Chapter 242
Romeo
It was the night before the big planned attack, I was rolling around on the single bed, I just couldn’t sleep I wanted this to be over and done with I couldn’t wait anymore. Before everyone was even out of bed, I was sitting at the computer watching the surveillance cameras everyone was sleeping and there where just 4 guards awake walking in the house. Clearly choosing dawn was a good time of day, less men inside but more outside. An hour before dawn, everyone was dressed, armed and ready to go. “Okay everyone has their instructions?” Lucas asked the last time. Everyone said “yes” at the same time. “Good then let’s go.” Noah and his men attacked the security house first, some of the other guards must have heard something because there was a few running towards the security house, which made the work of Henry and his men so much easier, Henry and his men popped them like 2 at a time and all of them fell to the ground. Lucas, myself and the other men ran into the house, Lucas ran in, in front of me off course, there was one guard that Lucas shot and another that was approaching us which I shot, the other men ran upstairs, the house was silent but you could still hear the pop pop of the guns although they had silencers on.
Lucas and I cleared the ground floor killing the 4 that was down stairs, clearly there were more that came in since I watch the surveillance. When the ground floor was cleared Lucas and I ran upstairs, I saw movement behind me when I saw a man pointing a gun at Lucas from below, we missed him, fuck. I pointed my gun and shot him, Lucas looked at me and just nodded his head because it was clear I just saved his life, then he pointed the gun at me, I was shocked for a minute then he pulled the trigger and a man that was trying to sneak up on me was put down. Fuck for a minute there I though Lucas was going to shoot me.
When we got to the second floor we had to walk over the bodies that laid in the hallway, I checked every room and every room there was blood on the sheet meaning they were killed I didn’t wanted to thought about it to much because some of them was just kids, but it was also kids that threaten Jenn so I shouldn’t worry about them, the only thing that popped into my head was it could have been my child then I shook it off and open the next door, it was also clear, the next minute I heard a women screaming, clearly one of the men found Sebastian’s cousins wife. I ran towards her because she shouldn’t be screaming, she should be dead. What Lucas and I found was not part of the plan one of the other men was raping her, Lucas looked at me and I at him, I shot him and Lucas shot her at the same time. “Fuck boss the other men are not going to be happy about us killing one of their own.” “This was not part of the plan Lucas; we didn’t give anyone permission to rape her just kill.” “I know but still.” “Well set the bombs and we will tell them he didn’t get out in time.” “On it.”
I checked the other room all clear and no one came when she screamed which meant all the men should be dead. Lucas placed the bombs in the rooms and then we went downstairs to set the bomb there as well, we ran out, finding our men still outside making sure no one enters the house. “Times set?” Lucas asked Noah and Henry. “Yes” “Then let’s go.” We ran across the street as fast as we could and went to stand at the window not to close because the windows will break when the bombs go off. We where all looking at each other because the bombs should have gone off already. “Should we go back?” Noah asked as 10 minutes has passed. “No no give it other 10 minutes.” “Fuck Lucas” I screamed as I started to walk up and down the room “What could have gone wrong?” I screamed. We saw 2 SUV’s approaching the premises, “Fuck fuck fuck.” I heard Lucas said, but as they drove into the premises the bomb went off at the guard house which let the SUV’s fly through the air, then the bombs when off at the walls, that blow was hard and we could feel our building shaking and last but not least the bomb in the house went off it was like in a movie, it had a domino effect one going off after the other, letting the house fall like domino’s. When we saw with our own eyes the house and the property was destroyed with everyone in and on it, we grabbed our bags and ran to the SUV’s we needed to get out of there before the police came rolling in.
When the other men looked around before they got in their vehicles the one said “We are missing Diego.” They looked at us both Lucas and I just shrugged at them because why the fuck would we know where he was. “Fuck” the guy said. And that was it, they got in their cars and drove off. Everyone was paid and everyone was happy except for Diego that was ‘missing’. My men and I drove straight to the airport, we abandoned the cars and all ran into the plane. The pilot knew he had to get us in the air as soon as possible we couldn’t get caught in Mexico or anywhere for that matter. Where weren’t even in the air yet when the vehicles were stolen by a few kids that where running around the airport. Well at least that was taken care off. As soon as we where in the air and the pilot said we could take of our seat belts, we all started to scream out of victory. Sebastian’s whole family and his cousins whole family was dead and all the men involved in their cartel are gone. We couldn’t be happier.
My first call was to Jennifer, she answered immediately “Romeo are you okay?” “We are angel, we are on our way home I’ll call the airport and I’ll see you at home.” “Is this nightmare over?” “It is Jenn. It is.”
