Chapter 429 Serving Wine

Trinity was partying in the next room, but the excellent soundproofing meant they couldn't hear a thing from each other.

Time ticked by, and they had been sitting in the room for half an hour.

Hannah had gone out several times to check the next room but found nothing. No one came out, and no one else went in.

"Ashley, this isn't working. Are we just going to sit here and wait? What if that bitch Trinity gets drunk or leaves suddenly?"

Ashley had her own plans. She believed Trinity wouldn't leave so soon, nor would she get drunk after just a few drinks. But she needed everyone in that room to be tipsy and in a drunken state.

After all, people are much harder to deal with when they're sober.

"Don't worry, just wait ten more minutes."

Hannah shook the bottle on the table. "Ashley, you're not planning to take this over there, are you? It's just the two of us, and there are a bunch of them."

Ashley smiled lightly, "I know your fighting skills well. You can take on ten people. Otherwise, why would I bring you?"

Hannah believed her, blinking in a daze, "Ashley, are you serious?"

Ashley moved the fruit plate closer to her and patted her head, "Eat more, you'll need the energy."

Ten minutes passed quickly. Ashley tidied her clothes and makeup in the mirror, handed the bottle to Hannah, and said, "Let's go, Hannah."

Next door.

Trinity was in a foul mood. Usually, she got along well with these sons of high-ranking officials. Whenever there was a party or a dinner, they would respond enthusiastically. But tonight, she had spent a lot of money to entertain them and hadn't even gotten a decent promise in return.

"Trinity, it's not that I don't want to help you. My dad just warned me yesterday that if I dared to use his name to do anything outside, he'd break my legs!" A young man, holding a champagne babe, complained with a crooked mouth.

"My mom is even tougher. She gave me a strict order that if I ever asked for anything, she'd do the opposite just to ruin it. Do you think I dare to bring it up? That would only harm you!" The man speaking had his collar open, lipstick marks on his neck, and a delicate hand roaming his chest.

The other excuses were similar. Even though these people were almost drunk, they still kept their mouths shut.

Trinity was furious and frustrated, gripping her wine glass tightly. But she couldn't turn against them on the spot, so she forced a smile, "We've been friends for years. If I have a problem, you won't benefit either. In this world, you never know who might need help someday. Who will you turn to then?"

Her words were subtle but clear enough for them to understand.

If they didn't help her today, they shouldn't expect her help in the future if they faced trouble!

A long-haired girl hooked her arm around Trinity's neck and laughed, "You're silly, Trinity. We can't help you much. You should go to Mr. Hearst! You two almost got married, and you've been intimate. Mr. Hearst wouldn't refuse you. Otherwise, he wouldn't have let you bring people to Blue Star."

Trinity forced a laugh, "Of course, I can go to him, but I wanted to give our friends a chance to bond. If he solves it with one word, how does that show our friendship?"

What these people didn't know was that Trinity had exhausted all her connections to get the Blue Star Club entry ticket. It was her brother who got it through a friend.

Feeling irritated, Trinity downed her glass of red wine in one gulp, coughing violently from drinking too fast.

As she coughed, the door to the room opened.

Under the dazzling effect lights, two tall, slender, and stunning figures walked in.

Leading the way was a woman in a bright red dress, her sparkling high heels accentuating her slender ankles, as radiant as the evening star. Following her was a woman in a white dress, her figure enchanting, her smile captivating.

The people who were partying stopped their wild actions, and those making out on the sofa looked up at the entrance.

Trinity squinted her eyes, shaking her head in disbelief, "Why is it you?"

A newcomer?

Many people didn't recognize the uninvited guest.

Of course, compared to that mesmerizing face, who she was didn't matter.

Before Ashley could speak, a disheveled man stumbled forward, grabbing Ashley's wrist, trying to pull her into his arms, "Hey, beautiful, who are you looking for? I'll keep you company."

Ashley blocked his embrace with her arm, smiling coldly, "Handsome, don't rush. We have plenty of time."

Hannah, following closely behind Ashley, almost gagged at the sight of the man's hand. It was disgusting!

Under everyone's gaze, Ashley walked to the center of the room, smiling as she looked at the red-faced Trinity, "My friend and I came to have some fun. We heard you were having a party, so we came to chat. Not welcome?"

Trinity was almost drunk but still somewhat conscious. Her emotions were already out of control. Seeing Ashley's face, she reached out to slap her, "Not welcome at all, get out!"

Ashley grabbed her wrist and pressed down hard, "A guest is a guest. If we're not welcome, fine, but hitting people isn't appropriate."

She spoke with a sincere, harmless smile, but only Trinity knew her wrist was about to break.

Trinity, frustrated and angry, had spent money for nothing tonight and was now being disrupted by Ashley. She was furious, shouting, "Let go! Or I'll have someone kill you!"

Ashley, taller than her, leaned in closer, speaking in a voice only they could hear, "Do you remember what you did? I'm someone who repays kindness. I couldn't rest without personally thanking you."

With that, she let go of Trinity, sat down on the long sofa, and faced the predatory eyes, "Am I interrupting?"

The men swallowed hard, while the women couldn't help but compare themselves to her. The atmosphere in the room became subtle.

"Not at all, not at all. We're glad to have you, beautiful! What's your name?"

Hannah opened the bottle, poured a few glasses, and obediently stood behind Ashley.

Ashley picked up a glass, holding it between her fingers, swirling it. The whiskey reflected in her bright eyes, making every move enchanting, "We're here to have fun. Asking for names is too much."

"Interesting, I like you," a man said, sniffing her glass with a wicked smile, "Beautiful, this drink smells great!"

Ashley turned slightly, her bright eyes unadorned but captivating, "It tastes even better."

She brought the glass to the man's lips, letting him take a sip. Already quite drunk, he was further enticed by her, his bones turning to jelly as he leaned against her, "Delicious, really delicious."

With this start, the others eagerly raised their glasses.

Some men even insisted on being fed by Ashley.

Ashley didn't mind, her attitude kind and gentle, feeding them one by one with a smile. But anyone trying to touch her was discreetly blocked by Hannah.

In no time, the bottle was empty.

Meanwhile, Trinity, completely ignored, was fuming. She grabbed Ashley's hair, pulling her up, "Get out!"

With Ashley causing a scene, she had no chance to ask for help.

Hannah grabbed Trinity's hands, almost causing her to fall, "You again. I let you go last time, but today..."

As she spoke, Trinity grabbed a bottle from the table, ready to smash it.

Hannah, sober and quick, dodged in a leap.

The bottle shattered on the ground, and Trinity, stumbling, fell to her knees on the carpet, looking pathetic.

Ashley stood up, leaned down close to her, and said, "Trinity, I hope you make it out alive."
