Chapter 11:

Pythia POV:
I had Lillith and Stony fix up a cabin that we all smudged so that no one would be able to find us. We needed to figure out all of this shit with the grand elders and I needed all of them to understand what was about to happen. I received a letter from the grand elders that I will be summoned after the birth of our child so that gave us a few months thankfully. I held the letter in my hands and waited for everyone to take their seats. The alphas looked a little uneasy but that was because they were in an unknown area but the girls looked rather comfortable. "Thank you all for coming, I need to let all of you know what will be coming in a few months time." I said looking around. "What has happened?" Chloe asked. "Well, because I decided to keep the peace and Tye is my mate I have been turned into the grand elders." I replied. They looked a little confused at first until it sank in."What exactly are the grand elders?" Stephen asked. "The grand elders are the very oldest of our kind. They are set in the old ways where we separate ourselves from others, they want dark witches to be the dominant race. They are also the only ones who decided my fate." I said slowly so everyone would grasp what I was telling them. "So they are what we are for the wolves and white witches?" Jasmine asked.
I nodded my head, "Yes, they are. I would like to replace them with hand chosen men and women but that is very hard to do." I replied. "Why is it hard to do?" Jackson asked. "Because there are more elders, some may believe the same as me while as you all see others do not. We have to get through the bad ones to get the good ones and that will be a very long process.'' I replied. "What will happen with the grand elders?" Alley asked. "Truthfully I do not know. It's rare that someone gets summoned to the highest but it is what it is. I will present my case to them and they will decide one of three things. They will give me some sort of punishment, or they will agree with me and let me go, or they will kill me." I said, taking a deep breath. Tye tensed beside me, I knew this was a touchy subject for him and I hated even saying the third option but it is a possibility that it could happen. Goddess knows that I don't want it to happen but I can't control their choice. "They will not kill you." Tye said through gritted teeth. I placed my hand over his and ran my thumb across the back of his hand. The very thought that my life could end is a bit nerve racking but I can't lose my shit just yet.
"Okay so we have a few months to get everything in order. Where do we start first?" Diane asked, offering a small smile. "Well I need to find someone to help represent the case and the endless amount of work that will have to go into this, I am hoping that within the time frame I am given everything will be peaceful so I can show them that this can work." I replied. "Okay so we ladies can work on that while the others work on their projects." Charlotte said. "This isn't y'alls problem though and I don't want anything to happen to any of you because of me." I whispered because that was the truth. If anything would happen to them it would kill me. They are good people who don't deserve to be dragged down by my problems. "It is our problem, we came to you for peace and alliance, you didn't come to us." Alley said softly. She was right but still, I decided to keep the peace. "I know, but I made the final decision to keep the peace and it has not made the older ones too happy, we just need to get them to see and understand it all." I replied. "Oh don't be so stubborn Pythia, we are here to help and we aren't taking no for an answer." Stefanie said. Her words made me laugh. "I often forget I have help now. I'm so used to doing things by myself." I replied. Having all of them has made me realize how much I have missed. I felt the emotions hit me at once, I felt sadness the most because I grew up secluded and hated while they grew up in a loving pack with a lot of friends.
All of a sudden I felt warmth spread throughout my body and I looked around until my eyes fell on Alley, her eyes were a mixture of color but white stood out the most and I knew what she was doing. I smiled at her before I took a deep breath. "I would love some help if you guys are okay with that." I said looking around to the men. I knew they would be more protective than anyone else. "We don't really have a say in things like this. If they want to help we won't stand in their way at all." Devin replied, smiling at Emma. "So where shall we start then?" Jasmine asked. "How about we meet y'all at the house, Tye and I have an appointment with Julie to check on the little one first and I heard she can give really good ass chewings to those who are late." I said giggling as I looked at Stephen. He rolled his eyes and grunted which only made me laugh harder, I've never seen an alpha be fearful of anyone other than their mate but I have to admit I needed to meet this Julie woman. "Alright let's go, if we don't leave now we will be late." Tye said standing up. I stood up next to him as did the others. "I will see you ladies soon then." I said smiling at them before we walked outside.
