Pulling all our warriors back, only leaving the scouts in the trees. We wait in the shadows for this piece of shit to make his move. While we wait I linked every wolf I could to have all pups on lockdown along with the non-combat ready wolves. We have all started making our way to the southern border. Listening to the sounds of rogue wolves making their way through the woods. We have waited for hours and still no sign of them. Just as I was about to give up for the night I heard a noise. Making my way towards the sound keeping my ears and eyes open. I keep to the shadows. Stopping to listen but in a blink it was daylight. What the hell. I try linking the warrior's nothing. Noah again nothing. Panic sets in linking Ashley again with nothing. I take off heading as fast as I could to the packhouse. What I find has me seeing red. There are fires all over but the building doesn’t look touched. Sprinting to the house I hear things being thrown about.
“what the fuck happened?” I demand as I make my way through the door. Noah flies to me wrapping me in his arms along with Jordan, Ashley, and Addie. Relief is short-lived when I see both Isaac and Anthony. They look like they could murder someone right now the pain is evident in their eyes. They look at me with anger directed at me “where the fuck were you?” Isaac demands as he makes his way to me. Looking around trying to figure out what happened. I see Isaac's fist coming towards my face but it freezes just at the tip of my nose. “stop” roared Luna Bronwyn “can't you smell the magic on him you idiots. I know your not fully thinking right but smell the air he was spelled just like the rest.” “what is going on?” I ask again “she's gone they took her.” Anthony whispers out dropping to the floor in a pile. Looking around “who?” “aria and Sharon were taken.” Ashley says looking down “it's my fault I’m so sorry I thought I heard a pup crying.” tears streaming down her face as she looks at the twins. They both look at her before anyone can say anything she takes off out the door. Turning to go after her Noah stops me hands me Jordan and heads to the door. Taking that as he is letting me try and figure things out. “first why can't I link anyone? Second, where are the kings? And is everyone else accounted for and safe?” I demand going into an alpha mode, the Luna looks at me then the twins “boys go to your room get cleaned up, deal with your shit we will need you to get the queen and your mate back.” I order they nod and leave.
“you have been heavily magicked but it will wear off. The kings are in a coma I had them put in their room. Everyone but the mutt downstairs is accounted for. I believe we had a spy here somewhere watching.” she tells me. “is everyone links down or just me?” “mostly the wolves that were in the field who lost time are blocked. The rest can link each other.” “I want all our trackers here our front now,” I order to no one but know my order will be followed.
Walking outside I find most of our warriors are standing there waiting for my orders. “all trackers go search for a scent that is not one of ours. Then track that til you find who it belongs to me. Teams of three watch each other's backs. Mask your scent and be silent.” I order when no one moves right away I roar out “NOW” jumping they are off. I know they are looking for news on what is going on but I can't give them what I don’t know. All I can do is send them to look for clues.
Walking in the packhouse I hear a painful howl come from upstairs and I know it's the twins. I make a promise right then and there that if take my life I will find them.
Kane pov
I received the phone yesterday and while I was watching the videos I noticed their patrols might be tough to get by so I told mother and aunty to figure out a spell to make this easier for me. I had purposely made it easy for some of the worthless wolves in this worthless pack to escape. I had mother spell one of my wolves to look smell and all around be one of the wolves I had rounded up. After playing with a mated pair for a while I knew I could cause that mutt some pain when I played with my bitch. What I found out from the wolf I sent in was that they knew about me and part of my plan. They knew I sent a spy earlier. What I didn’t know was they used magic to use him as a spy against me.
The videos he took had me itching to get my prizes. That young girl will most definitely be my Luna I will have her power and since she is the supposed heir to my pack ya right but ill take it. By marking her my Luna I become the alpha by rights of mates so now not only is it by birth but mate bond too. My spy did good he also found out that spy had a thing for males as well so he will have to die. I had mother through that young pup I had planned to be my mate in with the toys. She will make for some fun later. Time to get ready I yanked that worthless mutt mate to my tent she won't be making out of here alive. Once done she will take her last breath. Making her link her mate I find out the information he is giving me is different from what the other one can see. I am going to use this she only knows what I will tell her to tell him. Playing my parrot perfect. Once finished I looked at her if she was younger and prettier I might have some fun with her. Then I remember my other wolves haven't had a female in a while. Grabbing her by the hair I drag her to where the males are sitting around a small fire. “as a reward I give you this female to play with however you want. She must take her last breath by daylight.” I tell them throwing her to the ground and walking away. Hearing her screams and their laughs. I notice brain looking at me with a smirk “you know we can use that as a little insensitive as well when we go to attack.” cocking my head to the side waiting for him to continue.
