The first night in the new house was weird I didn’t sleep much and I don’t think Bella slept much either. I got up very early and got ready, Bella joined me in the bathroom. “I’m guessing it’s the last time for a while we getting up together.” “I’m sorry Bella.” “Don’t be just be safe please Massimo these babies can’t grow up without you.” “I will be, I promise.” Bella got dressed then we went downstairs waiting for Damon and Danielle. We saw a lot of cars driving up the drive way. I walked up and open the door with Bella standing next to me “Damon, Danielle” “Massimo, Rachel.” “Morning you two.” Rachel said. “Anyone tried to follow you?” I asked Damon “No, no one but we also had a visitor after our telephone call.” “Those fuckers.” “Come in come in” Rachel said standing to the one side. Rachel took Danielle’s hand and helped her to the living room I could see Damon appreciated it a lot. “You guys want something to drink.” Rachel asked “No Bella I think we should get back to the city before it’s light.” I walked over to Bella and gave her a hug and whispered in her ear. “I love you more than words can say Bella please stay safe and listen to the men I know you would want to walk around as you wish but if they say not now rather don’t go, they won’t keep you in the house with no reason, okay?” “Okay, but please promise me you will be careful and come back to me and your babies.” “I promise Bella, I promise.” Then I kissed her like I’m never going to see her again. She must have felt it because when I pulled away, she was wiping tears from her face. “I love you Massimo.” “I love you more Rachel Marchetti.”
Damon and I got outside, “Where we going Massimo.” “What about your new club, you want to renovate the place let’s break it down before we built it right up.” “That sounds like a plan Massimo.” We told the men we are going to Damon’s new club some of them didn’t know about the club then we told them Ricci’s old club. We got a few looks but no one said anything. We all drove off leaving the girls with 4 men and Francesca and Anton that will be there later. As we drove into the city the whole atmosphere in the car changed every one was on edge looking for the cartel or suspicious cars. We drove to the club where Damon had to get out of the car to show some kid who he was. We all got out of the vehicle and went into the club we went directly to the dance floor and got a few chairs and sat down. “Okay what are we going to do?” Damon asked “I was thinking we bring them here and take them out here in the club.” Ghost and Enzo looked around at the top floor the bottom floor. “It could work Damon.” Ghost said. “It could boss.” Enzo confirmed. “Well then, we just need the fuckers to follow us here. How are we going to get that right.” “I’m guessing they are keeping an eye on our apartments apparently and possible our business places.” I said as my phone rang, “Marchetti hello.” I was talking to one of my drug dealers in the South side telling me that a bunch of Mexicans, looking like cartel rocked up in their area in the South side and was trying to deal their own drugs and if the dealers want them to stop, they need to give the leader from the south side up. The guys didn’t want to do it but then I heard a gunshot that’s when I got all my guys to get in the cars and go to the south side. I screamed over my shoulder to Damon “You need to call your top dealers Damon; they are going after them.” “Come guys they are going after our top dealer in the South side I heard a gunshot” We jumped in the cars and chased to the South side. When we got on the street the guy was calling from it was a blood bath, everyone was shooting at everyone. We tried to get to the dealer that was lying on the street but when we got near, we saw he was dead. We heard sirens in the distance so I told Luca to go to Alfonso’s apartment. When we got to the apartment there was a lot of men standing outside keeping everyone away from Alfonso, when I got out of the SUV they stepped aside and Luca, Enzo, Davide and Dante stood next to Alfonso’s men keeping the rest away from us. “Alfonso!” I screamed “At the back Marchetti.” “What you doing?” I ask as I entered the room. “I’m getting the money and guns for the men outside, who is here?” He asked me. “It’s the Gulf Cartel, they want me dead I don’t know why they came after you?” “They getting to your money that is why they came for me.” “Fuck.” “Take this money Marchetti and leave.” He pushed the bags in my hands. “And the product?” “It’s in a safe place now go we will get rid of them.” “You sure?” “Go Marchetti Go!” Alfonso screamed at me. That’s when Luca came running into the house, boss they are on their way we must leave.” I pushed the bags in Luca’s hands and grabbed my 9 mm. When we got outside the shooting has already started. Everyone was taking cover; Enzo was driving one of my SUV’s straight to the front door they pushed me into the SUV while still shooting. I dropped my phone and heard it was ringing but I couldn’t get to it without being in the line of fire. We got out of the neighborhood before the Police got there thank God now the only question was, did some of the cartel got away and are following us to Damon’s club? We need to end them and quick. They are making problems for us. It’s on the streets know Frank won’t be able to help us….
