When she asked me if she told the air hostess not to flirt with me, I started to laugh but really laugh I actually ugly laugh “Hey stop laughing at me and tell me did I?” “Yes, Jenn you did.” She covered her face with her hands. I took her hands away from her face, “Why are you hiding?” “I didn’t think I’ll do something like that?” “Well, you did and I have to thank you for that she was coming on to me the whole time.” “Did you….?” She started to ask a question but stopped “Did we what?” “Have you ever slept with her?” “Fuck no Jenn I never sleep with people that works for me that will get a bit messy don’t you think?” “I guess so.” She said. “I can’t believe I made a fool of myself.” “Jenn you didn’t make a fool of yourself she did, now stop you are the owner of the plane order what ever you want and do it with your head held high.”

I couldn’t believe I told the air hostess to not flirt with my husband. I press the button and the air hostess came towards us, Romeo leaned in and said “It wasn’t her.” “Thank fuck.” He started to laugh at me again. “What can I get you Mrs. Bianchi?” “Can I get a club sandwich please?” “You mean with the chicken and mayo, bacon and tomato.” “Yes please.” “I will just be a few minutes.” “Thank you very much.” “Can you make us one as well?” Romeo asked her. “Yes, off course.” Romeo gave me back my envelope with my notes and I continued making notes with an opening date and everything, I was feeling much better and the prospect of opening my other bakery made it so much better. “I think I’ve deserved to know where we going by know Romeo.” “Oh, really and why is that?” “Well, I did chase a woman away from you and I was sick for a whole day.” “That’s not going to work on me darling it’s still a surprise.” “I had to try.” “Also, true.” Our club sandwich came and all of us dig in, I could see the sun going down when Romeo said, “Let’s go to bed when we wake up, we will be landing.” “Oh, goodie I can’t wait.” Romeo and I went to bed but we first laid around watching some TV before we finally fell asleep. I don’t know if it was because I slept the whole day or if I was just excited about the honeymoon but I didn’t sleep much I even got up in the middle of the night to go and find a snack. That’s when Elijah found me in the kitchen. “You okay Jennifer?” “Yes, just excited.” “I can only imagine. But you are feeling better?” “Yes, Elijah I’m feeling better. See you in the morning.” I walked back to the room and fell asleep this time.
The following morning when I woke up Romeo was already showered and dressed. “Morning Jenn.” “Morning Romeo how did you sleep?” “Very well thank you, can’t wait to land and show you where we are.” “Believe me I can’t wait either.” “Well get up and get in that shower.” I got up kissed him on the lips and then went to the bathroom. I couldn’t believe I was feeling so much better than yesterday but I was grateful. I got in the shower and quickly got ready I couldn’t wait for the plane to land. When I got to the front of the plane the pilot said we should get ready for landing. All the window shutters were closed so I couldn’t even get a hint of where we were and believe me, I wanted to open the shutter to see I was so excited. Within 15 minutes we landed as soon as the plane stopped and the pilot said it was safe, Elijah opened the planes door, I wanted to run to see where we were but Romeo walked in front of me. As we walked down the steps, I could feel it was warm and I could see water, we were definitely on an island. When I got out another G-Wagon was waiting for us but there was no sign as to where we were, except for the water. “Come on Romeo, I can’t take it anymore where are we? I know we are on an island.” “We are in the Maldives Jenn.” “The Maldives?” I asked so surprised because that wasn’t even on my radar. “The Maldives.” “Oh, wow I’ve never even look at pictures I can’t wait to explore.”

The excitement on her face was all I wanted, clearly, she was just as excited as me. “We are going to my place and then the doctor is first going to come and see us then we can start to explore.” “Really do we have to I’m really feeling much better.” “Just do it for me okay, his going to look at my stiches as well.” “Fine okay. But you have a place here?” “I do but I don’t use it often because it’s so far.” “I totally understand that.” She looked around as we drove to the Villa where I had a place. “Everything is so bright and the water is so clear.” Jennifer kept on saying. When we drove into the resort Jennifers eyes got bigger and bigger “You have a place in the resort?” “I do.” “It must cost you a fortune?” “Nothing I can’t afford.” I smiled at her. The porter came to our door and open hers first when he saw me, he was quick to say “Mr. Bianchi your back.” “I am and this here is my wife, Jennifer Bianchi.” “Jennifer if you need anything don’t hesitate to call on Fred.” “Hi Fred, I’ll remember that.” I took Jennifers hand and we walked the path to my Villa. “Oh my gosh Romeo you can see the bottom of the ocean.” “It is beautiful.” “I can’t wait to get in there.” “When the doctor is done with us that will be the first thing we do okay?” “Okay.”
