When I was summoned to the alpha's office I was afraid aria couldn’t forgive me and would be banishing me from the land. I couldn’t blame her I did nothing to stop them from hurting her. I will accept whatever she says whatever she wants. I still plan to pledge to serve her in a pack or not. So when she started asking about my rejection I knew I would be leaving here soon. I will leave right when she says it I will take nothing I don’t deserve anything. I will live as a rouge staying close to her so I can try and make things right with her and so I can hopefully see my brother and sister.
I'm at a loss for words when she asked if I would accept being alpha of the green lake pack I thought she was messing with me at first but now she was serious. Dropping to my knees right there pack or not I was pledging to her from here to the end of my days. I will talk to her and the alphas tomorrow about a plan for when it is time for me to step down as alpha. They may let me run the green lake pack but for all that matters, it is her pack she will have the final say in anything and everything I do with it. I will not take a chosen mate and I will not bed anyone other than a mate. Okay so I know I don’t have a chance at a second mate but I don’t care I will run it better than Abel and Sam ever could. I will make it up to the goddess one day for lacking before.
Heading to my room I'm in a daze when Kari pulls me aside needing my size cause it is still early enough to call and have a suit set over she tells me aria wants me in one tomorrow. I have no idea what size I am and I let her know that. Word of advice never upset a pregnant she-wolf. they have anger issues and don’t tell her that either. If I had plans to have pups I think she just ruined that chance. I love my sister but she is just evil. Once she's done measuring me she lets me go to my room. They tried putting me on the beta floor with them but I refused to say I'm not a beta so I would rather take a small room on the warrior floor. I didn’t need anything fancy heck I even offered to just camp outback. I didn’t need the room I just wanted to be close to Kari and kade. And since I can think and feel straight I want to push myself to be better. I have to be better I have a lot to make up for. I will not hide who I am again I will not be afraid of myself. This pack accepts you for who you are not what you can bring to it and that's all I have ever wanted. I decide I will get to bed early.
Before I even open my eyes there is a banging on the door. I ignore it hoping they will go away it's too early but no such luck when our sister is around and in a very bossy mood. When I didn’t answer the door she let herself in “get your lazy ass up right now there is work to be done” she yells at me while punching me in the gut. “okay okay stop beating me Satan” glaring at me before she turns and heads to the door “five minutes that's all I'm giving you then ill send kade” she says walking out. Oh, hell no not sending that ass to get me up I can do that all by myself. She may be Satan but he's her wicked weapon of choice. Thick as thieves those two. Guess that's most twins anyways I have seen how close James and Zane are and love that they are mated to my demon siblings. They get to stay together I don’t know if they can leave apart.
Finding her in the main entrance of the packhouse I ask for my assignment for the day. “first go get lady Olivia she instanced she sleeps in her bed in her hut but I can't blame her. Then once she's here I want you to help put the table up on the stage and last before you shower and get dressed there is a bag on the top shelf in my closet it's dark leather you will know it's not mine once you see it. Bring it to lady Olivia it's her bag with everything she needs for today.” saluting her I head down the path to receive lady Olivia. Wonder why she's sending me on this task. This is arias grandmother wouldn't she want one of the alphas to escort her to the packhorse.
Reaching the hut I knock on the door. “come in child” a sweet voice calls out.” lady Olivia I'm here to escort you to the packhouse for the day of pampering before the big event” she just laughs at me “nope first you are here because I needed to talk to you then you can walk me to the packhouse” she says matter of factually. Pointing to a chair “sit” I do as I'm told. “I have gotten word that you have had a rough start-up Intel recently am I correct?” she begins I nod not wanting to talk about this anymore “and you believe you deserved the non-rejection rejection?” again I nod I know I did I was not what he wanted I was not good enough not strong enough not a female. “you are wrong you know the goddess makes no mistake do you believe that?” of course she doesn't she is the goddess she is who you trust the most she loves us all just the way we are and pair us for a reason to balance to compete to love we are pieces to a puzzle apart we are pretty but together we are great. “I believe in the goddess and I know she doesn't make mistake everything she does has a reason ma’am” I answer honestly “well then trust that you won't always be alone and you deserve happiness and love. And you deserve the chance aria is giving you don’t waste it,” she says sternly “never ma’am I plan to make both aria and the goddess proud of me,” I tell her laying my heart out for her to see. “good. Now I think we should head in before your sister comes looking for us she can be a little scary.” she says and I laugh “a little don’t you mean a lot” her smile gets bigger. With that we head to the packhouse after dropping lady Olivia off with Kari I head outside to help with setting things up. Once we are done I need a nice long hot shower. Davey my wolf has been jumping around in my head all day and it's giving me a headache
On to my last task getting the bag and delivering it. I knock on Kari and Zane's door no answer so I let myself in following Kari's orders. I found the bag rather fast she was right Kari would never use a bag like this. Heading back out to find lady Olivia. Once I find her and the other wolves I let them all know how amazing they look and hand the bag to lady Olivia who looks and relieved to have the bag. Before I can say anything Kari is pushing me out the door telling me to shower and be ready in an hour.
