Chapter 53:

Pythia POV:

Everyone was on high alert looking for the two elders who have lost their damn minds. From what I understand they left before my dad, aunt and uncle got back so the goddess only knows where they are. No one else is missing from my coven so that either means they left a spy behind or no one dared go with them. I had Lillith gather a hunting team to help in the search while having another group look for a truth potion. Seems like that could come in handy if we can find one. Jasper and Jenson have stuck to us like glue. The only privacy we get is when we go to the bathroom so I might as well try to find the difference between the two of them so I don't get them mixed up. I tried taking in each detail of them and I couldn't see a difference in them. "Okay so how do I tell the two of you apart?" I asked. They both turned to me with ass splitting grins. "Well we are identical." One said. I narrowed my eyes at him. "Well obviously, I don't want to confuse the two of you though." I replied.

They both looked at each other like this was an amusing game. I can already tell that even though they seem like mean fighting machines they are nothing but jokesters underneath it all. "I was going to cut my hair today, that's what we usually do so that people can tell us apart but, we have crazed elders on the loose so that got put on hold." One replied. A haircut? I could do that. I mean how hard could it be? "How do you usually cut it?" I asked. "I usually buzz cut the sides but leave the top a little longer to style it." He replied. Now that I look I can see that his hair is shorter than his brothers. "Okay, let's do it then." I replied smiling. His smile dropped from his face. "Oh no way! No one touches this magnificent hair but my stylist. He would kick my ass if it got messed up." He pouted. I couldn't help but laugh at him. "I've watched you train, I think you'll be just fine. It's either I cut it or you have him come over here before I put makeup on you so that I can tell you two apart." I replied, tilting my head and smiling. "I've already called him, no way am I putting on makeup." He replied, cringing his nose.

"So which one are you then?" I asked. "I'm Jasper." He replied. I took the bracelet off my wrist and handed it to him. "Don't take it off until your hair is finished." I replied. "Yes ma'am, I promise." Jasper replied. "Can we talk to you about something?" Jenson asked. "Of course, you boys can talk to me about anything." I replied. "We are training to be the warriors in your pack but we want to mean something more." Jasper stated. I'm not really sure what he is referring to so I waited for them to further explain. "We have been warriors for as long as we can remember but we want to be more than that. We were wondering if uh- if we could be your official guards.." Jenson said nervously. They want to be my guards? Is that normal for a luna to have? I have so much to learn about this new role.. "Is it normal for a Luna to have guards? I do apologize I am not up to date on stuff like this." I replied."Yes, ma'am it is the strongest to protect the luna. They go everywhere she is." Jasper replied.

Well that is nice to know. "Well I don't see a problem with that, but I would like to get to know the two of you better as the days go on." I replied. Both men had huge grins on their faces, it looked like they had just won a huge prize. "Thank you so much!" Jenson said. "We won't let you down!" Jasper said. "What are we so happy about?" Tye asked as he walked through the front door with another man that held supplies to cut Jaspers hair. "They have asked if they could be my official guards." I replied. Both of the boys froze in their spots like they were afraid he would tell them no. "If you are fine with it then so am I." Tye replied smiling. Jenson and Jasper let out the breath they were holding before Jasper walked away with the man that was going to do his hair."I still fully expect you and your brother to train though." Tye said, looking at Jenson. "Yes alpha, we will. We will train in the front yard if we have to." Jenson replied. "Have we had any luck finding the missing elders?" I asked. "We have been briefing the trackers, your dad, aunt and uncle came by with pictures of what they look like just in case they are spotted." Tye replied.

That was probably a good idea on their part to share a photo. "Let me make some lunch real quick while you spend a little time with your son." I said smiling at him, his eyes lit up and that was all it took. "Jenson, come with me." I said walking towards the kitchen. I quickly grabbed some sandwich meat and cheese, "Please get the bread out of the pantry." I said over my shoulder. I didn't know how much these two boys ate but I knew Tye could eat out an entire restaurant and still be hungry. "So where is y'alls families?" I asked. "Well, your guess is as good as ours, we were raised up in the orphanage." Jenson replied easily. Oh goddess, I had no idea. "We were told they died in some fight but we haven't been able to find any other family." Jenson continued. "Well I am sorry to hear that, what about friends?" I asked. "We have stayed to ourselves mainly. It was better for us that way, then we heard that Tye was starting his own pack and something told us we needed to be apart of it and to protect you." Jenson replied softly as if he was trying to remember something.

"What do you mean something told y'all to do it?" I asked curiously. "It was like a whisper in our ear. It's hard to explain but, the voice was like an angel. Soft and gentle. We didn't hesitate." Jenson replied. Now that sounds very familiar. Did Athea send them? I need to remember to call her and talk with her although I'm not really sure how to do that. "Well whoever sent the two of you I am glad. You both can be uncles to Apollo." I said. A smile came across his face as if I had given him the best news ever. "You know honestly, we would really like that." Jenson replied softly. I heard footsteps coming down the hall and I knew it was his brother. When I turned around he had his hair styled the way. he wanted and he had a huge grin on his face. "I want you both to know that you are a part of our little family. it hurts me to know you both missed out on that growing up but I hope we can make up for it now." I said softly. I grew up the same way they did so I know how it feels to feel like you have no one.

I don't want them to feel like they will be forever alone. Jasper walked over to me and wrapped me in a hug. "Thank you for giving us a chance." He whispered. "No need to thank me. It's what I do and I know you boys won't disappoint us." I replied. When he stepped back there was a light in his eyes that made me happy. "Now you boys make you a sandwich and go sit in the living room." I stated as I finished mine and Tyes plate and walked towards the kitchen. "We made the right choice with them." Tye said through our link. "Yes, we did. They will be our family now too." I replied. "I'm okay with that. They are good kids and I'm glad we gave them the chance they deserve." Tye replied. I smiled at him wondering how I got so lucky to have him. Jenson and Jasper came and sat on the other side of Apollo. While we ate they kept their eyes on our son who was in a dead stare before he would giggle. When Tye finished eating he stood to his feet, "I have to get back but I will see you all at dinner tonight." Tye said, kissing my forehead before he bent back down to kiss Apollos head.

When Jasper and Jenson finished eating they laid on the floor with Apollo and played with him. "Have you two thought about finding your mates?" I asked. "We have, we just don't want mates right now while we are still figuring our lives out you know? We want to be settled before all of that." Jasper replied. "That sounded harsher than it was intended to be." Jenson quickly said. "It's fine, I understand. When you boys are ready let me know. I can help you find your mates." I said with a smile. They both looked at me with confused expressions, "Dark witches used to aid wolves in finding their mates long ago. I helped Brandon find Leia." I stated. "Did you really?" Jenson asked. "That is so awesome." Jasper followed up. I laughed at the two of them. "How old are you two?" I asked. "We are twenty years old." Jasper replied. They are still young, I will leave it up to them when they are ready to find their mates. I took in more of their features and oddly enough they had the same color eyes as I did. Fair skin and jet black hair. "You said you were told your parents died?" I asked.

I started getting a gut feeling and I wasn't sure how to handle it. "That is what we were told. Why?" Jenson asked. "Something isn't right. Now that I look closely at the two of you the more I see a resemblance within us." I replied. A knock of the door paused my thoughts, I got up and opened the door to see my dad, aunt and uncle standing outside. "Please come in." I said opening the door wider. There was a shift in the air and it took me a minute to realize what was happening. Jenson and Jasper were on their feet, Jasper was holding Apollo close to his chest. Their eyes landed on someone behind me and when I turned around I seen my dad was staring right back at them. What the hell is happening? Wait, wait a minute. Then it clicked. Jasper and Jenson were my half brothers. I looked at my dad and narrowed my eyes. No way. "Well this isn't how I wanted to find you boys." My dad said softly. "Dad? You know them?" I asked standing in front of him. My dad cast his head down like he was in shame. "Yes, I do know them." He whispered.

I knew it. They are my brothers. "They are my sons." My dad stated. I don't know what came over me right in that moment but I pulled my fist back and punched him square in the nose. "You walked out on them?!" I roared. "Pythia it isn't like that!" Phil yelled as he grabbed my wrist. growls came from behind me and I knew the boys didn't like Phil touching me. "They are your sons! You left them behind? For what?! I understood when you left me behind but them? They didn't deserve that!" I screamed. Warmth shot through me and I instantly cared down. "I will give you one chance to explain yourself." I snapped before I turned back around and walked towards an angry looking Jasper and Jenson. "So you are our- we are your-? We are-?" Jenson stumbled on his words. "You two are my brothers and I am your sister." I said softly. So not only were they half wolf but they were also half white witch. This is a lot to handle but I will give my father a chance to explain what the hell he has done.....
