It’s Tuesday morning and I haven’t heard anything from Frank about the Cartel. I did however hear back from Visagie and Mia the interior designer and apparently everything will be ready for Thursday. Bella is so excited she has been packing since I told her. There isn’t much to pack but clothing and then off course everything she bought for the babies. Since Friday night she hasn’t asked to go out at all, I’m sure she was afraid the cartel might already be in New York. I was thinking the same thing I hoped I was wrong but I had this nagging feeling they got into New York without any of us knowing. I’ve put Wolf on a task to find out if any planes landed from Mexico the last few days at private airports and even illegal airports. Yes, we had those to. So far, no luck. At least I could get Bella out of the City by Thursday. Thank goodness for small miracles. Francesca and Anton will be arriving Wednesday and they will go and stock the cupboards and fridges so everything will be ready. I was excited to get Bella in her dream home but I was also anxious to leave her there without me. I know nobody knows about the place but I can’t be 100% sure. Danielle has agreed to go and stay with Bella at the new place so that made me feel even better, yes, I know Danielle has a medical condition but she can still shoot. And that is all I can ask for; well, I could ask the Gods that none of this shit spill over to the new house. I went on with business as normal but my eyes where open for any threat. Visagie, Damon and I will be meeting at Damon’s club Friday to go over the ideas Damon has for the place, by then the women will be in the new place safe and sound and Damon and I can be a bit more out in public to get them to reveal themselves if they are here yet. I was busy going through papers when I heard a scream from the living room. I ran out to see what was wrong. Bella was standing in the living room and a Spanish guy stood in the foyer. “How the fuck did you get in here?” I asked him as I marched up to him. I almost grabbed him when he ran to the staircase leaving a piece of paper behind. “You will never be safe; we will get you.” I ran to Bella to make sure she is okay. “Bella what happened.” She was breathing heavily. “I was packing the baby’s stuff and when I looked up, he was standing there just looking at me.” “Fuck where’s the men?” I screamed for Luca and Marco but no one came I knew the other men was at other places looking for these mother fuckers, meantime they where right under our noises. I walked to the security room finding Luca and Marco passed out and a very bad odor in the room. I dragged Luca out then went back to get Marco out. I yelled at Bella to call an ambulance. She was busy with 911 when Luca started to open his eyes. But Marco was still out, Luca tried to get up but I pushed him down. We heard the sirens but no one called up. “Bella stay here I’m going to look for them downstairs.” When I got to the ground floor the medics was busy with the doorman, he also got some of that odor in his body. “Guys I have to men upstairs that also needs help.” One of the medics came with me while the other phoned for another ambulance. When we got upstairs both Luca and Marco was awake but they couldn’t get up. “It would appear as if they inhaled Nitrous oxide or else known as laughing gas.” “Fuck and the doorman?” “Him as well” We’ll give you some oxygen then take you to the hospital.” Both Luca and Marco said they are not going to the hospital. “Take the doorman, I’ll phone my doctor for these two.” “If, you are sure?” “Yes, we are sure.” “Okay then.” He gave them oxygen and Luca and Marco got up. “Please let the doctor check them out, that gas is not something to play with especially not the amount they had to take in to knock them out.” “I will call the doctor right know.” “Thank you.” I said to the medic and he went downstairs to help his partner with the doorman. “What happened boss?” Luca asked. “It’s clear the cartel is in New York. They gassed you two and scared Bella shitless. One man came into the foyer and just stood there until Bella saw him when she screamed and I chased him he dropped this.” I gave the piece of paper to Luca ‘You will never be safe; we will get you.’ “Fuck boss these men came with a plan we need to get Bella to the new place as soon as possible.” Luca said. “I agree Luca.” Then I got my phone out to call the estate agent. Her phoned rang twice when she answered “Mr. Marchetti.” I didn’t give her time to say anything else “We’re moving in tomorrow make it happen.” Then I put the phone down and called Visagie and Mia with the same message. Then I called Damon “Massimo what’s wrong?” he answered. “A cartel member was just in my foyer; we’re moving the girls tomorrow.” “How?” “They gassed Marco, Luca and the doorman then came up and stood in the foyer until Bella saw them and screamed as soon as I charged for him, he ran way leaving a note.” “Do I want to know what the note said?” “It said ‘You will never be safe; we will get you.” “Fuck Massimo.” “Damon, I need to phone Frank, be careful and make sure all your men are aware of what happened.” Then I phoned Frank he answered on the first ring “Massimo?” “The fuckers are in New York Frank.” “How do you know?” “Because one of them just drugged two of my men the doorman and was in my foyer. That’s how I fucken know.”
