Chapter 224

‘No!’ Princess thought. ‘King Thorvald is bringing Phoebe over to you,’ Princess Freda mind linked King Lowe desperately.

‘What?’ King Lowe mind linked her back as the door to his cell opened.

“She is ripe. Try not to kill her, you don’t want to upset your mate,” King Thorvald laughed, ripping Phoebe’s made-shift dress off her, making her gasp.

“Don’t do this,” King Lowe pleaded, smelling Phoebe, feeling his animal instinct ripping through him uncontrollably as he shifted into his werewolf form as the moon reached the tower.

“Go on, have s*x with him,” King Thorvald compelled Phoebe before leaving.

“No, stay away,” King Lowe yelled.

‘Please control yourself, think about me, please don’t hurt her,’ Princess Freda pleaded in a mind link.

‘She will have to kill me,’ King Lowe mind linked Princess Freda back.

‘There must be another way,’ Princess Freda pleaded. "We claimed each other. Is our bond not strong enough?"

'On a full moon, werewolves can't control themselves,' King Lowe mind linked back.

“I know you don’t want this. You are not compelled to not kill me. Use your fangs and kill me. Rip my throat out and don’t stop until I am dead,” King Lowe said.

“I can’t! You are Princess Freda’s fated mate,” Phoebe cried, reaching out, and starting to stroke King Lowe’s already erected manhood.

The animal in him grabbed her with clawed hands and brought her closer to his body, “if you don’t kill me, I will kill you.”

Phoebe wrapped one leg around him, and forced his erection into her, moaning at the beastly size of him. ‘I am sorry,’ she mind linked Princess Freda, as she started to rock back and forth on King Lowe’s erection.

King Lowe got overtaken by his animal instinct and violently turned her around, pushing her against the wall before entering her again, taking her like an animal. Both of them moaned in pleasure. When King Lowe climaxed, he growled before attempting to bite into Phoebe’s flesh to rip her neck open, but his growl alerted her and she swiftly reacted, trying to get out of his grip to get away from him.

Using her vampire strength to keep him at arm’s length while he snapped his teeth at her again and again, she realized that she was no match for him.

'Why do you want to kill her after s*x but not me?' Princess Freda mind linked him.

'Because I can not let Thorvald get his hands on my children. I can not kill my fated mate, it is just not possible,' King Lowe mind linked her back.

‘I am sorry,’ Phoebe mind linked Princess Freda, before violently ripping King Lowe’s neck open, again and again until he became lifeless.

“No!” Princess Freda cried out when she felt King Lowe die, “No!” she fell to the ground, slamming her hands to it, crying; broken.

Phoebe let go of King Lowe and looked in shock at what she has done. ‘I had no choice; he didn’t want to let go of me!’ she mind-linked Princess Freda but all she got back was cries.

After what seemed like hours, Phoebe could hear a bird screaming and she looked up the tower at the raven. “This is all your fault!” She yelled out at him. The raven dropped something into the cell before flying off.

Phoebe picked it up. “A shaman necklace!”

‘Princess Freda! We are getting out of here,’ she mind linked her before hymning and setting herself free from all compelling. Phoebe grabbed her belly, remembering that she was pregnant and how she lost her baby. Tears ran down over her blood-stained face.

It is at that moment that she remembered that there are doors connecting all the cells to this cell. The raven drops something into the cell before flying off.

Phoebe put the necklace around her neck before facing the walls of the cell. “O-sten-de te mi-hi.”

Nothing happened, and she tried again, “O-sten-de te mi-hi.”

‘That stupid bitch lied to me,’ Phoebe thought, walking right up to the wall and trying again, “O-sten-de te mi-hi.”

She tried a different part, “O-sten-de te mi-hi.”

“Ostende te mihi,” she tried again, but this time smoothly instead of breaking it up into syllables. The door reveals itself and Phoebe was overjoyed. “Ostende te mihi,” she said again before attempting to open the door. The door opened, and she immediately opened it, but the cell was empty.

She started to walk down the wall, “Ostende te mihi,” she repeated until the next door revealed itself. It was only at the third door that she walked into Princess Freda, laying on the floor.

“Come, we are getting out of here,” Phoebe said, taking the necklace and dangling it in front of Princess Freda hymning the shaman rhyme to set Princess her free from any compelling.

Princess Freda got up with the help of Phoebe and immediately ran over to King Lowe’s torn-apart body, still in his werewolf form, and threw herself on top of him. “My love!”

“We have to go!” Phoebe pleaded, ready to use her vampire system and jump up and through the tower opening.

“You go,” Princess Freda says, crying over King Lowe.

Phoebe took a deep breath. “Think of your babies.”

“Go,” Princess Freda cried.

“Get up and come over here,” Phoebe compelled her. The sun was starting to rise and Phoebe could see this because the sky was not dark anymore.

“Do you think you can jump up?” Phoebe asked, wondering if she should not rather pick Princess Freda up and jump out with her.

“What the hell?!” the guard asked, running through one of the open doors and grabbing Phoebe from behind by her throat before slamming her to the ground.

“Freda, escape! Run and don’t look back!” Phoebe compelled Princess Freda as the guard picked her up and slammed her to the ground again. Phoebe felt her skull crack just before she lost consciousness.

“Shit!” the guard said, talking to himself and immediately running to go fetch King Thorvald, hoping he didn’t actually kill her.

By the time King Thorvald reached the cell, Phoebe’s blood puddle have reach King Lowe’s body.

“No! You f*cking morron!” King Thorvald shouted out in anger before killing the guard.

King Thorvald walked over to King Lowe to feel for a pulse but realized from his cold body that he has been dead for a while now.

King Thorvald walked to the cell where he kept Princess Freda, hoping that she was still around since he compelled her to not attempt to escape, not having noticed the Shaman necklace.

Shadie stood outside the cell as there was already too much light coming through the tower for her comfort. ‘At least my plan to compel the guard to kill them worked,’ she thought to herself, pleased. ‘Now, to just hunt down Princess Freda and those stupid twin princesses; Jenny and Jovita,’ she thought about killing them all so that the Lycan werewolf's royal bloodline will die out with them not worrying about Prince Juno just yet, ‘I will take care of him once all the women are out of the way.’

Princess Freda ran until she felt her babies fighting against her for using up all her energy; the energy they need to grow. ‘I have to find Emily,’ she thought to herself when she finally stopped running, not realizing that she ran across the Canadian border.
