Rachel
I was lying in bed with a drip in my arm apparently, I was dehydrated and that wasn’t good for me or the babies. They haven’t called Massimo yet and that was the only person I wanted to see. I needed to tell him I’m sorry I didn’t listen if it wasn’t for my hard headedness I wouldn’t have been in this situation. The OBGYN walked into the room and asked the nurse to bring her a sonar machine and call Mr Marchetti. “Rachel what happened?” “In short doctor I was kidnapped, hit unconscious two times for him to rape me. When I regain consciousness, I saw I was bleeding. Do you think my babies are ok?” “We’re going to look now let just wait for your husband. Congratulations by the way.” “Thank you doctor but I’m very stress about the babies. Could dehydration cause anything to harm the babies?” “I’m not going to lie to you Rachel, yes there is a lot of issues that dehydration can cause with a pregnancy.” Just then Massimo walked in and came to me and grabbed me into a bear hug. “Sorry Bella, I’m so sorry.” “It’s not your fault Massimo it was me that was hard headed and wanted to go out, you tried to stop me. I just didn’t want to listen.” “I’m still sorry Bella.” The doctor cleared her throat. “Shall we look if the babies are okay?” I immediately started to cry. Massimo took my hand. “Doctor before we look at the babies what is the complications with my dehydration?” Massimo looked at me then at the drip. “Is that what this is for?” “Yes Massimo” “Motherfuckers” he said under his breath. “Well as I told you Rachel there could be complication with babies and dehydration.” “Yes, but like what and will we see it now?” “The complications include neural tube defects, low amniotic fluid, inadequate breast milk production and even premature labour. We will see if your dehydration had an effect on the pregnancy the ultrasound will be blurry.” “Let’s get on with it doc” Massimo said. The doctor put cold liquid on my belly and started to move the sonar over my belly. “So far so good” she said. “The sonar isn’t blurry that’s a good sign.” “Thank God” I said. She kept on moving the stick over my belly then she put the sound on. “Your babies look still snug as bugs in here, let’s listen.” We could hear the heart beats. I saw Massimo visible relax. “You want to know what it is?” the doctor asked. “You can tell already?” I asked. “I can?” Massimo and I looked at each other. We both said “Yes please.” She pointed at the screen “This one here is a girl, and this one here is a …… boy.” Massimo and I smiled so big. “Thank you doctor.” “Can I ask why Rachel was bleeding?” Massimo asked. I haven’t had time to tell him about Anton yet. The doctor looked at me and said “I think I’ll leave that to Rachel to tell you when she’s ready.” Massimo looked at me then back at the doctor. “Thank you doc and you sure they are, okay?” “Yes, they are very happy where they are. As long as Rachel keeps hydrated and not lose consciousness again I don’t see any problems further.” “Thank you doctor.” We both said. “I’ll come around tomorrow again Rachel.” “Thank you doctor see you tomorrow.”

When the doctor said Rachel is expecting a boy and a girl I was over the moon. And when she said everything is fine with the twins, I thought I could kiss her. I was worried about the bleeding but the doctor left that to Bella to tell me. I know Anton raped her but I’ll probably need to wait for Bella to tell me. When the doctor left, I went and sat next to her on the bed. “Is the drip for the dehydration Bella?” “Yes Massimo, I didn’t want to eat, I was afraid they poisoned the food. Did you get the other girls. I promised the one we will get them out of there.” “Yes, Bella don’t worry we saved 5 girls.” “The one told me the last day that she made the sandwich and I could eat it so the last day I had two sandwiches further I didn’t eat. I forgot to tell the doctor about the sanative they gave me and if that would have an impact on the babies. I don’t even know what they gave me.” “They probable gave you the same as what they gave Ghost, Brad, Luca and Marco just less.” “Are they okay I know I saw Ghost but the rest?” “Everyone is okay Bella, they discharged themselves to come and help to safe you.” “They shouldn’t have done that.” “That’s what their doctors also said but they didn’t listen.” “Did you get the ledger?” “Yes Bella” Bella was talking about everything except the one thing I wanted to know. “Bella, why where you bleeding?” I asked in a very soft voice. She looked at me then tears where streaming down her face. “Anton raped me, he hit me unconscious every time because I was fighting him, I was shacled to a bed with my ome leg, so I kicked him with my other leg then when he came close I scratched him, he didn't like that. And every time I woke up there was blood, I was so scared Massimo.” “How many times Bella?” “Atleast just wo times Massimo.” “I’ll cut off his balls and feed it to him. She didn’t say anything. “And the blood?” “Dr Coolen said it was because I wasn’t wet and he was thrusting hard inside me and very hard on me, that was what caused the bleeding.” “I’m going to kill that mother fucker.” Someone cleared their throat behind me. In the door stood two police men. Great “Who are you going to kill? Mr Marchetti.”
