Chapter 76- Battle has Begun

I sent my man to get her body, and they haven’t returned. What is going on? This cant be happening? After all these years everything seems to be going down the drain. My rage was about to burst into my animalistic side when the phone rang.
“WTF YOU WANT?!” I growled through the phone. “Mr. Aero. Is this a bad time?” the other person asked. “Who is this?” I asked in a lower tone. “Mr. Aero. My name is Alpha Pokine. I’m contacting you regarding the girl” he responded.
“What girl?”. “Alexia Carty. I understand you know where I can find her” Alpha Pokine replied. It caught my interest and gave me an idea. “Yes I do. But what do you want from her?”. “The girl is very special. She will make a prophecy come true and I need that power” he spoke out. I could hear the frustration in his voice.
“How big of an army you got and how fast can you get to me?” I asked keeping my strong tone. “Plenty strong warriors. Why do you ask that?” he responded. “Because if you want her, you need to get here now before is too late” I growled out.
“Send me the location and I’ll be there with all my man. You can catch me up when I get there”. I hung up and texted the number the location. Once they arrive here is straight to attack. I call my man and get them to prepare the attack plan. I received a text message from Pokine letting me know he’ll be here in 6hrs.

Evening came and dad’s phone call arrived. The view that came through was shocking. Dad told me they were the secret guards of The Great Phoenix and for generations they trained to protect the legacy. They learn every type of fighting style in the world. He wasn’t kidding about it. The size of these warriors is incredible.
What surprised me the most is the lead warrior. Learning that is a woman and is traditionally made that way. Dad’s tribe is all about the encouragement of keeping women above. Women are everything in the tribe and my heart warms with love and admiration. Is a feeling of being proud.
We began getting everything we needed for the battle. We didn’t want to wait too long but didn’t want to rush into anything. Dad told me to spend the last couple of hours with the kids before leaving. I listened to him and went into my room. CJ was with the kids and he looked like he was overwhelmed, but with a smile on his face.
I helped him out and took the boys. We did everything together with the kids and then enjoyed a nap in our bed with them. Our moms took over and we got ready for battle. We met up with dad and the warriors outside. As I came out they all bowed to me. I stopped for a moment and took it all in. I bowed back to them and signal to stand straight.
We load into the SUV’s and take off. We are all ready for this to be over. A couple of hours later we arrived at Tarria’s location. “It seems like they are expecting company. They’ve been on the move since he received a call a couple of hours ago” Tarria reported. This was the time to make our move with how distracted they are.
We all agreed this was the time to put an end to this. We snuck our way in the way Riz told us while the other team slowly took out the outside guys. Before we made it all the way to his office, the alarms were set off. I was completely surrounded by the warriors. I was already told this would happen if things got bad.
“This will not stop us from accomplishing our mission. It ends today” I growled out. We kept pushing forward with the plan and taking down anyone that comes our way. One of the warriors got hurt and I stopped to take care of them and one of the warriors tried to pull me away.
I sternly snatched my arm from him and took care of the hurt soldier. My hands began to glow, and everyone stopped in their tracks. I knew exactly why and what I had to do. I put my hands over the soldier’s injury, and they healed in a quick pace. “My apologies my queen” the soldier that tried to pull me said while bowing. “Is fine. But I don’t leave anyone behind” I responded. We got back up and continued our way as planned.
I heard a horrible growl, and everyone stopped in their tracks. “Don’t stop. Is him” I said. We got diverted from our plan when we followed the growl. It wasn’t coming from his office. We pushed through some doors and the room looked like a ballroom.
The sight before us was outrages. He had killed 2 of our man and some were injured. It was a bloody battle, and we aren’t even finished. Everyone took their stans and we went into battle with Cecel. “YOU B**CH!!” he growled out. I smirked while looking him dead in the eyes and that fueled his rage.
He charged at me and that was his mistake. CJ and dad sideswiped him and took him down. While entangled I approached and placed my hand on his back and set him on fire. CJ and dad let go the moment he was in flame. We knew they wouldn’t get hurt by my fire. We had practiced this during training.
Seeing that part of the plan happen was something else. My biggest concern was to make sure he died here and won’t have to worry about him in the future. The growls coming out of him while he burnt sent a shiver down my body. CJ stood by me and held me while the surviving rogues tried to escape.
