Chapter 30:

Pythia POV:
Last night was the best night of my life. I knew Tye could be gentle and sweet but this was by far the best thing ever. Waking up this morning I feel completely relaxed. The smell of bacon hit my nose and instantly my stomach started gurgling. I swear I wasn't this big yesterday, as soon as we get back we are going to see Julie to make sure that this little bundle of joy is in fact a girl so we can start getting things. I climbed out of bed and made my way to the bathroom to change my clothes. I decided to wear a bathing suit under the sundress. I wanted to be comfortable and I wanted to sit on the beach while we went through the rest of this book. I was getting excited for Ambrosia to be here. I walked into the kitchen to see Tye cooking and also singing along to the music that he had playing on his phone. I leaned against the door frame and watched him, he was so graceful with every move he made. He had on a pair of black basketball shorts with no shirt. I could never understand people who cook without a shirt when they cooked with anything that had grease on it. I would not want to take the chance of it popping and hitting me but then again he is a wolf and would heal fast.
I shifted on my feet and he froze, he slowly turned to finally see me standing behind him. "Good morning my beauty, how did you sleep?" Tye asked with a smile. Smug ass he knows exactly how I slept. "I don't think I slept all that well, I had a wolf man snoring so loud it shook the house." I replied smiling. His eyes narrowed and he started walking towards me. "Is that so?" Tye husked out. "Mhm, I think you need some of those nose strip thingies to help the air flow." I giggled. "Says the one who drools so much we could have a swimming pool." Tye retorted. My mouth literally fell open. "I do not drool!" I said laughing. "Oh really? What is that on the corner of your mouth then?" Tye said, pointing at my face as he tried not to laugh. "It isn't drool! I am just hungry!" I said laughing. "Well come and sit down, I just finished. Jackson and Ambrosia are on their way." Tye said, pulling me towards the kitchen. I looked around to see that he had made eggs, bacon, croissants and pancakes with orange juice for him and a sprite for me. I sat down in front of my plate and didn't waste any time digging in.
"How did you learn to cook this good?" I asked. "My mother made sure us boys knew how to cook so we could do this for our mates." Tye replied, smiling at me. "Remind me to thank your mother when I see her." I stated. We didn't talk for the rest of breakfast. I was way into the meal and I had zero shame about it. "When we get back I want to go and see Julie. I swear I grew the size of a watermelon." I said. "I am not getting into that but we can go and see her when we get back tomorrow morning before the gathering." Tye said. I narrowed my eyes on him. "Why won't you say anything?" I asked. "Uh no! Don't even give me that look. My mother would skin me alive if she knew I made any comment other than how utterly stunning you look." Tye said, taking a step back. It took everything to hold the look on my face. He looked ready to bolt out of the room if I kept pressing about the belly that had grown overnight. "Alright, fair enough I suppose. Let's go to the beach and get everything set up." I said tilting my head to the side. He visibly relaxed at my words and I couldn't contain my laughter. "What is so funny?" Tye asked. "You my love. You looked ready to bolt." I replied. "Yes well I do value my life you know." Tye said, pouting.
I heard a car door shut and my head snapped to the large open windows. I saw Ambrosia first and she looked like her belly grew the same as mine. "Knock knock!" She yelled as she walked in the house. "We are over here!" I yelled back. I could hear Ambrosia walking through the house. Has she always walked like her feet were concrete? "I swear to goddess this child of ours grew so big overnight!" Ambrosia huffed. She took one look at me and laughed. "Seems I am not the only one." A smile came across my face. "I was just telling Tye about it." I giggled. "Okay we will go get everything set up." Jackson said, pulling Tye out of the kitchen as fast as they could. "How was your night?" Ambrosia asked with a smirk. "It was by far one of the best nights in my life to be honest." I replied, smiling at the memories. "I don't want to hear those details. As long as you are relaxed that is what is most important." Ambrosia replied. "I didn't have a worry in the world last night. I honestly needed it." I replied. "Good, now let's get started on the rest of this book so that we can prepare." She replied. As we walked towards the back she got a good look at everything. "This is a beautiful place.I never knew this was back on this side." Ambrosia said. "Me either! Definitely need to come back to her more often." I replied.
