Chapter 19
Because he drank from her, he could see that she had not yet had sex.
“Ann?” he asked again, pressing his hard penis against the entrance of her vagina.
“Ann? Woman? Seriously?” Seth stood up and pulled on his jocks when he realized Ann was passed out. He could hear her heartbeat, so he decided to let her sleep it off.

“Where is Ann?” Jessica asked William at breakfast.
“I don’t know, I thought she is with you,” William said with a mouth full.
“When I woke up, she was gone. Perhaps she is still sleeping in her own room. We drank way too much rum last night.”

Seth took out his phone and made a call to a high council member, the King of Vampires, “King Torvald, sorry to disturb you.”
“What is it?” King Torvald didn’t like to be disturbed during the day.
“In my bed is a human girl, when I drank from her, I saw she has a prehistoric vampire under her control and it appears he will be meeting her here at the castle,” Seth said the last words to King Torvald in person.
When King Torvald heard the words, prehistoric vampire, he immediately made his way to Seth’s room using vampire speed, “did she drink from you?”
“No.”
The word was barely out, and king Torvald had Ann’s wrist in his mouth. As soon as he got all the info he needed, he dropped her arm. “We are all in trouble. Why is she sleeping? Wake her up. She needs to be alert, as she will be the only one able to control him when he shows up!”
“I might have drunk too much from her. She is recovering. She passed out before I could let her drink from me,” Seth said, pouring water from the Jug standing on the same table as his rum, into a glass. Seth pores the glass of water out on Ann’s face.
“Hu? What the hell?” Ann was barely able to wake up.
Seth bite open his own palm and shoved his palm into her mouth. Ann still tried to protest at his forcefulness.
“Drink!” King Torvald compelled her. Ann drank from Seth. Once Seth felt it was time for her to stop, he looked at King Torvald, waiting for him to tell her to stop. Seth realized that he was not going to stop her. “King Torvald?”
“Shut up Seth!” he compelled Seth. Seth was a bit shocked as only prehistoric vampires could compel a made vampire and if King Torvald compelled him then that means he was prehistoric.
What nobody knew was that King Torvald has compelled them on several occasions and then afterward he made sure to compel them to forget that he compelled them. King Torvald saw the look of shock on Seth’s face, an expression Seth had every time the King compelled him. Seth felt his knees give way as he felt weak. Ann wanted to stop as she started to feel nausea from all the blood. It was never possible for one human to drink a vampire to death; it always took about eight humans to get the job done.
King Torvald finally stopped Ann, “stop drinking.” He then compelled Seth to forget and left him there. Unlike vampires that became vampires and were not born vampires the prehistoric could walk during the day and night as they please, however, King Torvald stayed in the shadows as he didn’t want anyone to know that he was a prehistoric vampire, and it was the best way to stay clear from the Hunters.
“My neckless?” Ann touched her chest and looked around for her necklace.
“Leave it, let's go,” King Torvald picked Ann up and before she blinked, she was in a different room.
“I need my neckless if I am to control Michael.”
“What a stupid name. It is too modern for my brother,” King Torvald spilled out.
“How do you know Michael is your brother?” Ann asked.
“I recognized him from your memory,” King Torvald left the room, and before Ann could say something, he was back with her necklace.
“Thank you,” Ann said, holding out her hand.
“I will hold on to it until it is needed,” King Torvald hung the necklace around his neck alongside one he was already wearing.
“So, you expect me to stick around without protection?” Ann said, making her way to the door.
“You will not leave my side,” King Torvald compelled her.
“My friends will be looking for me,” Ann objected.
“Fine, you can leave, but if you get any info on my brother's whereabouts you are to immediately come to me,” King Torvald compelled her again.
Ann left before he changed his mind. As Ann rammed down the hallway to get as far away from the Vampire quarters, she ran into Eero.
“Where are you going?” Eero stopped her by grabbing her on both shoulders and keeping her at arm's length. With the Prehistoric blood out of her, he still felt a need to crush her as he can sense that she had vampire blood in her, but he was able to control himself with little effort.
“Please don’t hurt me!” Ann cried out, fearing for her life.
“I am sorry about yesterday. How is your hand?” Eero tried to calm a crying Ann down.
“It is fine. Please let go of me,” Ann said with fear in her voice.
“Sorry,” Euro said, letting go of her, wondering if she was going to make a run for it.
“Do you know where I can find the spice mixture the Shamans make to lift a compelling?” Ann asked.
“Yes, why?” Eero asked, surprised.
“The Vampire King took mine, and he has compelled me to return to him if I know anything of Michael's whereabouts,” Ann said with urgency.
“What is so wrong with that? King Torvald is the king of the Vampires and obviously higher council. He has every right,” Eero said, brushing off the matter.
“I know a secret and will tell you if you give me the mixture,” Ann tried to bribe Eero.
“I tell you what, you tell me everything about Michael and then I will give you what you need,” Eero bribed her.
“Sure, what do you want to know?” Ann asked, eager to give him the info that he sought so that she can get what she needed.
“Follow me so that we can meet Kenton, the head of the Hunters so that you only have to tell the story once,” Eero said, walking toward the Hunters' quarters.
Stella was waiting in Eero’s room for him as he just left to find Ann. Ami stopped at Eero’s bedroom door when she saw only Stella was there. Ami bit her bottom lip, not sure if Eero spoke to her already or not. ‘Will she attack me?’
“Hi, where is Eero?” Ami asked carefully, keeping her distance, knowing she was no match for a hunter.
“He already left to go find his human sister, Ann,” Stella said in a voice full of annoyance.
Without a word, Ami left. ‘Guess I should get packing.’
After Eero and the hunters got all the information they needed, Eero asked If he could have a word alone with Kenton, “I need to speak to you privately.”
“Sure, follow me to my office. We can speak there.”
At Kenton’s office, Kenton poured himself a drink, not offering Eero one as he did not support underage drinking, no matter the fact that they are not like normal humans.
“Take a seat,” Kenton instructed Eero, pointing at one of the leather chairs. Instead of sitting in his office chair, Kenton took the chair next to Eero.
“I don’t want to join my father to become an active hunter. I want to stay here at the castle, at least until I am twenty-one.”
“That’s it? I thought it is a matter of life or death,” Kenton said, laughing.
“Nope, that is it. Also, I need some Shamans mix as King Torvald took Ann’s, and I promised her to get her some if she shared all the info on the Prehistoric Vampire.”
“Sure.” Kenton stood up and retrieved a necklace with a little holder.
“Thank you,” Eero said, taking it from Kenton.
Eero left to go give Ami the good news, but when he got to her room, only her mother was there crying.
“Everything ok Queen Amirah?” Eero asked worriedly.
“It is all your fault! Ami left! Why can’t you just stick to your own kind?”
“Where did she leave to?”
Queen Amirah just realized that perhaps she can still break up whatever was between her daughter and the hunter. “What is it to you?”
“Well, um, I came to tell her that I am no longer leaving,” Eero told Queen Amirah.
Queen Amirah smiled within, “well she left to get away from you. She told me she needed to take a break from you and the castle, spread her wings before she settled down after her eighteen birthday.”
“Settle down?” Eero asked, confused.
“Yes, she has chosen her mate from another flog and has left with them for the engagement period,” Queen Amirah added to her lie, making sure that Eero will leave her alone.
Eero was angry with himself for believing that Ami was his. He could not believe that she allowed him to make love to her just to leave. ‘Was it her intention?’
Eero stormed to his room and found Stella there. “Please leave. I am not in the mood for you tonight.”
Stella still wanted to object, but before she could get a word out, Eero pushed her out of his room and locked the door.
As Stella left the male hunter quarters, she was greeted by Ami, “hi, my mom wants to see you urgently. She said it is in your best interest.”
Stella wondered what it meant and went over to Queen Amirah’s quarters.
Stelle found Queen Amirah in a sitting area alone, sipping on what looked like a glass of white wine.
“Would you like a glass?” Queen Amirah offered Stella a glass of wine.
“No, thank you,” Stella declined politely.
“So, when are you and Eero tying the knot?” Queen Amirah planted the seed of the conversation that was about to follow.
“What is it to you? With your daughter in the way, I doubt that Eero will ever settle down.
“She won’t be a problem anymore. She is leaving. Actually, Eero already believes her gone.”
“Oh, really? How so?” Stella asked excitedly.
“I told him so. Truly, there is nothing standing in your way now,” Queen Amirah said, taking a sip of her white wine.
“Are you two sleeping together?” Queen Amirah asked, looking Stella in the eye.
“That is none of your business,” Stella said, standing up.
“Perhaps Eero will settle down faster if you are pregnant.”
“Perhaps, but he is always careful,” Stella said, about to leave.
“What if I can help to get you pregnant with his child?”
Stella sat down again, “what do you propose?”
“I can arrange for some of his saved sperm to be delivered to you. All you must do is let me know when you are ovulating. When you receive it, you have to just insert it with a syringe.”
Stella took a deep breath, “ok, how do I know when I am ovulating?”
Queen Amirah took a package out of her handbag and handed it to Stella, “ovulation testers.”
Stella took one out of the bag and read the instructions. “seems easy enough.”
“In the meantime, try to have sex with him at least once a week.”
Stella put the bag of ovulation testers in her handbag and left.
Queen Amirah invited Ami for a nightcap, “come have a drink with me.”
“Mom, you know I am too young.”
“Ok, how about a glass of milk, then?” Queen Amirah knew Ami loved milk and was always up for a glass.
“That will be great,” Ami said, following her mother to the kitchen at their courters.
Ami thought it strange that her mother was getting the milk herself but then convinced herself that perhaps she was just trying to be nice.
