The chef came to greet us “Mr. Bianchi good evening.” “Good evening chef, this is my fiancé, Jennifer.” “Jennifer so nice to meet you.” “And you.” I said to the chef. “What do you have for us chef?” Romeo asked him. On key two waiters walked in with two plates “Your first course will be Seared Scottish Salmon with Spanish Saffron Beurre Blanc, Risotto, Sundried Tomato’s Tapenade, Basil Oil.” The waiter put the plate in front of us and the smell had my mouth watering. “This is paired with a Centennial Rose.” There was another waiter that poured the wine in the glass. “Enjoy.” The chef said then he disappeared with all the waiters. “This smells delicious Romeo.” “I hope it taste as delicious as it smells. Take a bite of the food then you take a sip of the wine.” “You mean then I take a sip of all the wine.” He just smiled at me because I was kidding. There was only a sip of wine in my glass. I did as he told me to, I took a bite of the Salmon then I took a sip of the wine and it was like I was having a mouth orgasm. Your second course is Pasta Primavera, home made pasta, Country Ham, Arugula, Preserved Lemon, Roasted Heirloom Tomato with Parmesan Cream, this is paired with Carriage House White.” And as he finished saying it the waiters appeared with the second course and the other waiter with the wine. I wanted to tell him to pour me some more but I didn’t want to spoil the night as Romeo wouldn’t have been happy with that. “Bon Appetit” Romeo said. We took a bite from the pasta and that was just as delicious as the Salmon. I did the same took a bite of the food and then the wine. It fitted perfectly. We are clearly going to give our guest an experience and not just food. “Did you enjoy that?” “God yes” was all I could say because what else is there to say, it’s like little angels came from heaven and peed on my tongue. The chef smiled from ear to ear clearly happy to hear my feedback. “What’s next?” Romeo asked “Your Third Course is Smoked Pork Belly, Stone grond Grits, Sorghum Mustard Glaze, Crushed Peanuts with Black Eye Pea Relish and that is paired with American Legend wine.” The two waiters came and put the food in front of us and the chef poured the wine this time he probable poured me just a little more than the waiter. “Hope you enjoy it.” He said as he walked away. “I don’t know about you Romeo but this is definitely the menu I want at our wedding.” “Don’t you want to try other options we can come back and he can make us a different meal.” “Thank you for that Romeo but I’m sure I want this menu.” “Okay then.” We ate the pork belly and drank some of the wine this time I at least had two sips of wine and not just one. Romeo was just looking at me but didn’t say anything. “How was that for you?” He asked “I loved it, weren’t you a fan?” “No, I loved it to it just looked like you were eating slower like you didn’t enjoy it.” “No that’s not the case at all, it’s because I had too much to eat already.” “Well darling there is one course left and then dessert.” I looked at him with a sheepish look. “I thought I’m for dessert.” “You are definitely my desert but not our guests.”
The chef came back and we had the same reviews as earlier, the chef was really starting to relax which was good, “The Fourth Course is Steak Frites, Filet Mignon, Shoestring fries, Truffle Butter and Rosemary Demi-Glace which is paired with Race Day Red wine.” The waiters put the plates in front of us and the chef poured the wine, clearly, he thought the waiter didn’t pour me enough wine. I sliced into the steak and oh my God it was like I cut into butter. “This is so soft.” I said to Romeo. He had a piece in his mouth already and then he was the one that moaned, I gave him a look. “But I couldn’t do that.” “Well, you don’t get hard if I do it.” “No but I do get wet.” “Jennifer!” Romeo said very shocked at me. “What I’m just telling you how it is.” Then we both laughed. We got quiet for a minute when he said “You are sure you want this menu?” “Yes Romeo 100% sure.” “Okay then we ready for dessert.” He said out load.
The chef came to our table again “And to end this meal we have Belgian Dark Chocolate Truffle’s served with a Barone Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy.” The waiters put the dessert in front of us and I just didn’t have the space, “Romeo I don’t know.” “Just try a small bite darling.” So, I did. I took a bite of the truffle and a sip of the wine and again I moaned. “You just can’t help yourself, can you?” Romeo said laughing. “Sorry it’s just so delicious.” “Well darling I’m going to tell the chef we had an awesome time and then I’m going to take you to my office and fuck you over my table.” “I’m not going to complain about that.”
