Chapter 39- New Information

It has been a month since I came back from Puerto Rico and there’s no sign of my mom. Alpha Trevor is aware of my training and my findings in Puerto Rico. I’ve been able to control my powers from burning anyone. My body has become stronger, and I feel more empowered. Since the day I asked questions to the prisoner, I haven’t heard any new information. I want to do more to get the information needed. I talked with CJ, and I will see Alpha Trevor at 2pm. For now, I’m training with Yarielis until 1 and then I’ll get cleaned up and head to the packhouse.
2pm came and we waited a couple of minutes. Finally Alpha Trevor comes out and takes us to his office. We sat down and after I moment of silence y chose to speak. “Alpha Trevor, could you let me ask him questions again? I feel like I can be a big help to the investigation. And I’ve been controlling my changes better” my voice stays steady. He’s looking at me with a serious face. After a long awkward silence, he spoke. “I was trying to keep you away, but now we don’t have a choice since he hasn’t said anything since your last visit”. “Same rules apply as last time. If you feel any type of danger mind-link me”. I nodded my head while responding to him “Yes, Alpha”. “Thank you. One more question. Anything about Alpha Ponike and his pack?” “That’s a complicated matter that I can’t discuss with you. For now, let’s focus on getting more information and see where it leads us” he responded without giving anything away.
We make it to the interrogation room and do the same process. Once they have him ready, I walk in with Alpha Trevor and take our same position. Once the blindfold came off it took him a minute to realize I was there.

They took care of my blindfold and when my eyes finally adjusted, I couldn’t believe she was back again. I didn’t want her to do whatever she did last time. I’ve been tortured before, but what she did is 10 times worse. I won’t be able to hold out the information. “I’m back and I got more questions for you” she spoke to me. I don’t know why, but with does words she made my body shiver involuntarily. She hasn’t even started, and I fear her. This can’t be happening to me. “Why do you seemed shocked to see me?” she asked with no emotions and placed her hand on my arm again. “Ough” a groan escaped me. “What is your name rogue?” she asked me. I tried to fight answering but my body was burning from the inside. The more I fought, the hotter I got. “Zzz..Zequiellll!!” I screamed out. The moment the words came out my body cooled down.
What is this girl doing to me? Are this the reason Alpha wants her? I have never met or heard of anyone with powers like hers. After her questions I will never be able to return to my pack. My train of thought was interrupted by another of her questions. “Did you have anything to do with my moms’ abduction? Or know who took her?” This question is simple. “I did not. And do not know who. I’ve never seen her” I chuckled at that. And then I felt my arm burning but on the outside. Wtf is she doing to me. “AAAAHHHH!!!!” I couldn’t help screaming. “Not funny now is it?” she asked with a smirk. I looked her in the eyes, and I couldn’t help but push my head back. her eyes were glowing like fire. I’m guessing she saw fear in my face because she backed off and my arm was fine. I didn’t understand what she did. I could swear my arm was on fire. If she keeps like this, I’m going to die here.
“Alpha Trevor, would you like to ask a question” she asked the Alpha without looking at him. he nodded and approached a bit. “Why kidnap her?” she placed her hand on my arm again. I tried to fight it but is no use. “B-because we take what we want. Aa-Alpha wants her”. I grind my teeth and seethe in anger. “Why me?” she asked me. “Mmmhmm.. I don’t.. I don’t know why. It was an order” and then I screamed. “Tell the whole truth” she said through clenched teeth. “I didn’t know…. But now I think I do. Your power”. “How does he know about me?” I didn’t want to answer her question. I screamed and groaned and roared at her but in the end I couldn't anymore. “SOMETHING TO DO WITH YOUR FATHER” I screamed at her. Before I could take a couple of breaths, she asked another question. “What about my father?” “He-he is our enemy. And my Alpha wants to destroy him”.
“Anything else you would like to ask him Alpha Trevor?” she asked him nonchalantly. “That’s good for today”. She was about to leave, and I couldn’t help saying to her “He will get you”. I got struck in the back of the head and passed out.

I was stunned but I didn’t want to focus on that feeling. CJ was waiting for me outside of the room. I went straight into his arms. “Take her home. I’ll pass by tonight to talk about the new information” Alpha Trevor told CJ. “Alpha, if there’s anything else I can do, let me know. I want to help” I looked at him with determination. He nodded and CJ led me back to the training grounds. “I figured you didn’t want to go home” CJ shrugged off. “Thank you” and I kissed him. At that moment Alex and Yarielis arrived. “Get a room you 2” Yarielis laughed as she pointed at us. “Don’t worry. Soon you’ll be like this” I mocked back at her. Her birthday was next month, and I was planning to throw a party for her. We have become closer since the training began. We also have spent time with my girls, and they got along great. When were not training or studying, we make time to hangout and have some fun. I couldn’t ask for better people in my life. Even Sheera is involved in helping me throw her birthday party. She has a lot of good ideas. After training we headed to the house for dinner and when we arrived Alpha Trevor was already at the house.
I was a bit nervous, but it all went away when CJ’s parents and Alpha Trevor were laughing while Sheera finished making dinner. I know that after dinner we will sit and discuss today’s information. I know that Alpha Trevor was curious about what I did in the interrogation room.
