“Alright, people it's showtime. We need some traitor blood and answers.” I say rubbing my hands together my wolf is demanding blood. This bitch should have never touched what is mine and had a hand in kidnapping and hiding my other mate we want to watch the light leave her eyes as she slowly dies in a lot of pain, oh to hear her scream out in pain I can't wait. With a wicked grin on my face, we enter the building. The guards bow and greet up knowing who we are here to see they just turn and start walking. Young she-wolf steps out of a room “alphas do you want the questioning recorded just in case you might miss something she says due to the anger she will cause?” I just love how smart our wolves are and how loyal they are she doesn't question if we will get mad or get carried away in anger just wants to make sure every word she says is caught. “yes please Zoe thank you for thinking ahead.” I nod to her “oh my pleasure alpha those hunters killed my father and brother I want them to pay for if tall and I want our Queen Luna back she is our heart I can feel it.” I look at this wolf in surprise I knew that's how I felt about Aria and I know that Damien agreed with me on that what I didn’t know is that is how others in the pack felt as well. I think the bond I had with my pack just got stronger if that is even possible. Nodding she hands me a walkies talkie and I look at her funny. “maybe you forgot but about five years ago the alpha had the outbuilding reinforced with silver and wolfsbane so the prisoners cant link out of the building the longer in here the worse they feel but we no longer need to inject them with wolfsbane to keep them weak after the first shot. Saved on funds for here so he increased our pay.” well shit I did forget about that project but to be fair I was only thirteen at the time so I wasn’t paying much attention at the time. Nodding I take the walkie-talkie and head towards the stairs Zoe dashes in the room and back out with a recorder pushing the red button dropping it in my hand. “just a backup to the video I will take. Radio me when you are there and I will start the recording.” she says and heads back to what I’m now calling her office.
As soon as we are standing in front of her cell I radio over that we are there. As soon as Tara hears me she looks up “get me the fuck out of here Damien is going to be so pissed off you did this to me.” she yells “oh would he why is that?” tilting my head to the side. “you know I was with him last night. He told me how much he loves me and you were a mistake. I will be his Luna not some fairy-like you.” she spits out laughing “oh darling I ain’t no Luna.” laughing out when Damien walks into view “that's funny I don’t remember any of that. I remember you coming on to me then passing out. I remember fucking my mate until his voice was hoarse. Telling you that you will be my Luna and my mates are a mistake I don’t remember that.” Damien sneers at her. “no I’m your mate you have just been fooled by this fairy with some kind of potion.” oh how desperate can she be, “so you say my mates fooled me? Why would they do that?” he questions. “he wants the power that's why.” she acts all innocent “and my other mate?” he asks and her eyes fly to our necks just now noticing that we both have two mate marks. “ no no I saw your neck before she was taken you didn’t mate that skank shes, not your mate she used black magic on you along with him to fool you.” shes now grasping at straws here just then Kari starts laughing so hard shes snorting making us all look to her. “that's rich. You know nothing. Oh my goddess she thinks you and a girl you had not met before you both were 18 conspired to pull the wool over a strong alpha's eyes. And not just Damien's eyes but his father who was a very powerful alpha in his own right.” she wheezes out. She laughed so hard she doubled over clutching her side. At this point, we are all laughing because Tara just dug herself a hole I hope she tries to get out of.
“that's a lie this loser and that girl have known each other for years and had it all planned out I overheard them one night.” she yells now Daniel can't keep it straight his laugh is so loud it startled us all I don’t think I have ever heard him laugh before I then notice kade and Kari's heads snap to him with a shock like its been years since they had heard him laugh themselves. “girl stop while you are ahead not that you are but I have to thank you for such a good laugh its been a while. That girl as you called the queen did not know anyone in this room other than myself and my brother and sister. She could not have met these two before the night Samuel was handed the alphahood. She was kept as both alpha john and alpha Samuel's slave.” looking sad as he said while both I and Damien growled “I’m sorry alphas I promise I never approved of it she is a sweet girl always has been I’m glad they didn’t break her of that. But as for you the lies you have said about the queen just can't stand. I would suggest you start telling the truth.” he growls out almost as strong as mine and Damien's growls. This wolf was born to be a leader a protector of wolves and it shows.
Hanging her head she has finally figured out she has lost and her lies will get her nowhere. “I just wanted to be with you Damien I love you.” she cries out we all just stare at her waiting but she says no more. “who are you working with?” I demand again nothing Kari taking this as her cue walks up and smacks her hard in the face “you will start talking or the things I over seem my father do to wolves who didn’t listen. I'll have to test on you to see if I remember right and trust me you won't like it.” making all our eyes go wide I don’t know what she says but the way she said left no room that it was bad. Tara just cries and still says nothing. “KADE BRING ME A KNIFE SET NOW!” she yells when no one moved she turned her eyes to a glowing black pit that made me want to cower and whimper kade took off running as his life depended on it and for all, I knew it might she looked mad with anger. The upside to all this is we are hearing every word being said and we get to see the Queens Beta at work and she's scary. The door opens again pulling the air to it and I smell the sweet smell of cherry turnover. Looking around I try to see who the new person is but there is no one. Then Kari walks past me and it's coming from her. I look at her then at Zane and back at her. Oh, shit do they know I link Damien “we can't let Kari in there again she has to leave the room now Zane will kill us if he finds out I found out and let her stay” he looks at me raises a brow “what are you rambling about?” he links back “take a big whiff of Kari to tell me what you smell.” he does then his eyes get huge “Kari out now” he commands. I can see she's pissed at the order but she can not disobey it. Storming out I grab the set from kade “ill take over from here” I say walking into the cell.
Zane is whispering to Damien wanting to know what is up. I hear him tell Zane later. Turning to Tara I smile “so are you going to tell me what you know or am I going to slowly remove your skin.” as I take the knives out of the leather pouch looking them over.
