At first summoning, hellfire was almost impossible. Mia was freaking out as the only other being that could summon the hellfire was Rhett and he currently couldn’t. after a few days, I was able to summon enough to make the rock glow. Mia and Kalaban had been so excited. Mia said she can maintain my hell fire so then I could take a break before I had to come back and pull more fire up. The dragon rock needed to have enough stored hellfire to maintain a constant heat for two years. Normally one or both of the parents summon the hell fire twice a day but since I am not a dragon and hell fire is not fae magic means ill have to summon more and for longer. Having Mia there able to maintain the fire would be a help. Soon others were asking if there was a way for them to help as this would be new for all of us.
Mia's only response was to figure out how to release Rhett. Chad has been great over the last few days not pushing for more than I am willing to give. Something about him is different than before but I can't put my finger on it. It has been driving me crazy since I got back. So I decided to be blunt and ask him a few things to learn about him now. “why did you reject me just to then be like this to me?” I asked staring him in the eye waiting for a lie or truth hell I don’t know what I am looking for right now. Taking some time to think about it I look at him “you know I am carrying another offspring?” he nods “you mated to him then?” “yes and no. And I won't lie I love Rhett and I will do everything to bring him back.” watching him think over things and then he whispers Rhett's name sending shivers down my back his own back did the same dance. “he is my mate as well as he not I will do everything to bring back if only for you.” I couldn’t stop myself from hugging him. The sparks I feel as he wraps his arms around me help to reduce the stress of Rhett being locked away. “come on we need to get to the meeting the sooner we get Rhett free….” I trail off hoping he understands.
Leaving the room we head to the office. My fathers are already there with several witches and a few creatures I had never seen before. Not wanting to be rude I keep my glances to a minim. “okay now that Ashley is here how about we go over any ideas anyone has to help ash perform a huge spell?” my father asks. A small stone-looking man stands or wall climbs on his chair and stands “how do we know what was said was the truth. There have been no dragons for centuries what makes you so sure she's not lying?” the small troll asks. I want to stand up and defend myself but my father put his hand on my shoulder. “what proof do you need?” “well proof of the dragons being back would be nice but she can't prove that can she?” this time a growl left my throat. “who was the last dragon lord?” I sneer out at this tiny man. Rhett the older and younger is the next dragon lord. He is also a frozen fire dragon. His flames can burn and freeze at his will. He has an older younger sister Mia. She is a firefox. The dragon's lord Nido KnightFlame residence at the top of the tallest mountain to the north.” I spit out at him watching his face fall with every word. “I am carrying twin dragons the offspring of the next dragon lord Rhett KnightFlame.” with that he plopped down in his chair. “no one could remember all that without knowing it to be absolute. What do you need the trolls will help. Once the dragons are back do you think the fae king would open the barrier again?” I can see the hope in his eyes.
