Charles was still rocking that same confident vibe as always.

"Nope, no buts, just listen to me!" Charles cut her off, no hesitation.

"Mr. Nguyen, chill. I won't mess with the property staff, and I won't interfere. Leave the rent collection to Mr. Mitchell. Let's get this rolling; I don't have all day. Let's wrap up the transfer today, and the four hundred million can be wired anytime!" Charles cut him off, waving his hand.
Dozens of employees turned their eyes to Alice!

Alice was totally lost and didn't know what to do.
She was still just a college girl.

"Charles, I..." Alice turned to Charles.
"It's cool, stay chill. These people are your employees now. They'll handle the rent and manage the Gold Trade Building for you. You don't actually have to do anything, just wait for the rent to roll in!"
With Charles's words, Alice immediately felt a wave of security and happiness.
