I am in a big trouble

During her lunch break, Juliana was about to leave her chair to go to her usual lunch spot when her phone started ringing. She reached out with her right hand, picked up the phone, and saw that it was Johnson calling.
"Hello, sweetheart! How's work at the office?" Johnson greeted.
"It's been fine," Juliana replied.
"What happened today? You promised to call me so we could meet, but you let me down..."
"There's something that came up, and I couldn't make it. You wouldn't understand."
"What could possibly be so important that you couldn't meet me? This isn't the Juliana I know."
"Johnson, it's been a long time since we last met. I'm not the same person you remember or know."
"What does that mean?" Johnson's tone became more aggressive, and Juliana realized her words might have been offensive.
"Okay, I'm sorry..."
"No need to apologize. Text me your office address, I'll come there right away..."
"No, it's not necessary. I'll definitely see you later today."
"I refuse, Juliana. You have no idea what I go through just thinking about you. If you don't send me the address, I'll call your mum. She'd be happy to help, but that's not what I want. I want you to be willing."
"To end this argument, where are you? I'll come and see you now."
"That's what I wanted to hear. I'll send you the address now," he said before ending the call.
The two times Juliana promised to see Johnson, James willingly offered to drive her to the office and was already waiting for her downstairs at the close of her work, not making it possible to see Johnson. She couldn't go and meet Johnson as promised, and she had told James that she had no one else except him. However, she wasn't sure if James would be there in the evening to take her home, so she changed her mind and decided to see Johnson during her break.
Juliana went to the restroom, washed her hands, freshened up her face, and applied some makeup before leaving with her car keys. Just as she was about to walk towards the exit, she realized that Johnson hadn't sent her the address. She was about to dial his number when she noticed the message icon on her phone. She tapped on it immediately.
"Hmm... it's quite far from here," she muttered and then dialed Johnson's number.
"Hi Johnson, is that your house address? It's too far from my office, almost an hour and thirty minutes drive. Can't we meet at a bar halfway?"
"Are you afraid to come to my house? Am I that dangerous to you now?"
"No, no, I didn't mean that..."
"If you want me to come and pick you up from your office and take you to my place, I'd gladly do it. I feel completely at ease when I'm with you," Johnson said, and his words brought a smile to Juliana's face.
"Because of you, I'm changing my plans for the day at the office. I'm coming right now."
"That's my beautiful lady," Johnson said and ended the call.
Juliana grabbed her handbag and left her office.
"I'm leaving, arrange any appointments for next week," she said quickly as she passed by her secretary's desk before entering the elevator.
"What if Gabriel comes to pick me up in the evening?" she thought as she was about to reach the ground floor. She started thinking about what she would say if that happens.
"I'll tell him to come home, that I've already left the office," she nodded to herself and got into her car, driving away.
On the other end of the call, Johnson clenched his left fist, as if he had won something. He was skilled in decorations, so he went to his materials room and started gathering ribbons and threads in various colors to decorate the living room. Johnson never expected Juliana to agree to come to his house. He had hoped they would meet in a hotel or a bar.
"I'll be able to finish decorating this room before she arrives. Hmm... one hour and thirty minutes. That should be enough time," he thought as he busily combined the ribbons.
A few minutes later, he went inside and retrieved various pictures he had taken with Juliana when they were in high school. They were lovely memories, and he pinned them on the wall, starting from when they first met to when they drifted apart. The room was filled with old memories and emotions, which was not what Juliana had anticipated.
After carefully arranging the living room, he placed two glass cups on the center table with a bottle of a beautiful, romantic wine. Then he went inside, took off his navy blue suit, and changed into a white shirt with a red bow tie. As he was leaving his room, he realized he had forgotten to take the rose he planned to give Juliana the moment he opened the door for her.
Johnson emerged from his room, his eyes fixed on the wall clock as it ticked, and his ears alert for any sound of a car approaching his house.
Finally, the sound he had been waiting for arrived, and he immediately stood up and looked through the window to see who it was. As expected, it was Juliana, stepping out of her car and walking towards the front door. Johnson waited until she was about to knock, then he opened the door with a smile on his lips and a rose in his right hand.
"Wow... lovely," she said, taking the rose, and they embraced at the doorway. At this moment, she hadn't seen how beautiful the living room was. As she stepped inside, her eyes were drawn to it, and she became excited, wanting to take in everything at once.
"You did all of this yourself?" she asked, looking around, and when she saw her pictures on the wall, she rushed to examine them.
"You still have all these pictures?" she asked.
"How could I ever forget about you?" Johnson replied.
"Wasn't your late wife jealous?" Juliana affectionately caressed the pictures on the wall with her fingers, and her tone of voice changed.
"I kept the pictures hidden from her," Johnson said, standing behind her.
"To what extent do you love me, Johnson?" Juliana asked, and Johnson walked towards her, took her hand, and said,
"I... love you so much that, in another lifetime, I will always remember you. Loving and knowing you has opened my eyes to a whole new world that I never knew existed. Since I lost you for a while, I have found myself lost in darkness. Without you, I doubt I would find my way out. Nothing else matters as long as I'm with you. Meeting you was never a mistake. You deserve the best, which is why I strive to be the best for you. I am willing to overcome any obstacles that come between us. You are an angel who has given up her wings..."
"Obstacle," she said, pulling her fingers apart and then embracing Johnson.
"Please, that's enough. You're making me very emotional. But I'm sorry, there's someone else in my life," she blinked her eyes, holding back her tears.
"Juliana, I want you. What am I going to do with all the feelings I have for you? Turning your back on me was like sentencing me to death," he held Juliana's gaze, and her eyes were already red.
"I never planned to cry, Johnson. Why are you doing this to me?"
"I want you back in my life," Johnson said, causing Juliana to pull her fingers away and walk towards one of the windows in the living room. There was a brief silence, and Juliana started crying, saying,
"It's all your fault."
"My fault?" Johnson raised his voice and walked towards her.
"Yes, it was your fault. You never stood up for what you truly loved."
"How, Juliana? How? My life was threatened by your dad, and I even received a letter from a hitman who was after me..."
"You disappeared after that night. If you had stayed, I wouldn't have gone to the wedding hall. I woke up the next morning and I never saw you again."
"Maybe I would be a dead man by now..."
"That's a lie. It was just a common threat from my dad," Juliana said.
"You know what, Juliana, let's forget about the past and focus on the present situation. I want you now."
"I'm already in love with another man. We can still be friends. I still love you as a friend," Juliana's words broke Johnson's heart, and he didn't know what to say for a while, just staring at Juliana.
After a few minutes, he took a deep breath and said,
"Let's not ruin this reunion with the past. Let's focus on the present moment." He went inside and came back without bringing anything from his room, then he opened the wine and poured it into two glasses, handing one to Juliana.
After Juliana took a sip from the glass of wine, she didn't realize when she sat down, and in a few moments, she fell asleep. The next day, she woke up in Johnson's bed, and none of his clothes had been removed from her.
"What happened? Did I fall asleep? What did you put in the wine?" That was the first thing she asked as she saw Johnson about to enter the bathroom. When he didn't reply and was about to enter the bathroom, she asked,
"Did you touch me?”
"Absolutely not!" Johnson reacted immediately, causing Juliana to quickly get out of bed. Just as Johnson was about to close the bathroom door, he said,
"I suppose your man has been calling you." He slammed the door shut.
Juliana stood up and hurriedly went to the table, took her phone and she saw that her phone was on silent mode. When she checked the screen, she realized that James had called her sixty times. Additionally, her daughter had made eighty missed calls.
"Oh my goodness! What am I going to tell Gabriel and Daisy? I'm in a big trouble.”
