Massimo
I was so happy Bella and I made up even though it was the middle of the night or should I say early the next morning. I didn’t like going to bed angry with her. She was lying next to me asking me when everything will stop and I promised her soon. I really hope I could keep my promise. I dosed of but had nightmares the whole night about how the Ricci’s grab Bella and kill her I even woke up sitting up in bed luckily Bella wasn’t lying on me anymore or I would have woken her. I was covered in a cold sweat. I don’t know what I’ll do if they take my reason for living from me. I might just burn down the whole of New York to find her. I slowly got out of bed and went to the bathroom washing my face, maybe I’ll be able to sleep again. I got back in bed and was woken up with a cup of coffee in bed.
“Morning love.” “Morning sweetheart, how did you sleep?” “After the midnight snack and ice cream I slept very well thank you. And you love.” “As a log.” I didn’t want to worry her about my stupid dreams. “You know it’s only 2 days before we get married?” “I know sweetheart I can’t wait. What else do we need to do?” “Nothing I could think about, the florist will send the flowers to the baker for the cake and everything will be delivered tomorrow between 2 and 3pm.” “Okay my mom and dad will be here at 6 pm they closing the restaurant earlier.” “And when are we expecting Damon and Dani?” “Probable early afternoon.” “Okay I’ll ask Francesca to make us something nice to eat and some snacks then we can play board games this afternoon, just relaxing. Oh fuck!” “What Bella?” “I just remembered something I didn’t get yet, is there a jeweller in town?” “For what sweetheart?” “Your ring Massimo, I didn’t buy you a ring.” “Bella calm down, I bought myself a ring.” “But why Massimo.” “I’ll show you angel.” I got up and went to my safe and brought out the ring. I open the box infront of her. “Oh wow Massimo, it’s stunning.” “when I saw it I thought it was made for me, that’s why I bought it. I hope you don’t mind sweetheart.” “No Massimo I don’t mind I would have bought it myself if I saw it.” I bought it in Paris Bella, when I was looking for your ring.” “So I’ll definitely won’t have got something like that here.” “I don’t think so Bella. But crises differed.” “Okay then I think everything is done Massimo.” Good, that means we can relax with our friends or you and Dani could go to the spa for treatments and your nails, then tomorrow they could only come for your hair and make up.” “Mmm a spa day or board games, that’s a very hard decision to make Massimo.” “I’m sure it is.” I teased her. “You go finish and I’ll make an appointment for you and Dani.” “You’re the best Massimo.” “Remember that when you angry with me again Bella.” I’ll try Massimo, but I’m not promising anything.” Bella went to the bathroom and got ready for her day out, I wanted the girls out for selfish reasons, we needed to start planning the death of the Ricci’s. I called the spa and booked them for facials, nails, massages you name it I’ve booked it even a light lunch. I needed them away as long as possible. Bella came out of the bathroom and walked into the walk in cupboard, I could see her from here, I could also see the small baby bump that was growing and she never looked more beautiful than at that moment. She was carrying my little ones I needed to pinch myself constantly to make sure it wasn’t a dream. I decided it was probable a good idea to also get ready Damon and Dani will probable be here any minute. I didn’t knew I slept so late.
We welcomed Damon and Dani at the front door. I could see something was wrong with just looking at Damon. I knew him well enough by now. Dani looked happy. “Jeez it’s cold here.” She said “Come in” Bella greeted them, both of them got hugs. I was surprised that Dani hugged me out of her own. Francesca’s husband took Dani and Damon’s suitcases and took it to their room. We all walked to the lounge. “How was the drive up here?” I asked “Interesting” was all Damon said and Dani didn’t say anything, Rachel obviously picked up on the tension in the room. “Well Dani, Massimo booked us a spa day, so if you want to get freshen up, then we could leave.” “Who’s going with them?” Damon asked “I thought Marco and Liam” “Only 2 men, are you sure Massimo?” “We can send more if you want to but you know the men is not allowed in the spa, it’s just taken them there and keeping an eye on the place.” “I’ll feel better if there is 4 guys Massimo, maybe 2 at the front entrance and 2 at the back entrance.” “Okay Damon, we’ll get my 2 new guys to cover the back entrance.” “Thank you Massimo.” I questioned him with my eyebrows and he showed me not now. Bella took Dani to their room where she could refresh before they leave. I took my change “What happened?” “We where followed.” “Fuck” Then Bella came down the stairs. “I’ll look after her Damon you don’t need to worry.” “Thank you, Rachel.” “Francesca made you guys something to eat and tonight we can chill in front of the fire place and switch off with some board games.” “What is it with you and the board games Bella?” “We bought them Massimo we should use them” I just laughed at her and Damon look at us funny. Something more went down on the trip here, that’s for sure.
The guys came and I kissed Bella and Damon kissed Dani and I could hear he asked her “You sure you, okay?” “Yes, Damon stop worrying about me.” “I’ll always worry about you.” Then the girls left. “What happened Damon except for being followed?” “Dani shot the guy between the eyes Massimo.”
