Chapter 69- Awakened
CJ
Seeing her glow like on our first day took me back. I continued to hold her hand through the heat. She began to levitate, and I stood up still holding on to her hand. She burst into flames, but the flames didn’t hurt me. They felt comforting and familiar. Eventually we were both covered in flames and the glow became so intense that I had to use my hands to cover my eyes.
I realized that I let go of her hand and when I tried to find it I couldn’t. I was able to see again even though she was still glowing but not in the same position. Now she was in a fetal position fully engulfed in light. I just stare in disbelief at what is going on. After a minute of her being in that position she began to extend her body and until it was fully opened like a cross.
Her eyes opened along with her mouth and fire came out of them. The glow turned into a blazing inferno now. The whole sacred grounds were on fire, and I was just standing there not affected by it. I couldn’t see her just a human fire form. She looked at me and began to approach me.
I stepped forward along with her. She extended her arms towards me, and I took my last steps towards her. My clothes burnt right off my body, but I wasn’t affected. She enveloped me in her arms, and I just cried. She hadn’t said a word, but I knew in my heart it was her. It smelled like her but stronger and sweeter. I closed my eyes letting all my senses be enveloped by her.
As I opened my eyes and took a step back to look at her and she was still glowing, but I could tell she was smiling. I held her back in my arms. “I love you muñeca” I whispered to her and kissed the top of her head. When I felt her snuggling to my body I noticed the glow diming until it was completely gone. The woman I saw in front of me had completely changed but it was still my Lexy. Her hair was longer but tamed and her skin was flawlessly tan with no blemishes.
She looked like she was a 21-year-old woman fully developed. She was already beautiful but now she is what no words can describe. I noticed she looked a bit weak. The moment I my hands touched her skin she passed right out. I picked her up bridal style and brought her to the packhouse. I was glad that people were already in bed and took her straight to our new room. Helio mood us to his floor into a suite. He said, “His grandbabies needed more space” and there was no arguing with him. He also wanted them closer so they could have more protection.
I cleaned her body up and then laid her on the bed. I checked on our babies and our moms were in the room too. They were all asleep and I took my phone out and took a picture. They were too cute to pass up taking the picture. I went back into my room and lay right next to Lexy. I couldn’t fall asleep. I was terrified that I would close my eyes and she would be gone.
I didn’t sleep a wink and couldn’t stop touching her. I still couldn't believe she was here again but having her made me think how I never want to lose her again.
Lexy
I feel CJ’s warmth all around me. I sniff the air, but something is different in the air. I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was CJ’s face looking right at me. Before I could even say anything or look around CJ kissed me. The kiss was so passionate, hungry and desperate. Everything he was feeling was coming out in that kiss. He finally let us catch our breath. “Wow. Good morning to you too” I said breathing heavy.
I sat up and realized we weren’t in the room we’d been staying in. I sat up fast and looked all around. “What’s going on CJ?” I asked him frantically. Before he could answer someone knocked and walked right in. “Papi is time to..” began to say Sheera and then she stopped in her tracks.
“L-L-Lexy? Is it really you?” she asked with shock in her voice and tears streaming down her face. “Que quieres decir mama? (what you mean mama?)” I asked her confused. “Ma it is her” CJ answered her. before I could open my mouth to ask more questions my mom comes in with 2 babies. “What’s tak..” she began to say and stopped in her tracks too.
Seeing the babies hit me like a train. “My babies” is all that came out my mouth. I began to cry. CJ held me tight and whispered in my ear, “Is ok muñeca? I’ll explain what I can later”. I looked up and my mom was putting the 2 babies she was holding on the bed with me while mama Sheera brought in my last baby. I don’t know how I managed but I held them all in my arms. I have been feeling anxious since I awoke but holding them just brought me clarity and peace.
CJ
The moment she held all our babies together they all began to glow. It was a very comforting and warm glow. I held my family and kissed the top of all their heads. At this point all 5 of us were glowing. Our moms were mesmerized by the sight in front of them. After a moment the glow disappeared, and I noticed Lexy crying. “Why do they look a bit older than just being born a couple of hours ago?” Lexy asked while looking over our babies.
“Never mind. will talk later. I just want to spend time with my babies” she spoke while wiping her tears. I nodded my head to respond to her. “Moms, can y’all get us some breakfast please?” I said while giving them the eyes. They nodded in agreement and left the room. Lexy went right into mommy mode and breastfed the 2 boys while I held our princess.
