile on her face.

Regina woke up several hours later with a splitting headache. She found that she was tied up and could not move her body at all. She tried with her powers to fry the bonds that held her in place but Raven made her know that she was wasting her time.
*_They are made from the flames of hell, you cannot free yourself._*
*_What is to be done now? I cannot waste any more time?”_*
Regina did not want to believe that there was nothing more to be done. She had sacrificed so much only to get to this point to end up failing.
*_wish there was something more we could do. Now, we wait._*
*_We wait for death?_*
*_I’m sorry, Regina._*
Regina stayed that way for hours trying to remain as still as possible because, with every movement of her body, the rope dug into her flesh deeper causing her searing pains. She was in agony but she refused to give her enemies the pleasure of hearing her scream.
She continued this way until someone entered the cell she had been locked up in. It was Prince Aegan. He had a creepy smile on his face.
“Well, well, well, look who we have here,” he said with a devilish smile. Regina said nothing to him; she only stared at him with hate-filled eyes.
He was walking towards her when as though he heard his name he stopped suddenly. He was frozen for several more seconds and when he came to himself he had a look of disappointment on his face.
“Unfortunately, we do not have time for a little fun,” Prince Aegan said. He grabbed her by her neck and the next thing Regina saw had her mouth agape in shock.
“I see you have brought her here,” all this time Regina had seen creatures in the underworld that had peculiar shapes but all of them still maintained the same basic look as those on Earth; they still managed to look a little bit like her form. This was different however, there was nothing earth-like about these creatures. She could not even tell where their eyes or mouths were. They were the definition of terror. She had thought that she had seen it all when she had met Hades but this was beyond what she could ever comprehend.
“I have her soul with me. What more would you like me to do?”
