Chapter 75- Family First

My mind kept being blown by the woman I love. Every day she becomes stronger and beautiful. She drove me crazy in every way possible and I couldn’t get enough. I woke up before her from the nap and just kept staring at her.

I began to trace her figure with my hands and kiss her face. I moved her hair away from her face and kissed her lips. That seemed to have woken her up because she returned it with passion and wrapped herself around me. I got on top of her and couldn’t stop savoring her.

I was going to take her clothes off when we got interrupted by someone knocking on the door. “Yes” I shouted. “You guys need to come out now” yelled dad. We jumped out of bed and ran out. Everyone from our circle was there. “Cecel sent 2 man to retrieve your body but were caught before even making it to the falls” spoke Helio.

“They are both dead now. I got the information before their demise”. “You should have called me. I would have got more” I told him. “Sorry baby but couldn’t risk you. If he had someone else out there and saw you, it would take away the advantage we got and your safety” dad responded. I nodded understanding where he was coming from.

“Ugh, Cecel needs to die already. What’s going to be our next move dad” I asked annoyed. “Is time to prepare for war and we are taking it to him” dad responded. We all nodded in agreement. “I do need to make a call that will make the odds better” dad spoke and left the room.

“I’m going to talk to Riz. Mom, I think you should come and bring your phone” I spoke up. Mom stood up and got her things while CJ pulled me to the side. “I’m coming with you” CJ said. “No. You need to stay with our babies. I won’t be long, and the babies need time with you too” I told him. I kissed him and met mom at the door. I could see the frustration on his face, but he knew he wasn’t going to change my mind.
We went to the interrogation room and Riz was sleeping. She woke up when the door closed. “I told you I’ll be back” I smiled at her. “This is my mom Xiomara. We have some things to tell you and show you. Once we do, your decision after that would tell us everything” I tell her.

In the next hour we tell her everything we know, and mom shows her pictures. After telling her everything I ask her, “May I look please?”. “Go ahead” she said with tears in her eyes. I lowered her pants by the right hip and there it was. My aunt’s birth mark is on the daughter she gave birth to.

My mom broke down crying and so did she. “How can this be? How did you know I had that?” Riz asked through her tears. Mom took out the picture she took of her sister and the baby girl showing their birth marks. “I took this picture for your mom because we both thought it was the cuties thing. And you do look a lot like her when she was younger” my mom responded.

Riz saw that picture and she fully broke down. I don’t think that girl had ever let out her feelings. After 15 minutes of crying, we all composed ourselves and I got back to business. “Where is Cecel hiding?” I asked her in a serious tone. “I-I-I know where he is. I’ll tell you exactly how to get in undetected” Riz spoke with resolution. She told us everything we needed and then cried again. I could tell the turmoil she was going through.
I asked the guards to release her chackles. I brought her into a hug, and she melted away crying. “You know you’re my older cousin and family is always welcomed” I whispered to her. That got her crying harder. “Why are you being nice to me? Why show me love when I’ve been bad?” Riz asked.

“Because my daughter has always been that person, and I never appreciated it. and the hands dealt to you are not your fault” my mom answers. “Is going to take time with everyone else but when you prove yourself things will be different. All depends on if you want that” I tell her looking her in her eyes.

“For now, you’ll stay here but there will be some changes on how your room would look. We will spend time together the right way once we finish Cecel” I let her know. She was ok with that and understood the steps. Mom and I took our leave and headed back to my room.

When I walked into the room was silent. I was going to panic when I rushed into our room and found CJ with the triplets on the bed sleeping. It was too cute, and I took my phone out and took a picture of them. After staring at them for a minute, I walked in, closed the door and laid right next to them.

Helio
I called back home and gave the order to have our Phoenix protector team make their way to the states now. I sent orders and the plane is ready for them. It will take them 12 hours to get here but Cecel has no idea was coming to him. I’m going to make sure that is over once and for all. I loved Cecel like a brother once upon a time, but my family comes first.

As I finished the last details of the battle to come, Xiomara walked in with a tray of food. I didn’t realize how long I’ve been in my office. “Thank you Mara” I tell her without looking at her. “Kashi asked me to report to you what happened with Riz” she spoke softly.

“Please sit” I told her as I pushed the papers to the side and took the food. She sat down and began to tell me everything. By the time she finished, she had tears streaming down her face. I couldn’t help it and walked around my desk, pulled her to stand and kissed her.

I couldn’t see her like that and not do anything. I knew I caught her by surprise, but she wrapped her arms around my neck. The door swung open, and we separated from the kiss. “Sorry sir” said Tarria. “What is it?” I asked. “I got confirmation from Greece and package on the way. Also, everything here is ready too” she finishes her report. “Thank you Tarria. Will speak later” I tell her as I dismiss her.

I turned to apologize to Mara, but she grabbed my face and kissed me. She surprised me and for a moment I didn’t know how to respond. As she was about to let go of me I wrapped my arms around her and held her in place. “MATE” I growled at her. She smiled and said, “Mate”. She finally accepted me. I marked her right then and there.

I ended up sleeping with my hubby and kids till this morning when the kids got up together demanding attention. CJ got up with me and he changed diapers while I breastfeed them. After one of the babies finished CJ picked him up and burped him while I was feeding the other 2. We did that till they were all good and back to sleep.

I went into the shower while CJ stepped out of the room. I stepped out of the room and CJ was back with a full breakfast. “Yum” slips out of my mouth. He smiled and said, “I knew you were starving. Did you eat last night?”. I put my head down and that gave him the answer he needed.

He ordered me to sit and eat while he took a shower. When he came out I had him join me for breakfast. Then he had me for breakfast and what a ride. After we finished each other we went back into the shower and got ready for our day.
