The next day I got up early and went for a run on the property I wanted to make sure there was no holes in the fence anymore and off course I needed the exercise with everything that happened the past few weeks there wasn’t time for exercise. I ran the whole perimeter of the property twice and was happy to see everything was in order. I even saw some of the ground security doing their rounds. When I got back to the house, Bella was still sleeping. I quickly went for a shower and got dressed in my custom-made Armani suit I was planning on doing big deals today. When I walked out of the walk-in closet, Bella was sitting up in bed. “Morning Bella.” “Morning Massimo. Why are you awake so early?” “I went for a run and have meetings in the city I don’t know what time I’ll be home tonight.” “No problem, Massimo, I’ll walk with you to the door.” “No Bella stay in bed.” “You sure?” “Yes, off course.” I bend down and gave her a kiss. “Enjoy your day, Bella.” “Love you Massimo.” “Love you more”
On my way to the city, I made a few calls first I needed to contact my pilot and ask him to come and stay with us for the last 3 weeks of Bella’s pregnancy. He didn’t mind at all which was great, probable because he wasn’t married, thank God for that. Then I phoned my gun supplier. “Marchetti” “Mad dog how are you?” “Good. I have your guns ready.” “Great we’ll pick them up this afternoon at 4 pm will that suite you?” “Yes, I’ll be here. Are you sending men or are you coming with?” “No, I’ll be coming with.” Certain things just needed to be handled in person and making sure I’m getting the right firearms for the Russians is definitely very high on the priority list. I decided to go to my office at my parents’ restaurant just because I haven’t seen them in a while. “Morning Massimo.” My mother greeted me when I entered the restaurant. “Morning Mamma, how are you?” “I’m good no complaints.” “Where is dad?” “He went to buy stock early this morning already. Can I make you an espresso?” “Yes please.” “How’s Bella and the babies?” “She’s good, getting a bit uncomfortable but good. She wants to invite you guys for lunch on Sunday.” “Oh, that would be awesome Massimo, then we can see your new place as well.” “So, you’ll come?” “Yes, off course.” “Thank you, mamma.” I got my espresso and walked up to my office. I opened all the blinds in the office and the light streamed in. That is one thing I loved about this office is all the natural light it got. When I sat down at my desk, I decided a babymoon and maternity shoot is a thing or so I’ve heard. I decided to surprise Bella with a maternity shoot in the Hamptons. We’ll make the Hamptons our babymoon as she was to far a long to go somewhere else. I contacted a photographer I found on social media and phoned my stylist to have some dresses ready for our trip. I also contacted the spa that helped me the previous time to book a make-up session and hairdresser for the shoot. I’m sure it would be a nice surprise for Bella. When all my personnel business was done, I started on the actual work. I made an appointment with Warrick to go and show him the stones later today and then off course I needed to make the appointment with my cocaine dealer. I contacted Warrick “Massimo” “Warrick can I come and see you in an hour with the stones?” “Yes, I’ll be here.” “Great see you in an hour.” When that was done, I needed to phone my cocaine dealer. “Marchetti” he answered the phone. “Mario, I can see you at my warehouse at 1 pm will that do?” “Si” Okay all my appointments where made. I called Enzo into my office “Enzo we are having a meeting with Mario at 1 pm today.” “Why boss?” “I have no idea he asked for the meeting.” “Isn’t it strange he never asked for a meeting before, do we need to be prepared for something?” “I’ll get all the men there yes; we never know but keep everyone out of sight. Luca and I will meet with him but you guys need to be close.” “Okay boss I’ll get everyone ready.” I felt unsettled about the meeting like I said this was not normal behavior for Mario.
Luca and I got back in the SUV’s and went to see Warrick. I was ready to make money today. We walked into the jeweler shop, while we were waiting for Warrick, I was browsing a bit and saw the most stunning tennis bracelet for Bella. I need to make a deal for that bracelet I thought to myself when Warrick came out of the back office. “Massimo so good to see you.” “You to Warrick.” “Come in let’s go to my back office.” Luca went outside to the SUV and I went with Warrick to his back office. When we got to the office, I took out the bag with the stones I had in my jacket pocket. It was millions I had with me I wasn’t going to leave it in a briefcase. I threw them out slowly on the cushion Warrick provided me. The first stone he picked up was the Blue Diamond. “It’s been a long time since I saw one of these.” He picked up his jeweler’s loupe and inspected the stone. “Absolutely stunning. Let see what else you have here he picked up the Emeralds and inspected them then he did the same to the tanzanite’s and Rubies. “How much for all the stones?” $28 million.” “Jeez Massimo that’s steep.” “Are they worth it?” “I can do $24 million.” “What about $24 million and the stunning tennis bracelet you have in your display cabinet?” Warrick was taking his time thinking and making calculations on a piece of paper. “Yes, fine deal.” I got up and shook Warrick’s hand “Great doing business with you Warrick.” “As always Massimo. If you get more of these stones please don’t forget about me.” “I won’t anything specific you are looking for?” “If you can get Pink Diamonds and Jadeite I wouldn’t say no to them.” “I’ll see what I can do.” We went to the front of the store and they wrapped the tennis bracelet for me. I was very happy with the deal I made today I must say. But know I needed to get to my cocaine dealer and I was not in the mood for this meeting. Let’s just hope we don’t have to get violet today.
