The Saturday I made sure Bella took it easy after breakfast I made her put on a swimming suit and ask Francesca to make us a charcuterie board with all Bella’s favorites as well as an alcohol-free Mimosa’s. I helped Bella to the loungers outside set up the umbrella and that is where we were the whole day. We ate and drank our mimosas and every time Bella wanted to go into the pool I helped her. It was a beautiful and peaceful day and I really hoped we could have these kinds of days every day in The Hamptons. When Bella fell asleep, I put her in the shadow I didn’t want her to burn. After an hour I waked her with a kiss. “Bella.” “Mmm” “You need to wake up.” “Mmmm” “If you don’t wake up, I’m going to pick you up and walk with you into the swimming pool.” “You won’t dare?” “Oh yes I would.” I got up and walked to her lounger as soon as my hands was on her she said “I’m awake I’m awake.” “You better be.” “What do you want to do that I needed to get up.” “I want to go for a swim and I want you with me.” “You woke me up because you didn’t want to swim alone?” “Off course I did.” “Massimo Marchetti.” “That is my name and if you don’t get up right know Rachel Marchetti, I’m going to make you.” I picked her up. “Massimo put me down.” “But it’s so comfy here in my arms.” “Massimo.” I walked slowly with her in my arms into the swimming pool she clung to my chest. I gave her a kiss just before we were fully into the swimming pool. “Mr. Marchetti I’m going to get you back for this.” “Tell me it’s not nice.” “I can’t because it is especially in your arms.” “See I thought so then I let her drop.” The look she gave me when she came up for air was murderous. “Well, that wasn’t very nice of you.” She almost screamed then she splashed me with the water and started to laugh. I dive in and caught her legs then pulled her under with me again. When we got up, we were both laughing so much. She swam over to me and threw her legs around my waist. “It’s nice to still be children together Massimo.” “You are just as old as you think Bella.” “The last few weeks I felt very old.” “Well for the next few days we are going to have fun as much fun as we possible can have.” We swam a bit more and then we went upstairs and got ready for dinner. Bella looked beautiful with her sun kissed skin tonight. She was 35 weeks pregnant and look just as beautiful as the day I met her. I don’t know how my life was before Bella and I don’t ever want to find out how my life will be without her.
Sunday came around quickly especially after Bella and my special day yesterday at 12 pm my parents arrived at our new home. Francesca was cooking up a storm when she heard my parent were coming for lunch. When mom and dad came. Mom asked to have a tour of the grounds. I decided where taking the Golf cart there was no way I was going to let Bella walk the grounds anymore not until the twins are born. “Mom, dad let’s take the Golf cart then we all can go.” Luca came around with the Golf cart and drove us the whole property full there was one spot Bella said we should stop.” “Right here Luca.” When we stopped Bella showed us a Deer that was just standing there between the trees looking at us, I didn’t even know we had deer’s and I’ve run the property parameters a few times. “There are 2 more but I don’t see them together and they are not even scared of us. That’s why I love this place so much.” My mom patted Bella’s lap. “My grandbabies are going to love it here just like there mamma.” That made Bella wipes a tear from her eyes. “I’m sure they are going to love it.” When we got back to the house my father told me how impress he was with the house and especially the security. “I told you dad I’ll always make sure my family is protected always.” “That’s good son you are proofing me wrong, you are proofing that being head of the Mafia families doesn’t have to be dangerous.” “I hope I can keep it that way dad we had a lot of close calls the past few months.” “You are safe here as long as no one knows where you are.” “No one knows about this place.” “Good.” Francesca came and got us for lunch we sat at the huge dinning room table. It’s the first time we are using the table when the twins are here, I think we should have a huge party and have a reason to use this beautiful room. Francesca brought out dish after dish there was Bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast, Roast beef, Egg plant lasagna, and vegetables. There was enough to serve an army. We all dished up and dad said a table prayer. While we where eating my mom asked “So do we know what the babies’ names are going to be?” Bella looked at me and I at her, “Yes the girl will be Mia Rose and the boy Alessio Salvadore.” I told them. My dad looked at me “Are you sure Massimo?” “Yes, dad, we are sure.” “What an honor.” “Thank you, Massimo, Rachel.” “Mom, we wanted to call her Mia Rossa but we shorten it to Rose.” “Those stuff doesn’t bother me Massimo you could call your kids more modern names you don’t have to stick to tradition.” “Thank you Rossa.” Bella said. “No problem, dear I just want my grandchildren to be healthy that’s it.” “I’m trying to keep them in as long as possible Rossa to make sure they are healthy.” “Rachel, you don’t have a choice when they come you can’t stop it, that my dear is totally out of your control.” “I so wished it was in my control.” “We all do Rachel but look at Massimo he was a premature baby and now his a full-grown man with no health problems not even when he was a baby so they will come at the right time.” “Thank you Rossa. That is the one thing that stresses me out.” “Don’t Rachel don’t stress about those things you won’t be able to control it.” Francesca brought out the dessert and we all enjoyed some pistachio ice cream. I’m sure that was by request from Bella. When we where done we walked my parents out. “That was nice, we should do it more often.” Bella said. “We should especially when the twins are here mom would love to see them on a regular basis.” “We can do that.” “Now sorry sweetheart but I need to get to the office I might be late.” “No worries, Massimo I’m going to take and afternoon nap and then I’m going to watch my series.” I gave her a quick kiss then I went looking for Luca and Enzo. This time I’m keeping the circle small I will find out who the snitch is. “Luca, Enzo let’s go” I said when I saw him. They knew I will come for them after lunch the 3 of us got into the SUV’s when Luca asked “Where to boss?” “We’re doing the deal tonight with Fedorov.” “Does he know yet?” Enzo asked “No I’ll call him when we are at his club, I don’t trust him at this moment I want to catch him off guard.” “Good Boss.” Enzo said.
