From you killed a guy to you love Damon.” “I’m feeling it a while now but couldn’t tell him, what if he doesn’t love me back, what if he says it’s because of the shooting and all my emotions is over the place and that’s why I’m reacting the way I am.” “Maybe wait a day or two before you tell him Dani.” “But after the shooting I feel lighter Rachel, it’s like I got rid of some of my demons, I feel like myself again. We went for our massage, then facials, we sat in the hot tub with orange juice because l was pregnant, we couldn’t get mimosas, on our way to the manicure and pedicure Dani asked me “This is very nice and everything Rachel but why does it feel like we getting ready for something?” “It’s because we are Dani, it was supposed to be a secret from you, Damon and Massimo’s parents.” “I’m listening Rachel, what’s the surprise?” Dani said very excited “We getting married tomorrow night at midnight.” “Oh, wow Rachel” she grabbed me and gave me a hug. “That’s so awesome” “It’s going to be small wedding, just Damon and you, Rossa, Salvadore, the Priest and the off course all the men. We’ll have a big wedding when the twins are born.” “Is that why you guys where in the city?” she asked “Yes unfortunately.” “Okay now I want everything, I need to look pretty on the photos.” “Oh shit!” I forgot to get a photographer, just the most important day of my life and I’m forgetting to get it on film. “Please remind me to tell Massimo Dani, I’ve got pregnancy brain.” “I’ll try Rachel.” We had our nails and tone nails done then went to the bathroom to get dress again. “You ready to go face the men Dani?” I asked her “As ready as I’ll ever be.” I gave Marco a miss call telling him we are coming out. As soon as we opened the door Marco was waiting for us in front of the door, Dani and I got in and we were on our way home. I didn’t know how Damon will handle Dani because yes she might love him and she might not feel anything after shooting the guy but her emotions is really all over the place.

I found Damon in the kitchen dishing himself some of Francesca’s food she left us. “That was quick” he said “Yes, I send them e-mails two already got back to me just waiting for one family know.” “And, what did they say? “They are ready, I just need to send them a time and date.” “That’s good news Massimo.” “Indeed, it is.” “Damon, I need to tell you something else. This was supposed to be a surprise but you came earlier so you’ll be part of the surprise.” “What Massimo, don’t keep me in suspense.” “Rachel and I are getting married tomorrow night at midnight.” “Wow Massimo.” He got up and gave me a slap on the back, “that’s awesome news, congratulations man.” “Thank you, Damon.” My phone went of indicating I received an e-mail. I check my phone and there was an e-mail from Edcardo family. I read it and smiled. “What is it Massimo?” Damon asked “It’s the Edcardo’s getting back to me, he’s saying he knows when we can do it.” “How?” “Apparently they got an invite to Ricci’s snr 70th Birthday party the 21st January. We can go in during the day when everyone is getting ready for the party.” “Thank God we have a date. Now this shit could come to an end.” “And we can have a nice calm wedding. It’s like music to my ears. I’m sure Bella is going to be very happy.”
“Why am I going to be happy?” the girls walked into the kitchen “Hello sweetheart, you enjoyed yourself?” “Yes thank you Massimo. It was heaven, just what we needed. Now what is going to make me happy?” “We have a date and plan to take the Ricci’s down.” “You are correct Massimo that does make me happy finally we could put that chapter behind us, but first we have a wedding crises.” “What did we forgot?” “We didn’t book a photographer Massimo, for the most important day of our life we didn't book a photographer, I can't believe I forgot that.” Damon cleared his throat. “We do sweetheart. Damon does photography as a hobby or he did.” “I still do.” Damon said. “I didn’t know that.” Dani said “I have a lot of hidden talents angel.” “It will seem that way.” Dani said “Can we go and talk somewhere Damon?” Dani asked him “Yes off course angel, hope you two will excuse us.” Damon said “No worries Damon” Rachel said. "Sure Damon" When they were gone I asked Rachel “Everything okay with Dani?” “Yes, she asked me if there was something wrong with her for not feeling anything about the man she killed. I told her what she went through might have changed her. But I also encouraged her to speak to Damon and tell him how she feels. It might put his mind at ease." “That’s good sweetheart.
