Chapter 147
Wynn tracked Shysie’s scent, thinking that the royals must have come with more vampires and his speculations were right when he found a vampire in a pub, closing in on his next human drink.
“I have what you need,” Wynn tricked the vampire to follow him. The vampire knew who Wynn was and followed him, not thinking twice.
“What happened here?” the vampire asked, entering the church.
“Shysie,” Wynn said coldly.
“Your sister did this?” the vampire asked, stepping over the dead bodies.
“She left one,” Wynn pointed Emily out, sitting on the floor at the dead bodies of her father and siblings, knowing the vampire was just playing dumb.
“You know we cannot kill,” the vampire objected.
“I didn’t say kill her, but just drink her half to death,” Wynn said.
“Why don’t you do it?” the vampire questioned.
“You know I prefer food,” Wynn said, hoping the vampire will go for it.
The vampire sped over to Emily but before his teeth touch her skin, Wynn slammed him to the ground, using the build of speed to enhance the impact, cracking the vampire’s skull, and making the blood gush out.
Wynn bit the vampire’s arm open and compelled Emily. “Drink until your heart turns to ash.”
Even though Emily objected within, she could not control her actions and started to drink. Wynn slashed open more skin to make the vampire bleed out faster, as a human doesn’t need to drink all the vampire’s blood; they only needed to be drinking as the last drop of blood left the vampire's body and turned into ash.
The vampire turned into ash in Emily’s mouth, ash reaching her heart and turning it into ash.

Prince Deacon felt his bond break and pain and anger at Emily’s death overwhelmed him as he leaped forward and grabbed the shaman necklace from his mother’s neck to set himself free from Shysie’s compelling. Prince Deacon was filled with sorrow and while leaving his parent's pack again, he tried to kill them, but his father was too strong for him.
“You killed her!” Prince Deacon shouted before shifting and jumping out of the car; his one-of-a-kind wedding suit tearing to pieces.
Prince Deacon ran as fast as he could to the church, even though he thought Emily was already dead. After an hour of running, he noticed in the distance the blazing fire and stopped running, howling in pain. ‘I will kill them for doing this,’ Prince Deacon thought, before running off.
Egypt..
Prince Ra received a secret message from one of his scouts that has been spying on Princess Freda over the past months. Prince Ra knew that he won't be able to get near Princess Freda while Prince Deacon and Wynn were around and he was happy to learn about the new development.
‘It should keep them occupied for a while. By the time they notice Princess Freda was gone, it will be too late,’ Prince Ra thought to himself. Prince Ra has been enjoying Prince Adio’s wives who once were his mates, besides his mother, Zuberi.
“Your real father would be so disappointed in the way you behave yourself,” Zuberi said one day at lunch.
“Just because he chose one wife does not mean I have to,” Prince Ra said, pushing his plate away, having lost his appetite for food.
“Come over here,” he ordered one of his wives that was just a human. Obediently, she stood up and sat down next to him. Prince Ra sunk his teeth into her neck.
“Do you have to do it in front of everyone?” Zuberi asked, throwing her napkin down and standing up.
“Who said you are excused?” Prince Ra asked, wiping the blood off his mouth. His wife was intoxicated, resting in his arms.
Zuberi sat down, knowing that her son was stronger than her being a hybrid; with a bloodline consisting of a prehistoric vampire, lycan and most likely werewolf.
Prince Ra wrapped his arms around his wife and started to kiss her on her mouth, fondling one of her breasts before pulling her dress up and reaching between her legs, making her gasp at his touch. The rest of his wives got aroused by the one in his arms' moans. There was a soft knock on the door of the dining room.
“Come in,” Prince Ra said, his fingers still playing between his wife's legs, her moans louder by the second.
The servant walked over and whispered into Prince Ra’s ear, ignoring his wife, that was now in full orgasm. “We have Princess Freda she has been put in the tower with two guards at her door.”
“Zuberi, go with him and make sure Princess Freda will behave,” Prince Ra ordered before turning his orgasming wife onto the table and loosening the string of his harem pants and making love to her in front of his other wives. Unlike when they belonged to his father, they all preferred Prince Ra, and every single one of them was very much in love with him so; eagerly waiting their turn for attention.
“I love you,” the wife under him gasped.
“And I you,” Prince Ra whispered into her ear, resting on top of her after reaching climax.
One of his other wives took a clean napkin and wiped him off when he stood up straight while another pulled his clothes right. Prince Ra rewarded each of them with an intense kiss and words of love before leaving to visit Princess Freda. Prince Ra avoided mind linking with her in fear that he won't be able to resist the urge to see her earlier, even though his inner wolf had been yearning for her.
By the time Prince Ra got to the room where Princess Freda was being kept, Zuberi came walking out.
“I have compelled her to not try to escape, or to compel anyone,” Zuberi said.
Prince Ra peeked into the room, his heart skipping a beat at the sight of her. ‘My other mates never had this effect on me when I was mated to them,’ he thought and wondered what made her so different.
“Prince Ra,” Princess Freda called after him when she saw him standing at the door.
“Princess Freda,” Prince Ra said, walking into the room. “Do you like your room?”
Princess Freda looked around at the exquisite room with Egyptian tapestry on the walls and floor, a four-poster bed with a floor lounge in one of the corners, and a stone bathtub with gold engravings. “It is the most beautiful place I have ever laid eyes on.”
“I am happy to hear that you approve. If you need anything, then just ask one of the guards,” Prince Ra said.
“Why have you abducted me? You could have just asked me and I would have come willingly. After all, you are my fated mate,” Princess Freda said and stood up, taking one of his hands.
“I have business to take care of, but I will see you later,” Prince Ra said, pulling his hand out of hers; her touch making him want to fall down at her feet and worship her.
‘I did not think she will have this effect on me,’ Prince Ra thought to himself, making his way out of her room.
“Later? I hope you don’t mean to lay with me before marrying me; the proper way, not the way your father tried. I already found out that there are proper ways to get married for Egyptians,” Princess Freda said, stopping him in his tracks.
“We cannot legally marry unless you convert,” Prince Ra said, looking back at her.
“Convert?” Princess Freda asked not sure what he meant.
“I am a Muslim and you are not,” Prince Ra said.
“Oh, that,” Princess Freda said. ‘I will never convert,’ she thought, not knowing that Prince Ra had opened his mind to her again. Hers was open already.
“I thought so,” he responded.
“Stay out of my head,” Princess Freda demanded.
Prince Ra closed his mind to her again. “I will still come and see you every night until you are already to be with me without a legal marriage.”
Princess Freda just bit her lip, not finding the words to respond.
“In case you are not aware; when you are with your wives it hurt me,” Princess Freda said after him but he didn’t respond.
‘I guess it does not really matter, I have not been religious ever since I shifted the first time,’ Princess Freda thought to herself, falling down on her bed.
