I made a list for the hospital and one of my demands, if that is what you could call them was under no circumstances did, I want security at the hospital. Massimo didn’t complain and that had me a bit suspicious. I’m sure he would get back to that tit bit later. We ended our list and went to the kitchen for lunch. I was thinking of a way to thank the men for bringing Massimo and Damon back safely to us but I just didn’t know what. We had our lunch with Danielle and Damon when Massimo ruined Danielle’s surprised by accident. Damon contacted our real estate agent and there was a house on the market and they were going to go and have a look at the house tomorrow. Danielle jumped up without thinking and almost fell face down first but luckily Damon caught her. I jumped up to make sure she was okay. I was sure she still got light headed after her surgery but when you are excited you don’t always think. Danielle was okay and Massimo had to make a toast on our new neighbors I’m sure my man would Saluti on anything and with everything I mean we all had juice in our glasses. After lunch Damon and Danielle went for a walk when I came up with the idea of a braai for the men. In South Africa we celebrate anything with a braai, just as Massimo would Saluti on anything we always get a reason to braai. “Massimo, I have an idea.” “I’ve got ideas to Bella especially with that new bed of ours.” “Massimo I’m not talking about that; I was thinking about ways to thank the guys for bringing you and Damon home safely.” “Bella, they get paid to do that.” “Yes, but still Massimo it would be nice to do something personal.” “What do you have in mind.” “A braai.” “A braai?” “Yes, we make a big fire outside and we can all sit around the fire and chat and have a nice braai.” “Sweetheart really it’s not necessary.” That’s when Damon and Danielle came back into the house. “Oh, good you are here.” I told them “What’s wrong?” Damon asked “Rachel has an idea and don’t want to except no as an answer.” Massimo said. “Okay what’s the idea?” “We are having a braai for all the men tonight, I’ll make the potato salad, pasta salad and green salad you guys are going to braai for the men, steaks.” “It’s not necessary sweetheart.” Massimo said again. “I know but I want to thank them for bringing you guys safely back to us and this is the way I know how.” “Well Massimo that leaves us to get the steaks.” Damon told Massimo, good for him to not try and talk me out of it. “It would appear so Damon.” “Rachel that is the best idea I was also wondering what we can do, I’ll help you with the salads.” Danielle said. “Apparently we are out voted Massimo.” “We most definitely are. Go and buy the steaks I’ll show you how a proper South African braai works.” I told them, then I took Danielle by the arm and we walked back to the kitchen. I was going to put Danielle down at the table and make her peel the potatoes we can’t have her fainting on us. “Shall we go?” I heard Damon asked Massimo “Do we have a choice?” “I don’t think so.” Danielle and I made all the salads and Francesca was upset I didn’t ask her for help but gave her the afternoon off, I mean she was part of the people I wanted to thank. Massimo and Damon came back with the best steaks. Damon and Massimo called the men to the house or should I say to the back yard where I made Massimo and Damon make a huge fire and then there was a smaller one to braai the steak on. The men were drinking beer and everyone was happy and chatting. Massimo came to me after a while and took me around the waste then he pulled me to him and gave me a kiss on the head. “Thank you, sweetheart this was actually a very good idea, we all needed this.” “See just sometimes I am right.” “I’ll stop arguing with you for know Bella.” Massimo teased me. I helped Massimo to braai the steaks I don’t think he have ever braaied something over an open fire before. I told Damon to go and sit with Danielle while we where busy. Francesca just couldn’t sit still so she and Anton brought out all the salads and sauces I made. Everyone was having a good time and that made my heart sing with joy. To bring everyone together was just such a nice feeling for me. Massimo quickly got the hang of the braai and it went quick before I knew it, we all sat at a table Anton got from somewhere, Massimo got up and cleared his throat that made everyone quiet. “I just want to thank my wife and Danielle for getting everything ready for us and insisting on doing this today. I didn’t think it was necessary but seeing you all around the fire and now around the table I realized we are all family and we look after each other, guys thank you for always putting your lives on the line for Damon and me but also for the loves of our lives. We can’t thank you enough. Then he raised his glass and everyone screamed “Saluti” When he sat next to me, I leaned over to him and kissed him. “Thank you, Massimo,” “I need to thank you Bella, you always think of everything even things I don’t think we need.” “I’m just happy I could bring you all together.” “I’m going to show you tonight how much I appreciate you sweetheart.” He came closer and whispered in me hear “Especially when I’m going to bind you to the bed and flog you.” I could feel the butterflies in my pussy and to say I couldn’t wait was an understatement. “I can’t wait Massimo.”
