Chapter 89-Battle Location 2
Cecel
Just as I expected, Pokine was losing the battle, and he was getting his man to come for me as a bargain. What they weren’t aware is that I’m prepared for their stupid plan. Nurse Savyn has no idea what is about to transpire.
I went about my day with her while my man followed the plan and kept me updated with the situation. The moment my man told me how they closed in on Pokine I let them know to begin the next phase. My men that went to the battlefield had to make their way back and meet me at the meeting point while the men I kept hidden in the area would get me out.
Everything was going as plan until I began to hear a ruckus. There was a battle between Pokine’s guards and another pack inside the building. I didn’t account for another pack to be involved in this. I had no choice to drop my facade and battle my way out. “Sorry for this. But you must come with me” I tell her before getting up. I got up quickly from the wheelchair, pushed it aside, and threw her over my shoulder. I didn’t give her a chance to respond and began to walk fast through the hallways.
Battled a couple of men from the other pack but they were nothing. I wasn’t even breaking a sweat. I tried my best to avoid fighting since I was carrying Savyn, and I could tell she was afraid.
I was closing to the plan exit way when an organized group appeared in front of me. I recognized the sent from Helio’s people. I placed Savyn down and rammed my way through them. I don’t think I killed any of them, but I know I hurt them bad since they are not moving. Savyn seemed shocked but I just picked her up and took off out the door. I caught up with some of my men and took off to meet with the other group.
Tarria
We were going along the plan Lexy made when we came across Cecel carrying some girl. It didn’t take long for him to take care of us. I don’t know for how long I was out, but I heard my Queen calling me, ‘Tarria please answer me’. ‘I-I’m sorry…..H-He got away’ I responded the best I could and then it all went black.
I felt when I was picked up and taken somewhere. I felt like I was floating in the air. I could hear commotion and voices, but I couldn't wake up.
Alpha Trevor
As planned we assisted Lexy’s people and ambush the hideout as planned. We were taking down Pokine’s men while Lexy’s team went in to retrieve Cecel. We got into battle with some of Cecel’s men and some of my warriors had injuries, but we were able to bring some of them down.
As we were taking over the building I discovered Lexy’s team unconscious. We check their pulses, and they were alive. As we were picking them up another wave of Pokine’s people came in. I picked up Tarria and fought my way out. I wanted to make sure they were in a safe place while we finished taking over the building.
As we were finishing clearing out the building I heard a huge burst of a roar that brought me to my knees. I don’t know what or who made that, but I felt compelled to listen. It also broke my heart. After I was able to stand up, I headed straight to where the noise came from and when I saw who it was I understood clearly.
Lexy
When I showed up and saw my people unconscious something broke in me and I couldn’t help it. I let out hurling growled but it was different. I couldn’t hold in the pain of seeing them. I had closed my eyes when I let it all out and when I opened them everyone was surrounding me and kneeling. I didn’t understand until I saw them put their faces up and they were all crying just like I was.
It made me so emotional to see them like that too. “Please stand and let’s take care of the injured” I speak to them softly. We all got back to the matters at hand and helped everyone that needed it. I concentrated on the most hurt ones, and it mainly was Tarria’s team. It was so horrible their injuries and it kept making me mad.
Last one I took care of was Tarria since the others had life threatening injuries. I know Alpha Trevor was really surprised with my powers but all he showed was admiration for me. every time I finished helping someone they would take over for the smaller injuries and moving them to a room to finish their recovery.
As I finished taking care of Tarria I stood up, walked up to CJ kissed him like my life depended on him and then I saw darkness.
CJ
I stayed closed to her the whole time. I could feel how exhausted, sad and angry she was. I could also sense her determination for our people. She was working so hard that it was beginning to worry me. She wasn’t taking a break or even drinking water. She helped more than 16 people back-to-back.
As she was finishing with Tarria I could sense something off with her. Something wasn’t right and I couldn’t put my finger on it. Before I could even try to figure out what was happening with her she finished with Tarria and walked towards me.
I opened my arms to receive her, and she surprised me with a passionate kiss. As I responded to her kiss she fainted with a smile on her face. I didn’t know what happened. “Lexy wake up!” I shouted at her. “Please baby don’t do this to me. Wake up muñeca” I begged her. everyone came towards us trying to see what happened.
“Take me to a private room and get Doc here now” I growled to everyone. They scrambled around while Alpha Trevor led me to a private room.
