I can’t believe Massimo got a doctor to come over to examine me, I was in fact happy I would be able to see the babies. But can’t a woman just be tired without seeing a doctor? Apparently not I was a bit pissed of at Massimo but I also understood in a way. I myself wondered if there was something wrong with me. When the doctor said my blood pressure was high and was I under any stress, I started laughing I just couldn’t stop, Massimo had to answer the doctor. But what shocked me was when the doctor asked if we would have a few normal days and Massimo answered with a ‘I hope so’, I knew something happened while I was sleeping. The doctor left after a thorough check up, Marco helped the doctor and Massimo walked out with him. I got up and went for a shower, I really couldn’t believe I slept the whole day and if I’m being honest, I can go back to work right now and sleep further. But no, I need to know what happened. Massimo walked into the bathroom while I was showering. “You okay Bella?” “I will be. What happened while I was sleeping Massimo?” I asked when I got out of the shower. “Nothing why?” “Don’t lie to me Massimo, you hope we will have some normal days, those words tell me something happened.” “I don’t want to stress you out more Bella.” “I’ll stress more if I don’t know Massimo.” “Damon and his men found out who wants me dead.” “Who? And what about Rome will it be safe?” “I’ll ask Anton to give me two of his men as well then we’ll be okay.” “Don’t you think we should rather go home Massimo?” “Don’t you want to see Rome Bella?” “Off Course I want to see Rome but I want to be safe while doing so and I don’t want to be so tired I can’t properly look at anything because I’m afraid for your life and in a way our lives.” I rubbed my belly. “You said we can come back let’s do that, let’s come back and enjoy it the next time. I don’t think I will make it through Rome Massimo.” “If that is how you feel.” “Are you sad about it Massimo?” “To tell you the truth, yes I am Bella I was really looking forward going to Rome but I understand where you coming from, Damon had the same suggestion earlier.” “Let’s go home sort out this blood pressure thing of mine and you sort out the fuckers that messed with our alone time and then we still have the new house we need to get ready. The weeks are flying by and before we know it the babies will be here and I for one would love to be in the new house when they come.” “Okay Bella you made a very good argument. I’ll let the men know, the pilot and Damon. You do know security is going to be tight again?” “When is security not tight Massimo?” I gave him a half smile. “That is true, sorry Bella.” “Don’t be sorry just stay alive and keep us safe that is all I’m asking you.” “Okay I can do that and Bella it’s our last night here Anton and Candice are going to through a huge dinner with all the men.” “I’m fine with that Massimo as long as I can come to bed whenever I’m to tired.” “Off course you can.”

I walked to the guest house where I found all the men sitting in the living room watching some Italian soap. “Oh my God, what are you watching?” I teased them. Enzo was the first to answer “We were channel hopping boss.” “Is that what we calling it today.” No one said anything else. “Guys Bella wants to go home she wants us to go and take care of everything before we come back someday and then there is her health. Luca if you could call the pilot and tell him to be ready for tomorrow. I’ll contact Damon for more security and guys we will need more men not tech guys, soldiers.” “On it boss.” Enzo and Luca said. Then I went back into the house and called Damon. For some reason I left the door open too the office, while I called Damon “Massimo twice in one day?” “Yes Damon, Bella has high blood pressure and want us to come home so that I can take care of business and then someday when we don’t have to look over our shoulder we can come back.” While I was talking to Damon, I saw Bella walking out the front door. I followed her but stopped in the front door, I wanted to see where she was going. “Massimo you still there?” “Yes sorry. The reason I’m actually calling is because I will need some of you to accompany us back to the apartment.” “Just let me know what time you’ll be landing and we’ll be there.” “Thank you, Damon. What are brothers for Massimo?” I didn’t have anything to say about that. We just disconnected. I was watching Bella walking through the vine yards; she lifts her face up to the sky. I was just about to go and join her when Anton came from behind “Leave her Massimo she needs to feel free for a few minutes. Nothing can happen to her here.” Then I saw Marco making his way to her. Anton called him back as well. “Marco nothing will happen to her watch her from a far but give her some freedom.” Marco looked at me “Leave her Marco she needs this.”
