"Doc, do I really have AIDS?" Alistair asked, looking totally crushed.

Charles's claim seemed out there, but it was Alistair's only hope now.
"I can cure your disease," Charles said confidently.
"Charles, aren't you being a bit dramatic? Do you even know what a terminal illness is? You need to be responsible for what you tell patients," Thaddeus scoffed.
An hour later...
After Charles finished the treatment, Alistair felt a wave of relief wash over him.
He'd been suffering for three long years, and he never expected one treatment to make him feel so alive. "Dr. Watson, I feel amazing. My head's clear, my heart doesn't hurt, and my kidneys are fine. You're incredible. I've tried so many meds over the years, and nothing worked like this!"
Alistair's initial skepticism turned into pure gratitude. Charles's treatment had a noticeable effect.

"Dr. Watson, you're better than any expert or professor I've ever met. Am I really cured?"
"Not yet. This treatment just cleared your blood vessels and boosted your immune system, easing your symptoms for now. You can't be completely cured with just one treatment. I'll write you a prescription, and you'll need to take the meds long-term. Plus, I need a blood sample from you. I'm planning to develop a vaccine within a year or two. With this vaccine, your immune system should be able to rebuild."
