Chapter 140

“If Emily had her memory, she could tell you all about it,” Prince Deacon said, letting Benjamin help him with his coat.

“No way! Really? She does not seem like the kind of lady that will put out without a ring on her finger,” Wynn said in disbelief.

“You are right, but there are different ways to make a woman scream, as you know. Besides, she had a compelling over her; she has to obey me,” Prince Deacon said, making Deserey gasp with disgust.

“To have such a power,” Benjamin said, wondering what it will take to become a vampire.

“Don’t you get any funny ideas,” Deserey wared Benjaman while taking away the coffee tray.

Wynn moved over swiftly before compelling Deserey. “You will obey Benjamin for the next twenty-four hours.”

“Go on, try it,” Prince Deacon laughed.

“Um, well,” Benjamin stuttered.

“Oh, I forgot, he is going with you,” Wynn laughed.

“Let him take a cab tomorrow. Enjoy your twenty-four hours,” Prince Deacon said with a wink.

“Feel free to demand her to get a romantic bath ready, and dinner and tell you exactly how and where she wants to be kissed,” Wynn laughed, leaving the house.

“You should do that,” Benjamin barely got out.

“The house is yours for the next twenty-four hours,” Wynn said, walking over to the car where Princess Freda was already sitting in.

Prince Deacon got in and sat opposite Princess Freda and from Wynn's and Princess Beverley’s view, it looked like Princess Freda was already talking away.

“I wonder if there is a true chance for her with Lord Deacon, now that Emily is out of the way,” Princess Bently said, waving them off.

“I doubt that besides, Emily will be back in a week,” Wynn said.

Princess Bently decided not to respond for fear that she will give their scheme away before it was time to actually deal with it.

“Now as for the two of us,” Wynn said and took Princess Bently by her hand and walked her into her house. “Tell your staff to take off for the next four days to leave the mansion.”

“Who will feed us?” Princess Bently asked objectively.

“I will feed you, undress you, bathe you,” Wynn said seductively, plastering kisses on her neck.

“Everyone is to leave and stay away for the next four days,” Princess Bently said to the first housemaid she sees.

“But,” the housemaid was about to object, but then Wynn compelled her.

“Do as she says,” Wynn told the housemaid. Wynn moved swiftly through the mansion, quickly compelling all the servants to forget any indecency between Princess Bently and himself.

“Where were we?” Wynn asked, undoing Princess Bently’s dress while kissing her.

“You will be the end of me,” Princess Bently gasped with pleasure as Wynn’s fingers reached between her legs, halfway up the staircase.

“I am going to tell you a secret, but you won’t utter a word to anyone,” Wynn decided to tell her the truth, thinking if she took it badly, he will just compel her to forget.

“I am a lycan-werewolf-vampire-hybrid,” Wynn said, looking into her eyes that just opened at his words.

“Sure, you can be anything you want to be,” Princess Bently said as she sunk to the steps, pulling Wynn down and pushing his head between her legs.

Wynn smiled, knowing she does not believe him, so he bites her in her inner thigh.

“Ow! I didn’t mean,” Princess Bently started, but then she felt intoxicated and relaxed back into the stairs.

Wynn had her screaming in pleasure in no time. After a passionate session on the staircase, Wynn picked her up and carried her to her bedroom before getting a bath ready for them.

Inside the bathtub, Princess Bently lay with her back against Wynn’s chest. “I thought vampires exist only at night.”

“It sounds like you still don’t believe me,” Wynn said, biting his own wrist open.

“What are you doing?!” Princess Bently turned half around, shocked at the blood flowing from his wrist.

“Just drink,” Wynn said, stretching his arm near her mouth.

“No! I don’t want to be a vampire-werewolf,” Princess Benlty laughed hysterically.

“Drink,” Wynn compelled her.

Princess Bently swallowed her laughter, realizing the matter was serious as she felt herself against her will wrapping her mouth around his wrist.

Princess Bently calmed down when she started to see Wynn’s life in her mind.

“Stop,” Wynn said.

“You are him! You are you!” Princess Bently said in a soft shocked voice as she realized that Wynn was actually not Jnr, but Snr and the father of her daughter.

“Freda is your daughter. She, she,” Princess Bently struggled to state her truth and fear.

“I know, she told us when she saw Prince Deacon in his wolf form. She has shifted a few times. She is strong to have kept her secret to herself for so long,” Wynn said, looking at Princess Benlty, wondering if he made a mess of things.

“My poor daughter,” Princess Bently said, standing out of the bathtub.

“Hardly,” Wynn said, looking at her.

“Is she a vampire as well? I would believe that. Come to think of it, that is probably how she could manage to bend me to her will sometime,” Princess Bently said, stepping away from the bathtub.

“Get back into the bathtub,” Wynn compelled her.

Once Princess Bently was back in the tub, sitting at the far end, away from Wynn, he compelled her. “Forget everything of the past two hours.”

‘What a pity, I would have really liked to have her at my side for the rest of our lives,’ Wynn thought.

For a moment Princess Bently looked confused, not remembering how she got into the bathtub, but Wynn pulled her on top of him, distracting her soon enough.

***

Princess Freda and Prince Deacon arrived at an estate that no one knew the name of, to protect the event from the war.

Prince Deacon feared that Princess Freda will be clinging to him, but much to his surprise, she soon forgot about him, talking to one after the other princess, duchess, heiress, and ladies.

Prince Deacon did not feel out of place either, nothing he was not used to. ‘The supernaturals will give these folks a run for their money,’ he thought, looking around, not impressed.

Prince Deacon noticed a few people that looked like they were foreign nationals with their darker complexions.

“Prince Deacon, fancy seeing you here,” a good-looking man, about Prince Deacon’s age, greeted him.

“It is just Lord Deacon amongst the humans,” Prince Deacon informed him, looking around to make sure no one heard Prince Adio Akin, an Egyptian prince.

“I am Prince in both worlds,” Prince Adio, with his mysterious yellow-brown eyes that appeared too light for his rich brown complexion, said.

“Let me introduce you to Princess Freda,” Prince Deacon turned to where he thought Princess Freda was standing, but she was not there.

“It appears you have lost your woman,” Prince Adio said with a dashing white smile.

“Not my woman, I am just her keeper, I guess,” Prince Deacon said, looking around.

“I am looking forward to meeting her,” Prince Adio said, before walking away to get introduced to more of the guest.

It does not take Prince Deacon long to sniff out Princess Freda. “Here you are.”

“Here I am,” Princess Freda said, smiling.

“Ladies,” Prince Deacon acknowledged the group of ladies standing with Princess Freda.

“Duchess and Princesses,” Princess Freda corrected him.

‘The council will have a field day at this picnic,’ Prince Deacon thought to himself, smiling.

“I want to introduce you to someone,” Prince Deacon held out his arm for her to take.

“You actually know someone here?” Princess Freda asked, taking his arm.

Prince Deacon lowered his mouth to her ear and whispered. “He is one of us.”

“Really? But you said that,” Princess Freda started, but Prince Deacon silenced her by whispering in her ear again.

“Not exactly like us, but supernatural.”

“I see,” Princess Freda said, walking with Prince Deacon.

“I have lost him. Let us mingle with some of the gentlemen, shall we?” Prince Deacon suggested, in the hope of exposing Princess Freda to her fated mate.

“As long as you promise not to try to marry me off to one,” Princess Fey says with a chuckle.

“I promise, unless you find your fated mate,” Prince Deacon said.

“I knew it! This is why my father made you come,” Princess Freda said, half angry.

“Don’t you want a fated mate? Trust me, it beats any kind of love out there, any desire you could have ever had will be filled by your bond with a fated mate,” Prince Deacon told her.

“But I want you to be my fated mate,” Princess Freda protested.

Prince Deacon took a deep breath. “I have my work cut out for me.”

“I refuse to be fated with anyone besides you,” Princess Freda said stubbornly.

“That is what you say now but I promise you that when you meet your fated mate and claim him as your forever mate you won't even remember why you wanted me in the first place,” Prince Deacon said, pulling her to continue their walk.

“I will see you at the ball tonight,” Princess Freda said and pulled her arm from his before walking off.
