Luca was trying his best to get rid of the car on our tail and nothing work. Then my phone rang, “Massimo” “Massimo it’s Frank, you not going to be able to lose me pull over I have news.” “Fuck.” I said as I put the phone down. “Luca find an alley and stop it’s Frank on our tail.” “Frank like in from the FBI?” Bella asked. “The one and only.” “Why is he giving us such a scare?” “I have no idea Bella but believe me I am going to asked him.” Luca found an alley where he pulled in. Luca and I got out of the SUV’s and walked to the back of the SUV when Frank got to us, I asked him “What the fuck Frank? You scared Bella shitless.” “I’m just preparing you.” “For what?” “I got intel today that the Gulf cartel is going to come to New York to take their revenge.” “But we killed the person in charge as well as his second in charge.” “I know that Massimo but apparently the rest in Mexico isn’t very happy so they are coming for you and Damon.” “Fuck fuck fuck.” “Massimo I won’t be able to keep you out of it if they are making trouble in the streets.” “Don’t worry Frank it won’t get to the streets we’ll handle this.” “Just be careful their full agenda is to see you and Damon dead and still take New York.” “Fuck them they won’t well make sure of it.” “If I get any other information, I’ll let you know. While Luca and I was still standing outside the SUV. “What now boss?” “I hoped we were finished with the cartel Luca I don’t know how I’m going to tell Bella.” “Tell me what Massimo?” Both Luca and I was surprised we didn’t hear the door open. Luca walked back to the SUV leaving me alone with Bella. “Frank came to warn me.” “About?” “According to the information the FBI has the Gulf cartel are coming for me and Damon.” “But you killed the second in charge who wants to come after you?” “Apparently the soldiers, the men that worked for them, they not happy that I killed the leaders.” “So, everything is starting again.” “It would appear so, but I’m going to get you in the new house sweetheart with security. If we find out they are here I’ll stay in the apartment and you in the house I’ll get Francesca and her husband to come and work for us here in New York.” “You think they’ll do that?” “Lets get in the SUV and speak about it and make plans okay.” She gave me a hug and we got back in the SUV. “I’ll phone them tomorrow and find out.” “But what about the house in the Hamptons you need someone to look after the house.” “We need someone Bella, but I’m sure Francesca will know someone we can trust. Let’s just first find out if they are willing to come to New York.” “It would be great to have Francesca here and to help with the babies. It means I don’t have to train someone.” “Okay Bella, we’ll phone them tomorrow together, okay?” “Okay Massimo. And Damon?” “I’ll phone him tomorrow as well I know his going to some sort of fund raiser tonight.” We got back to the house and Bella was in the mood for one of mom’s garlic breads so we heated one of them and I eaten some of moms carbonara. Both of us was in our own worlds I was thinking about the fact that we took 2 of their leaders down and they still think they can come after us. Are they totally crazy or am I just to self-assured.

I was lying in bed thinking about the new/old threat at our door again. But I was happy that I’ll be out of the city and not near any of this shit. Was I worried about Massimo yes off course but I’m very sure by now he knows how to look after himself. If the cartel is after Damon as well maybe Danielle should come and stay with me at the big house then both of us will be safe and the men can do what they need to do without worrying about us. “You awake sweetheart.” “Yes I couldn’t sleep much.” “Everything will be okay Bella don’t you worry we beat them once we will do it again, I decided I’m getting Romana and Edcardo involved as well. If they want us out of the way to take over New York we will show him how big we really are in New York.” “That’s a good idea Massimo.” We got up and showered got dressed and made coffee. It was like both of us was on autopilot, okay we need to shower, we need to get dressed, get some coffee. I think Massimo was just as fed up with this whole story than I was. When we finished our coffee, we went to Massimo’s office to phone Francesca and Anton. Massimo put the phone on speaker and we waited for Francesca or Anton to answer. “Hello Mr. Marchetti” Francesca answered. “Hi Francesca is Anton with you?” “If you hold on a second, I’ll get him.” “Okay” She was gone a few seconds then Anton’s voice came over the phone “Mr. Marchetti” “Hi Anton. Rachel and I have a proposition for you two but please feel free to say no if you don’t want to.” “Okay Mr. Marchetti” they both said. “We bought a big house just outside New York and wanted to know if you will come and work for us here.” Massimo said “And Francesca I would love if you could help me with the babies.” I interrupted the conversation. “I’ll be honored.” Francesca said. “So, is that a, yes?” I almost screamed. There was silence for a minute and then both Francesca and Anton said “yes” “Awesome” Massimo and I said together. “We will need you as soon as next week obviously I’ll send a car for you two and then Francesca if you know of a couple we can trust to look after the house in the Hamptons I would really appreciate it.” “I’ll get someone to look after the house and garden on a weekly basis Mr. Marchetti but I don’t think there is anyone I trust enough to let them stay here.” “Then that is fine when we go to the Hamptons you and Anton can go with if you guys don’t mind.” “It will be our pleasure sir.” “Then it’s settled.” “Thank you very much Francesca and Anton.” I said before I walked out of the office. “I’m sure Massimo wanted to talk to Anton separately so I left him to it.” I was just happy I was going to have someone with me I trust and maybe Danielle to. This time it would be better.
