We went to bed after our play session, Romeo was in the best mood although I must say I haven’t really saw him angry yet. Was that a problem? I thought to myself. Don’t look for issues Jenn. I told myself.
I decided not to go in to the bakery the Wednesday as well, my head was still killing me and I had to be ready for tonight. Romeo called me into his office later the morning. “Jenn I’m getting a stylist to bring you some evening gowns to choose from.” “Romeo, I have evening dresses.” “Remember our rule Jenn you will accept gifts and giving you a dress we are going to start our plan with is my gift to you. When you move in, I will have a stylist here to bring more dresses I mean we will be seen in public together at events and just going out, this means you need the wardrobe that fits with me.” I wanted to argue but I know it was against the rules and truly what women complaints when someone wants to buy her a whole new wardrobe and besides, I didn’t like conflict that is maybe why my dad walks all over me. So, I went with “Thank you Romeo.” That had him smiling he walked over to me and gave me a kiss on the forehead on my bruise. “Does it look better?” I asked him. “Sorry darling it doesn’t. I will have a make up artist and a hair stylist here this afternoon.” “Thank you, Romeo, but I need to get home before my dad comes and get me.” “I know Jenn we will have you back at home before he comes.” “Okay I’m leaving it up to you.” “Am I ever going to have to punish you Jenn?” “Why do you ask that?” I was a bit surprised. “Because you don’t argue with anything I say, you will have to stand up for yourself as well.” “I know Romeo but sometimes I’m just not in the mood to fight.” “We don’t have to fight Jenn we can have a discussion.” “I’ll remember that.” “Okay Jenn, did you think further about what you want for the marriage arrangement?” “Yes, I did, but I really can’t come up with anything Romeo. At least we can laugh together and the sex are amazing. I left Romeo to work and I went outside for a walk.
Early afternoon the stylist came around with a few dresses Luna took her to one of the guest bedrooms. I haven’t seen her yet and all I could think about was ‘please don’t be someone I know.’ When I open the guest bedroom door Olivia was standing in front of me, ‘Fuck’. “Jennifer” “Hi Olivia.” “What the fuck are you doing here. And what happened to your head?” “Kyle pushed me and I fell that’s why I’m not at work.” “Fine but what the fuck are you doing in Mr. Bianchi’s house.” “And what does it have to do with you?” I heard Romeo behind me. “Sorry Mr. Bianchi but Jennifer is my friend.” “As far as I know she was your friend and then you decided to socialize with her ex-boyfriend who did this to her.” He pointed at my head. Olivia didn’t know what to say. “Miss Ross sorry I wasted your time and needless to say you don’t speak about this to anyone and I mean it Miss Ross if this comes out in any shape or form, I will ruin your life.” “Yes Mr. Bianchi I understand.” “Well then leave the dresses here I’ll send them back to your office when we are done with them.” Romeo told her. “But …” “Did I stutter Miss Ross.” “No Sir,” “Good Luna will see you out.” Olivia gave me a look when she walked out and then she actually turned around and said “I really hope you know what you are doing?” I didn’t say a word I didn’t have to Romeo took care of that “I really hope that was not some sort of threat Miss Ross.” “No Mr. Bianchi just a friend warning another friend.” “She doesn’t need your friendship.” I was glued to the spot in the guest bedroom I couldn’t believe what just happened. Romeo made sure Olivia was gone before he came back to be. He pulled me into his arms. “Fuck Romeo she’s going to tell everyone my father will know before tonight.” “Nonsense she won’t she knows I wasn’t kidding I will take her livelihood away from her, I will ruin her Jennifer, friend or not.” I just burst out in tears. What else can go wrong, we didn’t even start to try and convince my dad and everything already seem impossible.
